1BOOK II (42-1) For the Leader; Maschil of the sons of Korah. (42-2) As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after Thee, O God.
1သမင် ဒရယ်သည် ရေစီး သော ချောင်း ကို တောင့် တသကဲ့သို့ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ဝိညာဉ် သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို တောင့် တပါသည်ဘုရား။
2(42-3) My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: 'When shall I come and appear before God?'
2ငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် သည် ဘုရား သခင်တည်း ဟူသောအသက် ရှင်တော်မူသောဘုရား ကို ငတ် လှ၏။ အဘယ် ကာလမှ ဘုရား သခင့်ထံ တော်သို့ ရောက် ၍ မျက်နှာ ပြရအံ့ နည်း။
3(42-4) My tears have been my food day and night, while they say unto me all the day: 'Where is Thy God?'
3သူတပါးတို့က၊ သင် ၏ဘုရား သခင်သည် အဘယ် မှာရှိသနည်းဟု ငါ့ ကို အစဉ် ပြော ဆိုကြသဖြင့် ၊ ငါ့ မျက်ရည် သည် နေ့ ညဉ့်မပြတ် ငါ စား စရာ ဖြစ် ရ၏။
4(42-5) These things I remember, and pour out my soul within me, how I passed on with the throng, and led them to the house of God, with the voice of joy and praise, a multitude keeping holyday.
4ထို အခြင်းအရာကို ငါအောက်မေ့ ၍ နေစဉ်တွင်၊ ငါ့ စိတ် နှလုံးသည် ကြေကွဲ လျက်ရှိ၏။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ငါသည်လူစု များနှင့် ပေါင်းဘော်လျက်၊ ရွှင်လန်း ခြင်း အသံ ၊ ထောမနာ ပြုခြင်းအသံတို့ကို ပြိုင်ဆို၍၊ ဓမ္မပွဲ ခံ သောလူစု များနှင့်အတူ ဘုရား သခင်၏ အိမ် တော်သို့ ဖြည်းညှင်း စွာ သွား လှလေပြီ။
5(42-6) Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why moanest thou within me? Hope thou in God; for I shall yet praise Him for the salvation of His countenance.
5အိုငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် ၊ သင်သည်အဘယ် ကြောင့်ညှိုးငယ် သနည်း။ ငါ့ အထဲ မှာအဘယ်ကြောင့်မ ငြိမ်မဝပ်ရှိသနည်း။ ဘုရား သခင်ကို မြော်လင့် လျက်နေလော့။ ငါ့ကို ကယ်တင် တော်မူသောအရှင်၊ ငါကိုးကွယ်သော ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ငါချီးမွမ်း ထောမနာပြုရလေအံ့ သတည်း။
6(42-7) O my God, my soul is cast down within me; therefore do I remember Thee from the land of Jordan, and the Hermons, from the hill Mizar.
6အကျွန်ုပ် စိတ် ဝိညာဉ်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် အထဲ မှာ ညှိုးငယ် လျက်ရှိပါ၏။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ယော်ဒန် မြစ် ကမ်း ၊ ဟေရမုန် တောင်ရိုး၊ မိဇရ ကုန်း ပေါ် မှာ ကိုယ်တော် ကို အကျွန်ုပ်အောက်မေ့ ပါ၏။
7(42-8) Deep calleth unto deep at the voice of Thy cataracts; all Thy waves and Thy billows are gone over me.
7ရေဘွေ တော်များအသံ ဗလံနှင့်တကွ ဝဲ ဩဃတခုကို တခုဟစ် ခေါ်၍ လှိုင်း တံပိုး တော်အပေါင်း တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို လွှမ်းမိုး ကြပါပြီ။
8(42-9) By day the LORD will command His lovingkindness, and in the night His song shall be with me, even a prayer unto the God of my life.
8သို့သော်လည်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် နေ့ အခါ သနားခြင်းကျေးဇူး တော်ကိုပေး ချတော်မူ၏။ ညဉ့် အခါ ၌ လည်း ဂုဏ်တော်ကို သီချင်း ဆိုလျက်၊ ငါ့ ၏အသက် သခင် ကို ပဌနာ ပြုလျက် ငါ နေ၏။
9(42-10) I will say unto God my Rock: 'Why hast Thou forgotten me? Why go I mourning under the oppression of the enemy?'
9အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုအဘယ် ကြောင့် မေ့လျော့ တော်မူသနည်း။ ရန်သူ ညှဉ်းဆဲ နှိပ်စက်ခြင်းကို ခံရ၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ကြမ်းတမ်းသောအဝတ်ကို ဝတ်လျက် အဘယ် ကြောင့် နေရပါသနည်းဟု ငါ ၏ကျောက် ဖြစ်သော ဘုရား သခင် ကို ငါလျှောက် ရ၏။
10(42-11) As with a crushing in my bones, mine adversaries taunt me; while they say unto me all the day: 'Where is Thy God?'
10ငါ့ ရန်သူ တို့က၊ သင် ၏ဘုရား သခင်သည် အဘယ် မှာရှိသနည်းဟု ငါ့ ကို အစဉ် ပြော ဆိုကြသဖြင့် ၊ ငါ့အရိုးတို့ကို ချိုး၍ကဲ့ရဲ့တတ်ကြ၏။
11(42-12) Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why moanest thou within me? Hope thou in God; for I shall yet praise Him, the salvation of my countenance, and my God.
11အိုငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် ၊ သင်သည် အဘယ်ကြောင့် ညှိုးငယ် သနည်း။ ငါ့ အထဲ မှာ အဘယ်ကြောင့် မ ငြိမ်မဝပ်ရှိ သနည်း။ ဘုရား သခင်ကို မြော်လင့် လျက်နေလော့။ ငါ့ ကိုကယ်တင် တော်မူသောအရှင် ၊ ငါ ကိုးကွယ်သော ဘုရား သခင်၏ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ငါချီးမွမ်း ထောမနာပြုရ လေအံ့သတည်း။
