1Een psalm bij het dankoffer. Juicht Jahweh ter eer, heel de aarde,
1Make a joyful noise unto the LORD , all ye lands.
2Dient Jahweh met vreugde, Treedt jubelend voor zijn aangezicht.
2Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
3Erkent het: Jahweh is God; Hij heeft ons gemaakt, Hem behoren wij toe, Als zijn volk en de kudde zijner weide.
3Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
4Treedt zijn poorten met dankzegging binnen, Zijn voorhoven met jubelzang, Brengt Hem glorie, en zegent zijn Naam.
4Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
5Want Jahweh is goed, Zijn genade duurt eeuwig, Zijn trouw van geslacht tot geslacht!
5For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.
