1When Israel came forth out of Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of strange language;
1以色列 出了 埃及 ， 雅各 家离开说异言之民；
2Judah became His sanctuary, Israel His dominion.
2那时， 犹大 为主的圣所， 以色列 为他所治理的国度。
3The sea saw it, and fled; the Jordan turned backward.
3沧海看见就奔逃； 约旦河 也倒流。
4The mountains skipped like rams, the hills like young sheep.
4大山踊跃，如公羊； 小山跳舞，如羊羔。
5What aileth thee, O thou sea, that thou fleest? thou Jordan, that thou turnest backward?
5沧海啊，你为何奔逃？ 约旦 哪，你为何倒流？
6Ye mountains, that ye skip like rams; ye hills, like young sheep?
6大山哪，你为何踊跃，如公羊？ 小山哪，你为何跳舞，如羊羔？
7Tremble, thou earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob;
7大地啊，你因见主的面， 就是 雅各 神的面，便要震动。
8Who turned the rock into a pool of water, the flint into a fountain of waters.
