1And he brought me back unto the door of the house; and, behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward, for the forefront of the house looked toward the east; and the waters came down from under, from the right side of the house, on the south of the altar.
1เขานำข้าพเจ้ากลับมาที่ประตูพระนิเวศ ข้าพเจ้าเห็นน้ำไหลออกจากใต้ธรณีประตูพระนิเวศไปทางตะวันออก เพราะด้านหน้าพระนิเวศหันไปทางตะวันออก น้ำไหลลงมาจากใต้พระนิเวศทางด้านขวา คือทางใต้ของแท่นบูชา
2Then brought he me out by the way of the gate northward, and led me round by the way without unto the outer gate, by the way of the gate that looketh toward the east; and, behold, there trickled forth waters on the right side.
2แล้วเขานำข้าพเจ้าออกทางประตูเหนือ พาอ้อมด้านนอกไปยังประตูชั้นนอก คือประตูที่หันไปทางตะวันออก ข้าพเจ้าเห็นน้ำไหลออกทางด้านขวา
3When the man went forth eastward with the line in his hand, he measured a thousand cubits, and he caused me to pass through the waters, waters that were to the ankles.
3ชายคนนั้นเดินไปทางตะวันออกโดยถือเชือกวัดอยู่ในมือ เขาวัดได้หนึ่งพันศอก แล้วพาข้าพเจ้าลุยน้ำ ซึ่งลึกถึงข้อเท้า
4Again he measured a thousand, and caused me to pass through the waters, waters that were to the knees. Again he measured a thousand, and caused me to pass through waters that were to the loins.
4เขาวัดต่อไปอีกหนึ่งพันศอก แล้วพาข้าพเจ้าลุยน้ำซึ่งลึกถึงเข่า จากนั้นวัดอีกหนึ่งพันศอกและพาข้าพเจ้าลุยน้ำซึ่งลึกถึงเอว
5Afterward he measured a thousand; and it was a river that I could not pass through; for the waters were risen, waters to swim in, a river that could not be passed through.
5ต่อมาเขาวัดอีกหนึ่งพันศอก คราวนี้กลายเป็นแม่น้ำที่ข้าพเจ้าลุยข้ามไม่ได้ เพราะน้ำสูงพอที่จะว่ายได้ เป็นแม่น้ำที่เดินลุยข้ามไม่ได้
6And he said unto me: 'Hast thou seen this, O son of man?' Then he led me, and caused me to return to the bank of the river.
6เขาถามข้าพเจ้าว่า “มนุษย์เอ๋ย เจ้าเห็นสิ่งนี้หรือไม่?” แล้วเขาพาข้าพเจ้ากลับมายังฝั่งแม่น้ำ
7Now when I had been brought back, behold, upon the bank of the river were very many trees on the one side and on the other.
7เมื่อข้าพเจ้ากลับมา ก็เห็นต้นไม้มากมายริมแม่น้ำทั้งสองฝั่ง
8Then said he unto me: 'These waters issue forth toward the eastern region, and shall go down into the Arabah; and when they shall enter into the sea, into the sea of the putrid waters, the waters shall be healed.
8เขากล่าวกับข้าพเจ้าว่า “น้ำนี้ไหลไปยังเขตตะวันออก ลงไปสู่อาราบาห์ แล้วไหลต่อไปยังทะเล เมื่อน้ำนี้ไหลลงสู่ทะเล น้ำในทะเลก็จะกลับดี
9And it shall come to pass, that every living creature wherewith it swarmeth, whithersoever the rivers shall come, shall live; and there shall be a very great multitude of fish; for these waters are come thither, that all things be healed and may live whithersoever the river cometh.
9ทุกแห่งที่สายน้ำนี้ไหลไป สิ่งมีชีวิตทุกชนิดที่แหวกว่ายเป็นฝูงจะมีชีวิตอยู่ ที่นั่นจะมีปลามากมายมหาศาล เพราะน้ำนี้ไหลไปถึง ทำให้น้ำทะเลกลับดี และทุกสิ่งจะมีชีวิตทุกแห่งที่แม่น้ำไหลไป
10And it shall come to pass, that fishers shall stand by it from En-gedi even unto En-eglaim; there shall be a place for the spreading of nets; their fish shall be after their kinds, as the fish of the Great Sea, exceeding many.
10ชาวประมงจะยืนอยู่ตามฝั่ง ตั้งแต่เอนเกดีไปจนถึงเอนเอกลาอิมจะเป็นที่ตากอวน ปลาจะมีมากมายหลายชนิดเหมือนปลาในทะเลใหญ่
11But the miry places thereof, and the marshes thereof, shall not be healed; they shall be given for salt.
11แต่บึงและหนองน้ำจะไม่กลับดี จะปล่อยไว้ให้เป็นแหล่งเกลือ
12And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow every tree for food, whose leaf shall not wither, neither shall the fruit thereof fail; it shall bring forth new fruit every month, because the waters thereof issue out of the sanctuary; and the fruit thereof shall be for food, and the leaf thereof for healing.'
