1(6-1) For the Leader; with string-music; on the Sheminith. A Psalm of David. (6-2) O LORD, rebuke me not in Thine anger, neither chasten me in Thy wrath.
1耶和華啊，求你不要在怒中責備我， 也不要在烈怒中懲罰我！
2(6-3) Be gracious unto me, O LORD, for I languish away; heal me, O LORD, for my bones are affrighted.
2耶和華啊，求你可憐我，因為我軟弱。 耶和華啊，求你醫治我，因為我的骨頭發戰。
3(6-4) My soul also is sore affrighted; and Thou, O LORD, how long?
3我心也大大地驚惶。 耶和華啊，你要到幾時 才救我 呢？
4(6-5) Return, O LORD, deliver my soul; save me for Thy mercy's sake.
4耶和華啊，求你轉回搭救我！ 因你的慈愛拯救我。
5(6-6) For in death there is no remembrance of Thee; in the nether-world who will give Thee thanks?
5因為，在死地無人記念你， 在陰間有誰稱謝你？
6(6-7) I am weary with my groaning; every night make I my bed to swim; I melt away my couch with my tears.
6我因唉哼而困乏； 我每夜流淚，把床榻漂起， 把褥子濕透。
7(6-8) Mine eye is dimmed because of vexation; it waxeth old because of all mine adversaries.
7我因憂愁眼睛乾癟， 又因我一切的敵人眼睛昏花。
8(6-9) Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for the LORD hath heard the voice of my weeping.
8你們一切作孽的人，離開我吧！ 因為耶和華聽了我哀哭的聲音。
9(6-10) The LORD hath heard my supplication; the LORD receiveth my prayer.
9耶和華聽了我的懇求； 耶和華必收納我的禱告。
10(6-11) All mine enemies shall be ashamed and sore affrighted; they shall turn back, they shall be ashamed suddenly.
10我的一切仇敵都必羞愧，大大驚惶； 他們必要退後，忽然羞愧。
