1(7-1) Shiggaion of David, which he sang unto the LORD, concerning Cush a Benjamite. (7-2) O LORD my God, in Thee have I taken refuge; save me from all them that pursue me, and deliver me;
1ဒါဝိဒ် သည် ဗင်္ယာမိန် အမျိုးသား ကုရှ ၏စကား ကြောင့် ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ အသံညှိ၍ဆို သော ဆာလံ။1အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို အကျွန်ုပ် ခိုလှုံ ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ သော သူအပေါင်း တို့၏လက်မှ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို နှုတ် ယူ၍ ကယ်တင် တော်မူပါ။
2(7-3) Lest he tear my soul like a lion, rending it in pieces, while there is none to deliver.
2သို့မဟုတ် နှုတ် ယူသောသူမ ရှိစဉ်၊ ရန်သူသည် ခြင်္သေ့ ကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏စိတ် ဝိညာဉ်ကို လုယူကိုက် ဖြတ် ပါလိမ့်မည်။
3(7-4) O LORD my God, if I have done this; if there be iniquity in my hands;
3အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ထိုသို့ ပြု သော်၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် လက် မှာ အဓမ္မ အမှုရှိ သော်၎င်း၊
4(7-5) If I have requited him that did evil unto me, or spoiled mine adversary unto emptiness;
4အကျွန်ုပ် နှင့် သင့်တင့် သောသူကို အကျွန်ုပ် ပြစ်မှား ၍ ၊ အကြောင်း မရှိဘဲလျက် ရန် ပြုသောသူကို အကျွန်ုပ် ညှဉ်းဆဲ သော် ၎င်း၊ ထိုသို့သော အပြစ်တစုံတခုရှိလျှင်၊
5(7-6) Let the enemy pursue my soul, and overtake it, and tread my life down to the earth; yea, let him lay my glory in the dust. Selah
5ရန်သူ သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ စိတ် ဝိညာဉ်ကိုလိုက် ၍ မှီ ပါစေ။ အကျွန်ုပ် အသက် ကို မြေ ပေါ် မှာနင်း ၍ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အသရေ ကို မြေမှုန့် ၌ နှိမ့်ချ ပါစေ။
6(7-7) Arise, O LORD, in Thine anger, lift up Thyself in indignation against mine adversaries; yea, awake for me at the judgment which Thou hast commanded.
6အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အမျက် တော် ထွက်၍ ထ တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ရန်သူ တို့ ပြင်းထန် ခြင်းကို ဆီးတား ၍ အားထုတ်တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် အဘို့ နိုး တော်မူ ပါ။ တရား စီရင် ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူပါ။
7(7-8) And let the congregation of the peoples compass Thee about, and over them return Thou on high.
7လူမျိုး တို့သည်စည်းဝေး ၍ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ဝန်းရံ ကြလျက် ၊ သူ တို့အဘို့ မြင့် ရာအရပ်သို့ ပြန် ကြွတော်မူပါ။
8(7-9) O LORD, who ministerest judgment to the peoples, judge me, O LORD, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity that is in me.
8ထာဝရဘုရား သည် လူမျိုး တို့ကို တရား စီရင်တော်မူ၏။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်း ကို၎င်း၊ စုံလင် ခြင်းကို၎င်း ထောက်၍ အကျွန်ုပ် အမှုကို စီရင် ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူပါ။
9(7-10) Oh that a full measure of evil might come upon the wicked, and that Thou wouldest establish the righteous; for the righteous God trieth the heart and reins.
9မတရား သောသူတို့ ၏ အဓမ္မ အမှုကိုဆုံးရှုံး စေ၍ ၊ တရား သောသူတို့ကိုမြဲမြံ စေတော်မူပါ။ တရား သဖြင့် ပြုတော်မူသောဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် နှလုံး နှင့် ကျောက်ကပ် ကို စစ် တော်မူတတ်ပါ၏။
10(7-11) My shield is with God, who saveth the upright in heart.
10သဘော ဖြောင့် သောသူတို့ကို ကယ်တင် တတ် သော ဘုရား သခင်သည် ငါ ၏အကွယ် အကာဖြစ်တော်မူ ၏။
11(7-12) God is a righteous judge, yea, a God that hath indignation every day:
11ဘုရား သခင်သည် တရား သဖြင့် စီရင် သော ဘုရား ဖြစ်၍ ၊ မတရားသောသူကို အစဉ် အမျက် ထွက် တော်မူ၏။
12(7-13) If a man turn not, He will whet His sword, He hath bent His bow, and made it ready;
12ထိုသူ သည်မ ပြောင်းလဲ လျှင် ထား တော်ကို သွေး တော်မူ၏။ လေး တော်ကိုတင် ၍ ရွယ် တော်မူ၏။
13(7-14) He hath also prepared for him the weapons of death, yea, His arrows which He made sharp.
13သေ စေသော လက်နက် ကိုလည်း သူ့ အဘို့ ပြင်ဆင် ၍ မြှား တော်တို့ကို လောင် စေတော်မူ၏။
14(7-15) Behold, he travaileth with iniquity; yea, he conceiveth mischief, and bringeth forth falsehood.
14ထိုသူသည် ဒုစရိုက် ဘွား သော ဝေဒနာ ကို ခံရ၏။ မ ကောင်းသော အကြံအစည်ကို ပဋိသန္ဓေယူ၍ ၊ စိတ်ပျက် ခြင်းကို ဘွားမြင် တတ်၏။
15(7-16) He hath digged a pit, and hollowed it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made.
15တွင်း ကိုလည်း နက်စွာတူး သဖြင့် ၊ မိမိ တူး သော တွင်း ထဲ သို့ မိမိ ကျ တတ်၏။
16(7-17) His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violence shall come down upon his own pate.
16မိမိ မ ကောင်းသော အကြံအစည်သည် မိမိ ခေါင်း ပေါ် မှာ ပြန် ရောက်၍ ၊ မိမိ ကြမ်းတမ်း သောအမှု သည် မိမိ ခေါင်း ထိပ်ပေါ် မှာ သက် ရောက်တတ်၏။
17(7-18) I will give thanks unto the LORD according to His righteousness; and will sing praise to the name of the LORD Most High.
17ငါမူကား၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ တရား သောအမှု တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း ၍ ၊ အမြင့်ဆုံး သောထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နာမတော် ကို ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုပါမည်။
