1A Song of Ascents. In my distress I called unto the LORD, and He answered me.
1အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ဆင်းရဲ ခံရသောအခါ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို အော်ဟစ် ၍ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် နားထောင် တော်မူ၏။
2O LORD, deliver my soul from lying lips, from a deceitful tongue.
2အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အသက် ကို သစ္စာ မရှိသော နှုတ် မှ ၎င်း၊ လှည့်စား တတ်သော လျှာ မှ ၎င်း ကယ်နှုတ် တော်မူပါ။
3What shall be given unto thee, and what shall be done more unto thee, thou deceitful tongue?
3အိုလှည့်စား တတ်သောလျှာ ၊ သင် သည်အဘယ် ကျေးဇူး ရှိ သနည်း။ အဘယ် အကျိုး ကိုခံရသနည်း။
4Sharp arrows of the mighty, with coals of broom.
4အားကြီး သောသူ ၏ ထက် သောမြှား ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း၊ ရသမ် သစ်သားမီးခဲ ကဲ့သို့၎င်း ဖြစ်၏။
5Woe is me, that I sojourn with Meshech, that I dwell beside the tents of Kedar!
5ငါသည် မေရှက် ပြည်၌ တည်းခို ၍ ၊ ကေဒါ တဲ ၌ နေရ သည် အရာမှာ အ မင်္ဂလာရှိ၏။
6My soul hath full long had her dwelling with him that hateth peace.
6ငြိမ်သက် ခြင်းကို မုန်း သောသူတို့ နှင့်အတူ ၊ ငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် သည် ကြာမြင့် စွာနေ ရပါသည်တကား။
7I am all peace; but when I speak, they are for war.
7ငါ သည် ငြိမ်သက် ခြင်းဘက်မှာနေ၏။ ငါပြော လျှင် မူကား ၊ သူ တို့သည် စစ်တိုက် ခြင်းငှါ အလိုရှိကြ၏။
