Psalms 74

World English Bible
Kadede Kap (Pohnpeian New Testament and Psalms)
1God, why have you rejected us forever? Why does your anger smolder against the sheep of your pasture?
1MAI N Kot, da me kom kotin kaje kin kit ala, o da me re o n io n iki japwilim omui jip akan?
2Remember your congregation, which you purchased of old, which you have redeemed to be the tribe of your inheritance: Mount Zion, in which you have lived.
2Kom kotin kupura japwilim omui momodijou, me kom kotin pwaindar maj o, o me komui dorelar, pwen wiala japwilim omui, kotin kupura dol Jion, waja me kom kotikot ia.
3Lift up your feet to the perpetual ruins, all the evil that the enemy has done in the sanctuary.
3Kom koti do n waja me lijelipi n anjau warai; imwintiti me kawelar meakaroj nan im jaraui.
4Your adversaries have roared in the middle of your assembly. They have set up their standards as signs.
4Me palian komui, kin weriwer nan tanpaj omui o pwilikidi arail dikedik en ani mal akan lole.
5They behaved like men wielding axes, cutting through a thicket of trees.
5Irail pwaradar dueta ir, me wia palapal nan wei.
6Now they break all its carved work down with hatchet and hammers.
6Re kin kawela did kajelel akan ki jile laud o tikitik.
7They have burned your sanctuary to the ground. They have profaned the dwelling place of your Name.
7Irail karo n ala tanpaj omui; irail kajaminela o tiakedi waja me mar omui kotikot ia.
8They said in their heart, “We will crush them completely.” They have burned up all the places in the land where God was worshiped.
8Irail kin inda nan mo n io n arail: Na, kitail pan kawela! Irail karo n alar wajan kaudok karoj nan jap o.
9We see no miraculous signs. There is no longer any prophet, neither is there among us anyone who knows how long.
9Jolar manaman akai janjal o n kitail, o jolar jaukop amen mia, o jota amen re atail me pan aja imwilan mepukat.
10How long, God, shall the adversary reproach? Shall the enemy blaspheme your name forever?
10O Mai n Kot, arai da me morjued o pan lalaue, o imwintiti o pan mamaleki mar omui?
11Why do you draw back your hand, even your right hand? Take it from your chest and consume them!
11Da me komui kotiki wei ja n lim omui? Kotikida pali maun omui o kaimwijokala.
12Yet God is my King of old, working salvation throughout the earth.
12Pwe Kot ai Nanmarki ja n maj o. I me jauaj pan meakaroj, me kin wiaui nin jappa.
13You divided the sea by your strength. You broke the heads of the sea monsters in the waters.
13Kom kotin kamueit paja n er madau ki omui manaman, o kom kotin kawelar mo n an drake nan pil.
14You broke the heads of Leviathan in pieces. You gave him as food to people and desert creatures.
14Kom kotin kawelar mo n an walroj, ap kotiki o n aramaj nan jap tan, pwen ka n ala.
15You opened up spring and stream. You dried up mighty rivers.
15Komui kotin kapwaredar parer o pilap akan, o pilap kalaimun akan me kom kotin ka n ala n aladi.
16The day is yours, the night is also yours. You have prepared the light and the sun.
16Ran o po n me japwilim omui; komui kotin wiadar jaunipo n o katipin.
17You have set all the boundaries of the earth. You have made summer and winter.
17Komui wiadar irair en jap akan; komui me kin wia anjaun karakar o kapou.
18Remember this, that the enemy has mocked you, LORD. Foolish people have blasphemed your name.
18Kom kotin kupura mepukat: Imwintiti o lalaue komui Mai n , o aramaj pweipwei kan mamaleki mar omui.
19Don’t deliver the soul of your dove to wild beasts. Don’t forget the life of your poor forever.
19Kom der kotiki o n man laualo n en en japwilim omui muroi, o kom der likidmaliela pwin en japwilim omui luet akan.
20Honor your covenant, for haunts of violence fill the dark places of the earth.
20Kom kotin tamanda inau o, pwe jap olar waja karoj o im akan pual paja n er.
21Don’t let the oppressed return ashamed. Let the poor and needy praise your name.
21Re der kotin mueid o n me luet o, en namenok purela, me jamama o luet akan en kapi n a mar omui.
22Arise, God! Plead your own cause. Remember how the foolish man mocks you all day.
22Mai n Kot, kom kotida o kotin kaimwijokala japwilim omui dodok; kom kotin tamanda kankaurur, me kin wiaui o n kmui ja n ren me pweipwei kan.
23Don’t forget the voice of your adversaries. The tumult of those who rise up against you ascends continually.
23Kom kotin der maliela weriwer en japwlim omui imwintiti, moro n oro n en me palian komui kan, me kin lalaudalar karoj.
