1A Psalm of David. Maschil. Happy is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is pardoned.
1得赦免其过、遮盖其罪的， 这人是有福的！
2Happy is the man unto whom the LORD counteth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.
2凡心里没有诡诈、耶和华不算为有罪的， 这人是有福的！
3When I kept silence, my bones wore away through my groaning all the day long.
3我闭口不认罪的时候， 因终日唉哼而骨头枯干。
4For day and night Thy hand was heavy upon me; my sap was turned as in the droughts of summer. Selah
4黑夜白日，你的手在我身上沉重； 我的精液耗尽，如同夏天的干旱。 （细拉）
5I acknowledged my sin unto Thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid; I said: 'I will make confession concerning my transgressions unto the LORD' — and Thou, Thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah
5我向你陈明我的罪， 不隐瞒我的恶。 我说：我要向耶和华承认我的过犯， 你就赦免我的罪恶。 （细拉）
6For this let every one that is godly pray unto Thee in a time when Thou mayest be found; surely, when the great waters overflow, they will not reach unto him.
6为此，凡虔诚人都当趁你可寻找的时候祷告你； 大水泛溢的时候，必不能到他那里。
7Thou art my hiding-place; Thou wilt preserve me from the adversary; with songs of deliverance Thou wilt compass me about. Selah
7你是我藏身之处； 你必保佑我脱离苦难， 以得救的乐歌四面环绕我。 （细拉）
8'I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go; I will give counsel, Mine eye being upon thee.'
8我要教导你，指示你当行的路； 我要定睛在你身上劝戒你。
9Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding; whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, that they come not near unto thee.
9你不可像那无知的骡马， 必用嚼环辔头勒住它； 不然，就不能驯服。
10Many are the sorrows of the wicked; but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy compasseth him about.
10恶人必多受苦楚； 惟独倚靠耶和华的必有慈爱四面环绕他。
11Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous; and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.
11你们义人应当靠耶和华欢喜快乐； 你们心里正直的人都当欢呼。
