Psalms 37

World English Bible
Kadede Kap (Pohnpeian New Testament and Psalms)
1Don’t fret because of evildoers, neither be envious against those who work unrighteousness.
1KOE dor makaraki me jued akan; o dor peirinki me kin wia japu n .
2For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither like the green herb.
2Pwe re pan jorala mada n jora lii ni, o ro pan monedi dueta tan tuka kan.
3Trust in the LORD, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture.
3Kaporoporeki Ieowa o wiada me amu, kaukaujonta nan jap o, o wiawia me pun.
4Also delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
4Plauleki Ieowa, a pan kotiki on uk, me mo n ion om ino n io n .
5Commit your way to the LORD. Trust also in him, and he will do this:
5Mueid o n Ieowa om wiawia kan o kaporoporeki i, a pan kotin wia mau.
6he will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun.
6A pan kapwareda o n wiawia me pu n dueta marain, o om tiak pu n dueta nin jauaj.
7Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen.
7Kaporoporeki Ieowa ap nenenla o auiaui, o koe der makar kida pan me kin pwaida ni a wiawia kan, ol o, me kin kapwaida me jued.
8Cease from anger, and forsake wrath. Don’t fret; it leads only to evildoing.
8Muei ja n makar o pwilikidi om linaranar; koe der makar, pwe koe der pil wia me jued.
9For evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for the LORD shall inherit the land.
9Pwe me jued akan pan kokoka ja n , a me liki leowa, pan japa n eki jap o.
10For yet a little while, and the wicked will be no more. Yes, though you look for his place, he isn’t there.
10Anjau takij, ap jolar me japu n o, o ma koe men kila n deu a, a jolar mia.
11But the humble shall inherit the land, and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.
11A me opampap akan pan jojoki jap o, o re pan pereperen ki ar kapwa toto.
12The wicked plots against the just, and gnashes at him with his teeth.
12Me japu n o kin kamajak me pu n o, o ni tete o n i.
13The Lord will laugh at him, for he sees that his day is coming.
13A leowa kotin kiparamateki i, pwe a kotin ma n i a anjau.
14The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, to kill those who are upright on the path.
14Me japu n kan kin nape kida kodlaj o kaonopada kajik katieu, pwen kajikiedi me luet o jamama, o kamela me kekeit wei ni melel.
15Their sword shall enter into their own heart. Their bows shall be broken.
15A ar kodlaj pan dokodi pein mo n io n arail, o ar kajik katieu pan tip paja n .
16Better is a little that the righteous has, than the abundance of many wicked.
16Me malaulau en me pu n amen, me mau ja n dipijou toto en me japu n kan.
17For the arms of the wicked shall be broken, but the LORD upholds the righteous.
17Pwe pa en me japu n kan pan tip paja n , a leowa pan kotin kolekol me pu n kan.
18The LORD knows the days of the perfect. Their inheritance shall be forever.
18leowa kotin ma n ier ran en me lelapok kan, o ar dipijou pan duedueta.
19They shall not be disappointed in the time of evil. In the days of famine they shall be satisfied.
19Re jota pan namenokala ni anjau apwal, o ni anjaun lok a pan itar o n ir.
20But the wicked shall perish. The enemies of the LORD shall be like the beauty of the fields. They will vanish— vanish like smoke.
20Pwe me japu n kan pan lokidokila, o imwintiti o n leowa, ma re rajo n jap kajelel eu, re pil pan mokonaidi duota at itiniai.
21The wicked borrow, and don’t pay back, but the righteous give generously.
21Me japu n kan kin pwaipwand ap jota kapu n ala, a me pu n o kin kadek o kin kijakija wei.
22For such as are blessed by him shall inherit the land. Those who are cursed by him shall be cut off.
22Pwe me paie kin i, pan jojoki jap o, a me a kotin karialar akan pan kokoka ja n .
23A man’s steps are established by the LORD. He delights in his way.
23Ieowa kin kotin kate n ete n e jo n en aramaj due met ar kakakewei, o a kotin peren kida a wiawia kan.
24Though he stumble, he shall not fall, for the LORD holds him up with his hand.
24Ma a pan pupedi, a jota pan lokidokila; pwe Ieowa kotin kolekidi i lim a.
25I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread.
25N ai pulepul ap malar, a i jaikenta kila n er me pu n amen likidmalielar, de na kan poekipoeki prot.
26All day long he deals graciously, and lends. His offspring is blessed.
26A kin kadek anjau karoj o kin men kijakij wei, o na kan pan paida.
27Depart from evil, and do good. Live securely forever.
27Muei ja n me jued ap wia me mau, koe ap pan mimieta nan jap o.
28For the LORD loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off.
28Pwe Ieowa kotin peren kida me pu n , o a jota pan kotin likid maliela japwilim a jaraui kan; re pan nekinek kokolata, a kadaudok en me japu n kan pan kokoka ja n .
29The righteous shall inherit the land, and live in it forever.
29Me pu n kan pan jojoki jap o, ap mimieta kokolata.
30The mouth of the righteous talks of wisdom. His tongue speaks justice.
30Au en me pu n amen kin kida me loleko n , o lo a kaparokki me pu n .
31The law of his God is in his heart. None of his steps shall slide.
31Majan en a Kot mi nan mo n io n i, a jota pan krijedi.
32The wicked watch the righteous, and seek to kill him.
32Me japu n kin majamajan me pu n , pwen kamela i.
33The LORD will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged.
33A Ieowa jota pan kotin mueid o n , en mi nan pa a kan, o a jota pan kotin kajela i, a lao pan pakadeikada.
34Wait for the LORD, and keep his way, and he will exalt you to inherit the land. When the wicked are cut off, you shall see it.
34Auiaui Ieowa o weweid nan a al akan, a ap pan kotin kajapwil uk ada, pwe koe en jojoki jap o; koe pan kila n , me japu n kan pan kokoka ja n .
35I have seen the wicked in great power, spreading himself like a green tree in its native soil.
35I kila n er me doo ja n Kot amen, me katiwo o pwaida o maurada dueta tuka mau pot.
36But he passed away, and behold, he was not. Yes, I sought him, but he could not be found.
36A ni at dauli waja o, kila n , a joer mia; i idok duen i, a a jolar kak diarokada.
37Mark the perfect man, and see the upright, for there is a future for the man of peace.
37Dadaurata om lelapok, o wiawia me pu n ; pwe jo n due met pan pwaida mau ni imwi.
38As for transgressors, they shall be destroyed together. The future of the wicked shall be cut off.
38A me katiwo kan pan wiaki eu lokidokila, o me japu n kan pan koka ja n ni imwi.
39But the salvation of the righteous is from the LORD. He is their stronghold in the time of trouble.
39A Ieowa kotin jauaja me pu n kan, i me kele parail ni ar apwal akan.
40The LORD helps them and rescues them. He rescues them from the wicked and saves them, because they have taken refuge in him.
40O Ieowa pan kotin ieia n ir o pan dore ir ala; A pan kotin dore ir ala ja n me japu n kan, o a pan jauaja ir, pwe re kin liki i.
