1(46-1) For the Leader; a Psalm of the sons of Korah; upon Alamoth. A Song. (46-2) God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
1ဘုရား သခင်သည် ငါ တို့ခိုလှုံ ရာ ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ခွန်အား ကိုပေး တော်မူ၏။ ဘေး ရောက် သည်ကာလ အထူး သဖြင့်ကူမ တော်မူကြောင်း ထင်ရှားလျက်ရှိ၏။
2(46-3) Therefore will we not fear, though the earth do change, and though the mountains be moved into the heart of the seas;
2ထိုကြောင့် ပထဝီမြေကြီး သည် ရွေ့ သွား၍ တောင် များတုန်လှုပ်လျက် သမုဒ္ဒရာ သို့ ကျ သော်လည်း၊ ငါတို့သည် ကြောက်လန့် ခြင်းမ ရှိ။
3(46-4) Though the waters thereof roar and foam, though the mountains shake at the swelling thereof. Selah
3သမုဒ္ဒရာရေ သည် ဟုန်းဟုန်းမြည် ၍ မွှေနှောက် ပါ လေစေ။ လှိုင်း တံပိုးထသဖြင့် ၊ တောင် များတုန်လှုပ် ပါ လေစေ။
4(46-5) There is a river, the streams whereof make glad the city of God, the holiest dwelling-place of the Most High.
4မြစ် တမြစ်ရှိသေး၏။ ထို မြစ် ရေသည်စီး၍ ဘုရား သခင်၏ မြို့ တည်းဟူသောအမြင့်ဆုံး သောဘုရား ကျိန်းဝပ် တော်မူရာ သန့်ရှင်း သော မြို့တော်ကို ရွှင်လန်း စေတတ်၏။
5(46-6) God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God shall help her, at the approach of morning.
5ထိုမြို့ သည် ဘုရား သခင်ကျိန်းဝပ် တော်မူရာ ဖြစ်၍တုန်လှုပ် ခြင်း မ ရှိရာ။ မိုဃ်းသောက် လင်းစ၌ ဘုရား သခင်ကူမ တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
6(46-7) Nations were in tumult, kingdoms were moved; He uttered His voice, the earth melted.
6လူမျိုး တို့သည် ဟုန်းဟုန်းမြည် ကြ၏။ တိုင်း နိုင်ငံတို့သည် လှုပ်ရှား ကြ၏။ ဗျာဒိတ် သံ ကို လွှတ် တော်မူ၍ မြေကြီး သည် အရည် ဖြစ်လေ၏။
7(46-8) The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our high tower. Selah
7ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ငါ တို့နှင့်အတူ ရှိတော်မူ၏။ ယာကုပ် အမျိုး၏ ဘုရား သခင်သည် ငါ တို့ ခိုလှုံ ရာဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
8(46-9) Come, behold the works of the LORD, who hath made desolations in the earth.
8ထာဝရဘုရား စီရင် ပြုပြင်၍ မြေကြီး ပေါ် မှာ သုတ်သင် ပယ်ရှင်းခြင်း အမှုတော်များကို လာ ၍ကြည့်ရှု ကြလော့။
9(46-10) He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; He breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; He burneth the chariots in the fire.
9လေး ကိုချိုး လျက် ၊ လှံ ကိုအပိုင်းပိုင်းဖြတ် လျက်၊ ရထား ကိုမီး ရှို့ လျက် ၊ မြေကြီး စွန်း တိုင်အောင် စစ်မှု ကို ငြိမ်း စေတော်မူ၏။
10(46-11) 'Let be, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.'
10ငြိမ်ဝပ် လျက် နေကြလော့။ ငါ ကား ဘုရား သခင်ဖြစ်သည်ဟု သိ မှတ်ကြလော့။ လူမျိုး တို့တွင် ငါသည် ဘုန်းပွင့် မည်။ မြေကြီး ပေါ် မှာ ဘုန်းပွင့် မည်။
11(46-12) The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our high tower. Selah
11ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ငါ တို့နှင့်အတူ ရှိတော်မူ၏။ ယာကုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်သည် ငါ တို့ခိုလှုံ ရာဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
