1A Song of Ascents. LORD, remember unto David all his affliction;
1耶和華啊，求你記念 大衛 所受的一切苦難！
2How he swore unto the LORD, and vowed unto the Mighty One of Jacob:
2他怎樣向耶和華起誓， 向 雅各 的大能者許願，
3'Surely I will not come into the tent of my house, nor go up into the bed that is spread for me;
3說：我必不進我的帳幕， 也不上我的床榻；
4I will not give sleep to mine eyes, nor slumber to mine eyelids;
4我不容我的眼睛睡覺， 也不容我的眼目打盹；
5Until I find out a place for the LORD, a dwelling-place for the Mighty One of Jacob.'
5直等我為耶和華尋得所在， 為 雅各 的大能者尋得居所。
6Lo, we heard of it as being in Ephrath; we found it in the field of the wood.
6我們聽說 約櫃 在 以法他 ， 我們在 基列‧耶琳 就尋見了。
7Let us go into His dwelling-place; let us worship at His footstool.
7我們要進他的居所， 在他腳凳前下拜。
8Arise, O LORD, unto Thy resting-place; Thou, and the ark of Thy strength.
8耶和華啊，求你興起， 和你有能力的 約 櫃同入安息之所！
9Let Thy priests be clothed with righteousness; and let Thy saints shout for joy.
9願你的祭司披上公義！ 願你的聖民歡呼！
10For Thy servant David's sake turn not away the face of Thine anointed.
10求你因你僕人 大衛 的緣故， 不要厭棄你的受膏者！
11The LORD swore unto David in truth; He will not turn back from it: 'Of the fruit of thy body will I set upon thy throne.
11耶和華向 大衛 、憑誠實起了誓， 必不反覆， 說 ： 我要使你所生的 坐在你的寶座上。
12If thy children keep My covenant and My testimony that I shall teach them, their children also for ever shall sit upon thy throne.'
12你的眾子若守我的約 和我所教訓他們的法度， 他們的子孫必永遠坐在你的寶座上。
13For the LORD hath chosen Zion; He hath desired it for His habitation:
13因為耶和華揀選了 錫安 ， 願意當作自己的居所，
14'This is My resting-place for ever; here will I dwell; for I have desired it.
14說：這是我永遠安息之所； 我要住在這裏， 因為是我所願意的。
15I will abundantly bless her provision; I will give her needy bread in plenty.
15我要使其中的糧食豐滿， 使其中的窮人飽足。
16Her priests also will I clothe with salvation; and her saints shall shout aloud for joy.
16我要使祭司披上救恩， 聖民大聲歡呼！
17There will I make a horn to shoot up unto David, there have I ordered a lamp for Mine anointed.
17我要叫 大衛 的角在那裏發生； 我為我的受膏者預備明燈。
18His enemies will I clothe with shame; but upon himself shall his crown shine.'
18我要使他的仇敵披上羞恥； 但他的冠冕要在頭上發光。
