1(7-1) Shiggaion of David, which he sang unto the LORD, concerning Cush a Benjamite. (7-2) O LORD my God, in Thee have I taken refuge; save me from all them that pursue me, and deliver me;
1耶和华—我的 神啊，我投靠你！ 求你救我脱离一切追赶我的人，将我救拔出来！
2(7-3) Lest he tear my soul like a lion, rending it in pieces, while there is none to deliver.
2恐怕他们像狮子撕裂我， 甚至撕碎，无人搭救。
3(7-4) O LORD my God, if I have done this; if there be iniquity in my hands;
3耶和华—我的 神啊，我若行了这事， 若有罪孽在我手里，
4(7-5) If I have requited him that did evil unto me, or spoiled mine adversary unto emptiness;
4我若以恶报那与我交好的人— 连那无故与我为敌的，我也救了他，
5(7-6) Let the enemy pursue my soul, and overtake it, and tread my life down to the earth; yea, let him lay my glory in the dust. Selah
5就任凭仇敌追赶我，直到追上， 将我的性命踏在地下， 使我的荣耀归于灰尘。 （细拉）
6(7-7) Arise, O LORD, in Thine anger, lift up Thyself in indignation against mine adversaries; yea, awake for me at the judgment which Thou hast commanded.
6耶和华啊，求你在怒中起来， 挺身而立，抵挡我敌人的暴怒！ 求你为我兴起！你已经命定施行审判！
7(7-8) And let the congregation of the peoples compass Thee about, and over them return Thou on high.
7愿众民的会环绕你！ 愿你从其上归于高位！
8(7-9) O LORD, who ministerest judgment to the peoples, judge me, O LORD, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity that is in me.
8耶和华向众民施行审判； 耶和华啊，求你按我的公义和我心中的纯正判断我。
9(7-10) Oh that a full measure of evil might come upon the wicked, and that Thou wouldest establish the righteous; for the righteous God trieth the heart and reins.
9愿恶人的恶断绝！ 愿你坚立义人！ 因为公义的 神察验人的心肠肺腑。
10(7-11) My shield is with God, who saveth the upright in heart.
10神是我的盾牌； 他拯救心里正直的人。
11(7-12) God is a righteous judge, yea, a God that hath indignation every day:
11神是公义的审判者， 又是天天 向恶人 发怒的 神。
12(7-13) If a man turn not, He will whet His sword, He hath bent His bow, and made it ready;
12若有人不回头，他的刀必磨快， 弓必上弦，预备妥当了。
13(7-14) He hath also prepared for him the weapons of death, yea, His arrows which He made sharp.
13他也预备了杀人的器械； 他所射的是火 箭 。
14(7-15) Behold, he travaileth with iniquity; yea, he conceiveth mischief, and bringeth forth falsehood.
14试看恶人因奸恶而劬劳， 所怀的是毒害，所生的是虚假。
15(7-16) He hath digged a pit, and hollowed it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made.
15他掘了坑，又挖深了， 竟掉在自己所挖的阱里。
16(7-17) His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violence shall come down upon his own pate.
16他的毒害必临到他自己的头上； 他的强暴必落到他自己的脑袋上。
17(7-18) I will give thanks unto the LORD according to His righteousness; and will sing praise to the name of the LORD Most High.
17我要照着耶和华的公义称谢他， 歌颂耶和华至高者的名。
