1(60-1) For the Leader; upon Shushan Eduth; Michtam of David, to teach; (60-2) when he strove with Aram-naharaim and with Aram-zobah, and Joab returned, and smote of Edom in the Valley of Salt twelve thousand. (60-3) O God, Thou hast cast us off, Thou hast broken us down; Thou hast been angry; O restore us.
1上帝啊，你丟棄了我們，使我們破敗； 你向我們發怒，求你使我們復興！
2(60-4) Thou hast made the land to shake, Thou hast cleft it; heal the breaches thereof; for it tottereth.
2你使地震動，而且崩裂； 求你將裂口醫好，因為地搖動。
3(60-5) Thou hast made Thy people to see hard things; Thou hast made us to drink the wine of staggering.
3你叫你的民遇見艱難； 你叫我們喝那使人東倒西歪的酒。
4(60-6) Thou hast given a banner to them that fear Thee, that it may be displayed because of the truth. Selah
4你把旌旗賜給敬畏你的人， 可以為真理揚起來。 （細拉）
5(60-7) That Thy beloved may be delivered, save with Thy right hand, and answer me.
5求你應允我們，用右手拯救我們， 好叫你所親愛的人得救。
6(60-8) God spoke in His holiness, that I would exult; that I would divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth.
6上帝已經指着他的聖潔說：我要歡樂； 我要分開 示劍 ，丈量 疏割谷 。
7(60-9) Gilead is mine, and Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is the defence of my head; Judah is my sceptre.
7基列 是我的， 瑪拿西 也是我的。 以法蓮 是護衛我頭的； 猶大 是我的杖。
8(60-10) Moab is my washpot; upon Edom do I cast my shoe; Philistia, cry aloud because of me!
8摩押 是我的沐浴盆； 我要向 以東 拋鞋。 非利士 啊，你還能因我歡呼嗎？
9(60-11) Who will bring me into the fortified city? Who will lead me unto Edom?
9誰能領我進堅固城？ 誰能引我到 以東 地？
10(60-12) Hast not Thou, O God, cast us off? And Thou goest not forth, O God, with our hosts.
10上帝啊，你不是丟棄了我們嗎？ 上帝啊，你不和我們的軍兵同去嗎？
11(60-13) Give us help against the adversary; for vain is the help of man.
11求你幫助我們攻擊敵人， 因為人的幫助是枉然的。
12(60-14) Through God we shall do valiantly; for He it is that will tread down our adversaries.
12我們倚靠上帝才得施展大能， 因為踐踏我們敵人的就是他。
