1A Song of Ascents. Out of the depths have I called Thee, O LORD.
1အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ နက်နဲ ရာထဲက ကိုယ်တော် ကို အကျွန်ုပ်အော်ဟစ် ပါ၏။
2Lord, hearken unto my voice; let Thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.
2အို ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ စကား သံကို ကြား ၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ဆုတောင်း ပဌနာပြုသံ ကို နားညောင်း တော်မူပါ။
3If Thou, LORD, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand?
3အို ဘုရား ရှင်ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ဒုစရိုက်အပြစ် များကို မှတ် တော်မူလျှင် အဘယ်သူ သည် ခံရပ် နိုင်ပါမည်နည်း။
4For with Thee there is forgiveness, that Thou mayest be feared.
4ကိုယ်တော် ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ စရာအကြောင်း ရှိစေခြင်းငှါ၊ အပြစ် လွှတ်ခြင်းအခွင့်ကို ပိုင်တော်မူ၏။
5I wait for the LORD, my soul doth wait, and in His word do I hope.
5ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ငါစောင့် လျက်နေ၏။ ငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် သည် စောင့် လျက်နေ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်ကို ငါမြော်လင့် ၏။
6My soul waiteth for the Lord, more than watchmen for the morning; yea, more than watchmen for the morning.
6နံနက် ကို မြော်လင့် သောသူတို့ ထက်မက ၊ ငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် သည် ဘုရား ရှင်ကို မြော်လင့် လျက်နေ၏။
7O Israel, hope in the LORD; for with the LORD there is mercy, and with Him is plenteous redemption.
7ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသည် ထာဝရဘုရား ကို မြော်လင့် ပါစေ။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၌ ကရုဏာ ရှိ၏။ များစွာ သော ရွေးနှုတ် ခြင်းကျေးဇူးရှိ၏။
8And He will redeem Israel from all his iniquities.
8ဣသရေလ အမျိုးကို ခပ်သိမ်း သောဒုစရိုက် အပြစ်တို့အထဲက ရွေးနှုတ် တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
