1(60-1) For the Leader; upon Shushan Eduth; Michtam of David, to teach; (60-2) when he strove with Aram-naharaim and with Aram-zobah, and Joab returned, and smote of Edom in the Valley of Salt twelve thousand. (60-3) O God, Thou hast cast us off, Thou hast broken us down; Thou hast been angry; O restore us.
1神啊，你丢弃了我们，使我们破败； 你向我们发怒，求你使我们复兴！
2(60-4) Thou hast made the land to shake, Thou hast cleft it; heal the breaches thereof; for it tottereth.
2你使地震动，而且崩裂； 求你将裂口医好，因为地摇动。
3(60-5) Thou hast made Thy people to see hard things; Thou hast made us to drink the wine of staggering.
3你叫你的民遇见艰难； 你叫我们喝那使人东倒西歪的酒。
4(60-6) Thou hast given a banner to them that fear Thee, that it may be displayed because of the truth. Selah
4你把旌旗赐给敬畏你的人， 可以为真理扬起来。 （细拉）
5(60-7) That Thy beloved may be delivered, save with Thy right hand, and answer me.
5求你应允我们，用右手拯救我们， 好叫你所亲爱的人得救。
6(60-8) God spoke in His holiness, that I would exult; that I would divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth.
6神已经指着他的圣洁说：我要欢乐； 我要分开 示剑 ，丈量 疏割谷 。
7(60-9) Gilead is mine, and Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is the defence of my head; Judah is my sceptre.
7基列 是我的， 玛拿西 也是我的。 以法莲 是护卫我头的； 犹大 是我的杖。
8(60-10) Moab is my washpot; upon Edom do I cast my shoe; Philistia, cry aloud because of me!
8摩押 是我的沐浴盆； 我要向 以东 抛鞋。 非利士 啊，你还能因我欢呼吗？
9(60-11) Who will bring me into the fortified city? Who will lead me unto Edom?
9谁能领我进坚固城？ 谁能引我到 以东 地？
10(60-12) Hast not Thou, O God, cast us off? And Thou goest not forth, O God, with our hosts.
10神啊，你不是丢弃了我们吗？ 神啊，你不和我们的军兵同去吗？
11(60-13) Give us help against the adversary; for vain is the help of man.
11求你帮助我们攻击敌人， 因为人的帮助是枉然的。
12(60-14) Through God we shall do valiantly; for He it is that will tread down our adversaries.
12我们倚靠 神才得施展大能， 因为践踏我们敌人的就是他。