12ตามสองฝั่งแม่น้ำจะมีต้นไม้ทุกชนิดที่กินเป็นอาหารได้ ใบจะไม่เหี่ยวและผลจะไม่ขาด ทุกเดือนจะออกผลใหม่ เพราะน้ำที่หล่อเลี้ยงไหลออกมาจากสถานบริสุทธิ์ ผลใช้เป็นอาหาร และใบใช้สำหรับรักษาโรค”
13Thus saith the Lord GOD: 'This shall be the border, whereby ye shall divide the land for inheritance according to the twelve tribes of Israel, Joseph receiving two portions.
13พระผู้เป็นเจ้า พระยาห์เวห์ตรัสดังนี้ “ต่อไปนี้เป็นเขตแดนที่พวกเจ้าจะใช้แบ่งแผ่นดินเป็นมรดกให้แก่อิสราเอลสิบสองเผ่า โยเซฟจะได้รับสองส่วน
14And ye shall inherit it, one as well as another, concerning which I lifted up My hand to give it unto your fathers; and this land shall fall unto you for inheritance.
14พวกเจ้าจะได้รับมรดกเท่าๆ กัน เพราะเราปฏิญาณว่าจะมอบแผ่นดินนี้แก่บรรพบุรุษของพวกเจ้า ดังนั้นแผ่นดินนี้จะตกเป็นมรดกของพวกเจ้า
15And this shall be the border of the land: on the north side, from the Great Sea, by the way of Hethlon, unto the entrance of Zedad;
15“เขตแดนของแผ่นดินมีดังนี้ “ด้านเหนือ เริ่มจากทะเลใหญ่ไปตามทางเฮทโลน ถึงทางเข้าเศดัด
16Hamath, Berothah, Sibraim, which is between the border of Damascus and the border of Hamath; Hazer-hatticon, which is by the border of Hauran.
16ผ่านฮามัท เบโรธาห์ และศิบราอิม ซึ่งอยู่ระหว่างเขตแดนดามัสกัสกับเขตแดนฮามัท ไปถึงฮาเซอร์ฮัททิโคนซึ่งอยู่ติดเขตแดนเฮาราน
17And the border from the sea shall be Hazar-enon at the border of Damascus, and on the north northward is the border of Hamath. This is the north side.
17เขตแดนจากทะเลไปถึงฮาซาร์เอนอนที่เขตแดนดามัสกัส และด้านเหนือขึ้นไปเป็นเขตแดนฮามัท นี่คือด้านเหนือ
18And the east side, between Hauran and Damascus and Gilead, and the land of Israel, by the Jordan, from the border unto the east sea shall ye measure. This is the east side.
18“ด้านตะวันออก อยู่ระหว่างเฮาราน ดามัสกัส กิเลอาด และแผ่นดินอิสราเอล ให้แม่น้ำจอร์แดนเป็นเขตแดน จากเขตแดนเหนือไปถึงทะเลตะวันออก จงวัดตามแนวนี้ นี่คือด้านตะวันออก
19And the south side southward shall be from Tamar as far as the waters of Meriboth-kadesh, to the Brook, unto the Great Sea. This is the south side southward.
19“ด้านใต้ เริ่มจากทามาร์ไปถึงน้ำแห่งเมรีโบทคาเดช ต่อไปยังลำธารจนถึงทะเลใหญ่ นี่คือด้านใต้
20And the west side shall be the Great Sea, from the border as far as over against the entrance of Hamath. This is the west side.
20“ด้านตะวันตกคือทะเลใหญ่ จากเขตแดนใต้ขึ้นไปจนถึงจุดตรงข้ามทางเข้าฮามัท นี่คือด้านตะวันตก
21So shall ye divide this land unto you according to the tribes of Israel.
21“พวกเจ้าจงแบ่งแผ่นดินนี้กันตามเผ่าต่างๆ ของอิสราเอล
22And it shall come to pass, that ye shall divide it by lot for an inheritance unto you and to the strangers that sojourn among you, who shall beget children among you; and they shall be unto you as the home-born among the children of Israel; they shall have inheritance with you among the tribes of Israel.
22จงจับสลากแบ่งเป็นมรดกแก่พวกเจ้าและแก่คนต่างถิ่นที่อาศัยอยู่ท่ามกลางพวกเจ้าและมีลูกหลานอยู่ในหมู่พวกเจ้า จงถือว่าพวกเขาเหมือนคนอิสราเอลโดยกำเนิด พวกเขาจะได้รับมรดกร่วมกับพวกเจ้าท่ามกลางเผ่าต่างๆ ของอิสราเอล
23And it shall come to pass, that in what tribe the stranger sojourneth, there shall ye give him his inheritance, saith the Lord GOD.
23คนต่างถิ่นอาศัยอยู่ในเขตเผ่าใด ก็จงมอบมรดกให้เขาในเขตเผ่านั้น” พระผู้เป็นเจ้า พระยาห์เวห์ตรัสดังนี้
