1Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying:
1พระดำรัสของพระยาห์เวห์มาถึงข้าพเจ้าอีกว่า
2'Now, thou, son of man, wilt thou judge, wilt thou judge the bloody city? then cause her to know all her abominations.
2“มนุษย์เอ๋ย เจ้าจะพิพากษาไหม? เจ้าจะพิพากษาเมืองนองเลือดไหม? ถ้าเช่นนั้นจงทำให้นางรู้ถึงสิ่งน่ารังเกียจทั้งปวง
3And thou shalt say: Thus saith the Lord GOD: O city that sheddest blood in the midst of thee, that thy time may come, and that makest idols unto thyself to defile thee;
3จงพูดว่า ‘พระผู้เป็นเจ้า พระยาห์เวห์ตรัสดังนี้ เมืองเอ๋ย เจ้านองเลือดอยู่ภายในจนเวลาของเจ้ามาถึง และสร้างรูปเคารพทำให้ตัวเองเป็นมลทิน!
4thou art become guilty in thy blood that thou hast shed, and art defiled in thine idols which thou hast made; and thou hast caused thy days to draw near, and art come even unto thy years; therefore have I made thee a reproach unto the nations, and a mocking to all the countries!
4เจ้าต้องรับผิดเพราะเลือดที่หลั่ง และเป็นมลทินเพราะรูปเคารพที่สร้าง เจ้าเร่งวันของตนให้ใกล้ และมาถึงปลายปีของเจ้าแล้ว เราจึงทำให้เจ้าเป็นที่ดูหมิ่นของประชาชาติและเป็นที่เยาะเย้ยของทุกดินแดน
5Those that are near, and those that are far from thee, shall mock thee, thou defiled of name and full of tumult.
5ทั้งคนใกล้และคนไกลจะเยาะเย้ยเจ้า เมืองชื่อฉาวที่เต็มไปด้วยความวุ่นวาย
6Behold, the princes of Israel, every one according to his might, have been in thee to shed blood.
6“‘“ดูสิ ผู้นำอิสราเอลที่อยู่ในเจ้า ต่างใช้อำนาจของตนเพื่อหลั่งเลือด
7In thee have they made light of father and mother; in the midst of thee have they dealt by oppression with the stranger; in thee have they wronged the fatherless and the widow.
7ในเจ้า พวกเขาดูหมิ่นพ่อและแม่ ข่มเหงคนต่างด้าว และข่มเหงเด็กกำพร้ากับหญิงม่าย
8Thou hast despised My holy things, and hast profaned My sabbaths.
8เจ้าดูหมิ่นของศักดิ์สิทธิ์ของเรา และทำให้วันพักอันศักดิ์สิทธิ์ของเราเสื่อมความศักดิ์สิทธิ์
9In thee have been talebearers to shed blood; and in thee they have eaten upon the mountains; in the midst of thee they have committed lewdness.
9ในเจ้ามีคนใส่ร้ายเพื่อให้มีการหลั่งเลือด มีคนกินของถวายตามสถานบูชาบนภูเขา และทำเรื่องลามกท่ามกลางเจ้า
10In thee have they uncovered their fathers' nakedness; in thee have they humbled her that was unclean in her impurity.
10ในเจ้ามีคนเปิดเผยความเปลือยเปล่าของภรรยาพ่อ และมีคนข่มเหงหญิงที่มีมลทินเพราะประจำเดือน
11And each hath committed abomination with his neighbour's wife; and each hath lewdly defiled his daughter-in-law; and each in thee hath humbled his sister, his father's daughter.
11คนหนึ่งทำสิ่งน่ารังเกียจกับภรรยาของเพื่อนบ้าน อีกคนทำให้ลูกสะใภ้เป็นมลทินอย่างลามก และอีกคนข่มเหงน้องสาวร่วมพ่อของตน
12In thee have they taken gifts to shed blood; thou hast taken interest and increase, and thou hast greedily gained of thy neighbours by oppression, and hast forgotten Me, saith the Lord GOD.
12ในเจ้ามีคนรับสินบนเพื่อหลั่งเลือด เจ้าเก็บดอกเบี้ยและกำไรเกินควร ใช้การข่มเหงหากำไรจากเพื่อนบ้านอย่างละโมบ และลืมเรา” พระผู้เป็นเจ้า พระยาห์เวห์ตรัสดังนี้
13Behold, therefore, I have smitten My hand at thy dishonest gain which thou hast made, and at thy blood which hath been in the midst of thee.
13“‘“เพราะฉะนั้นเราจึงตบมือด้วยความไม่พอใจต่อกำไรทุจริตที่เจ้าหา และต่อเลือดที่หลั่งอยู่ในเจ้า
14Can thy heart endure, or can thy hands be strong, in the days that I shall deal with thee? I the LORD have spoken it, and will do it.
14ในวันที่เราจัดการเจ้า ใจของเจ้าจะทนได้หรือ? มือของเจ้าจะยังมีกำลังหรือ? เรา พระยาห์เวห์ ได้พูดและจะทำ
15And I will scatter thee among the nations, and disperse thee through the countries; and I will consume thy filthiness out of thee.
15เราจะกระจายเจ้าไปท่ามกลางประชาชาติ ทำให้กระจัดกระจายตามดินแดนต่าง ๆ และชำระความโสโครกออกจากเจ้า
16And thou shalt be profaned in thyself, in the sight of the nations; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD.'
16เจ้าจะถูกทำให้เสื่อมเกียรติต่อหน้าประชาชาติ แล้วเจ้าจะรู้ว่าเราคือพระยาห์เวห์”’”
17And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying:
17พระดำรัสของพระยาห์เวห์มาถึงข้าพเจ้าว่า
18'Son of man, the house of Israel is become dross unto Me; all of them are brass and tin and iron and lead, in the midst of the furnace; they are the dross of silver.
