1(3-1) A Psalm of David, when he fled from Absalom his son. (3-2) LORD, how many are mine adversaries become! Many are they that rise up against me.
2Kaminawk mah, Sithaw mah anih to angsak haih mak ai, tiah ang naa o. Selah .
2(3-3) Many there are that say of my soul: 'There is no salvation for him in God.' Selah
3Toe aw Angraeng, nang loe ka buephaih, ka lensawkhaih ah na oh moe, kai ih lu atoengh tahang kami ah na oh.
3(3-4) But thou, O LORD, art a shield about me; my glory, and the lifter up of my head.
4Angraeng khaeah tha hoi ka hang naah, anih mah angmah ih kaciim mae nui hoiah ka lok ang pathim. Selah .
4(3-5) With my voice I call unto the LORD, and He answereth me out of His holy mountain. Selah
5Kang song moe, ka iih; Angraeng mah ang patawnh pongah, kang thawk let.
5(3-6) I lay me down, and I sleep; I awake, for the LORD sustaineth me.
6Kai takui khoep, ka misa sang hatonawk to ka zii mak ai.
6(3-7) I am not afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about.
7Aw Angraeng, angthawk ah; Aw ka Sithaw, na pahlong ah: ka misanawk ih akam huh to nang boh pae moe, Sithaw panoek ai kaminawk ih haa to nam rosak.
7(3-8) Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God; for Thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek, Thou hast broken the teeth of the wicked.
8Pahlonghaih loe Sithaw ih ni; na tahamhoihaih loe nangmah ih kaminawk nuiah om nasoe. Selah .
8(3-9) Salvation belongeth unto the LORD; Thy blessing be upon Thy people. Selah