18“มนุษย์เอ๋ย ชนอิสราเอลกลายเป็นกากโลหะสำหรับเรา พวกเขาทั้งหมดเป็นทองสัมฤทธิ์ ดีบุก เหล็ก และตะกั่วอยู่กลางเตาหลอม เป็นกากของเงิน
19Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD: Because ye are all become dross, therefore, behold, I will gather you into the midst of Jerusalem.
19เพราะฉะนั้น พระผู้เป็นเจ้า พระยาห์เวห์ตรัสดังนี้ ‘เพราะพวกเจ้าทั้งหมดกลายเป็นกากโลหะ เราจะรวบรวมพวกเจ้าไว้กลางเยรูซาเล็ม
20As they gather silver and brass and iron and lead and tin into the midst of the furnace, to blow the fire upon it, to melt it; so will I gather you in Mine anger and in My fury, and I will cast you in, and melt you.
20เหมือนคนรวบรวมเงิน ทองสัมฤทธิ์ เหล็ก ตะกั่ว และดีบุกใส่ในเตาหลอม แล้วเป่าไฟให้หลอมละลาย เราก็จะรวบรวมพวกเจ้าด้วยความโกรธและความเดือดดาล วางไว้ที่นั่นแล้วหลอมพวกเจ้า
21Yea, I will gather you, and blow upon you with the fire of My wrath, and ye shall be melted in the midst thereof.
21เราจะรวบรวมพวกเจ้าและเป่าไฟแห่งความเดือดดาลใส่ แล้วพวกเจ้าจะหลอมละลายอยู่ท่ามกลางไฟ
22As silver is melted in the midst of the furnace, so shall ye be melted in the midst thereof; and ye shall know that I the LORD have poured out My fury upon you.'
22เหมือนเงินหลอมละลายในเตา พวกเจ้าก็จะหลอมละลายอยู่ในเมือง แล้วจะรู้ว่าเรา พระยาห์เวห์ ได้เทความเดือดดาลเหนือพวกเจ้า’”
23And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying:
23พระดำรัสของพระยาห์เวห์มาถึงข้าพเจ้าว่า
24'Son of man, say unto her: Thou art a land that is not cleansed, nor rained upon in the day of indignation.
24“มนุษย์เอ๋ย จงบอกแผ่นดินนั้นว่า ‘เจ้าเป็นแผ่นดินที่ไม่ได้รับการชำระและไม่มีฝนในวันแห่งความกริ้ว’
25There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls, they take treasure and precious things, they have made her widows many in the midst thereof.
25ผู้พยากรณ์ในแผ่นดินสมคบกัน เหมือนสิงโตคำรามฉีกเหยื่อ พวกเขากินชีวิตคน ยึดทรัพย์สมบัติและของมีค่า และทำให้หญิงมากมายเป็นม่าย
26Her priests have done violence to My law, and have profaned My holy things; they have put no difference between the holy and the common, neither have they taught difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from My sabbaths, and I am profaned among them.
26ปุโรหิตของนางบิดเบือนบทบัญญัติของเรา และทำให้ของศักดิ์สิทธิ์ของเราเสื่อมความศักดิ์สิทธิ์ ไม่แยกของศักดิ์สิทธิ์ออกจากของสามัญ ไม่สอนให้คนรู้ความแตกต่างระหว่างสิ่งไม่สะอาดกับสิ่งสะอาด และเมินเฉยต่อวันพักอันศักดิ์สิทธิ์ของเรา เราจึงถูกทำให้เสื่อมความศักดิ์สิทธิ์ท่ามกลางพวกเขา
27Her princes in the midst thereof are like wolves ravening the prey: to shed blood, and to destroy souls, so as to get dishonest gain.
27ผู้นำของนางเป็นเหมือนหมาป่าฉีกเหยื่อ หลั่งเลือดและทำลายชีวิตเพื่อหากำไรทุจริต
28And her prophets have daubed for them with whited plaster, seeing falsehood, and divining lies unto them, saying: Thus saith the Lord GOD, when the LORD hath not spoken.
28ผู้พยากรณ์ของนางฉาบปูนขาวให้พวกเขา โดยเห็นนิมิตเท็จและทำนายคำโกหก พูดว่า ‘พระผู้เป็นเจ้า พระยาห์เวห์ตรัส’ ทั้งที่พระยาห์เวห์ไม่ได้พูด
29The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have wronged the poor and needy, and have oppressed the stranger unlawfully.
29ประชาชนในแผ่นดินใช้การข่มเหงและปล้นชิง รังแกคนยากจนและคนขัดสน และข่มเหงคนต่างด้าวอย่างอยุติธรรม
30And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the breach before Me for the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found none.
30“เรามองหาคนสักคนในหมู่พวกเขาที่จะซ่อมกำแพงและยืนอุดช่องโหว่ต่อหน้าเราเพื่อแผ่นดิน เพื่อเราจะไม่ทำลายมัน แต่หาไม่พบแม้แต่คนเดียว
31Therefore have I poured out Mine indignation upon them; I have consumed them with the fire of My wrath; their own way have I brought upon their heads, saith the Lord GOD.'
31เพราะฉะนั้นเราจึงเทความกริ้วลงเหนือพวกเขา เผาผลาญด้วยไฟแห่งความเดือดดาล และให้ผลแห่งทางที่พวกเขาเดินย้อนกลับมาตกบนศีรษะของพวกเขาเอง” พระผู้เป็นเจ้า พระยาห์เวห์ตรัสดังนี้
