1Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying:
1LEUM GOD El kaskas nu sik ac fahk,
2'Now, thou, son of man, wilt thou judge, wilt thou judge the bloody city? then cause her to know all her abominations.
2“Kom, mwet sukawil moul la, ya kom akola in nununku siti se inge su sesseslana ke mwet akmas? Oru in arulana kalem sel ma srungayuk nukewa ma el orala.
3And thou shalt say: Thus saith the Lord GOD: O city that sheddest blood in the midst of thee, that thy time may come, and that makest idols unto thyself to defile thee;
3Fahkang nu sin siti sac ma nga, LEUM GOD Fulatlana, fahk inge: Ke sripen arulana pus mwet lom sifacna su kom uniya, ac oayapa kom akfohkfokyekomla ke kom alu nu ke ma sruloala, ouinge pacl lom apkuranme.
4thou art become guilty in thy blood that thou hast shed, and art defiled in thine idols which thou hast made; and thou hast caused thy days to draw near, and art come even unto thy years; therefore have I made thee a reproach unto the nations, and a mocking to all the countries!
4Oasr mwatum ke akmas kom orala inge, ac kom fohkfokla ke sripen ma sruloala su kom orala. Ke ma inge len se srisrngiyuki nu sum ac tuku, na safla pacl lom! Pa inge sripa sis nga lela tuh mwet in facl saya uh in aksruksrukye kom, ac mutunfacl nukewa in isrun kom.
5Those that are near, and those that are far from thee, shall mock thee, thou defiled of name and full of tumult.
5Mutunfacl su apkuran ac oayapa su loessula ac isrun kom ke sripen kom tia moul ye ma sap.
6Behold, the princes of Israel, every one according to his might, have been in thee to shed blood.
6Mwet kol lun Israel nukewa lulalfongi ke ku lalos sifacna ac orek akmas.
7In thee have they made light of father and mother; in the midst of thee have they dealt by oppression with the stranger; in thee have they wronged the fatherless and the widow.
7Wangin mwet in siti uh sunakin papa ac nina kialos. Elos orek kutasrik nu sin mwetsac, ac aklalfonye katinmas ac tulik mukaimtal.
8Thou hast despised My holy things, and hast profaned My sabbaths.
8Elos tia akfulatye acn mutal, ac tia pac karinganang len Sabbath.
9In thee have been talebearers to shed blood; and in thee they have eaten upon the mountains; in the midst of thee they have committed lewdness.
9Kutu sin mwet lom uh fahk kas kikiap ke mwet ngia in pwanang in anwuki elos. Kutu selos kang mwe mongo ma kisala nu ke ma sruloala. Kutu mwet uh tia tui in oru lung koluk lalos.
10In thee have they uncovered their fathers' nakedness; in thee have they humbled her that was unclean in her impurity.
10Kutu selos oan yurin mutan kien papa tumalos. Kutu pac selos sifacna sruinku ac orek kosro nu sin mutan ke pacl elos musen malem.
11And each hath committed abomination with his neighbour's wife; and each hath lewdly defiled his daughter-in-law; and each in thee hath humbled his sister, his father's daughter.
11Kutu mwet uh orek kosro yurin mutan kien siena mukul, ac kutu nu sin mutan kien wen natulos, ku mutan wialos ke siena nina.
12In thee have they taken gifts to shed blood; thou hast taken interest and increase, and thou hast greedily gained of thy neighbours by oppression, and hast forgotten Me, saith the Lord GOD.
12Kutu sin mwet lom uh moul nu se in orek akmas. Kutu akyokye lupan kapak elos eis sin mwet Israel wialos su ngusr mani selos, ac elos kasrupi ke ma laesla inge. Elos mulkinyula.” LEUM GOD Fulatlana pa fahk ma inge.
13Behold, therefore, I have smitten My hand at thy dishonest gain which thou hast made, and at thy blood which hath been in the midst of thee.
13“Nga fah pasolya pouk in kasrkusrak luk ke sripen pisrapasr ac akmas lom uh.
14Can thy heart endure, or can thy hands be strong, in the days that I shall deal with thee? I the LORD have spoken it, and will do it.
14Nga fin filiya pouk fom, ya kom nunku mu ac oasr pulaik lom, ku kom ac ku in sifil srukak poum? Tia ku! Nga, LEUM GOD , pa fahk ma inge, ac nga ac oru oana ma nga fahk.
15And I will scatter thee among the nations, and disperse thee through the countries; and I will consume thy filthiness out of thee.
15Nga ac fah akfahsryelik mwet lom nu in mutunfacl nukewa, ac tulokinya orekma koluk lom uh.
16And thou shalt be profaned in thyself, in the sight of the nations; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD.'
16Ouinge mutunfacl saya ac fah tia sifil akfulatye kom, ac kom ac fah etu lah nga pa LEUM GOD .”
17And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying:
17LEUM GOD El fahk nu sik,
18'Son of man, the house of Israel is become dross unto Me; all of them are brass and tin and iron and lead, in the midst of the furnace; they are the dross of silver.
18“Mwet sukawil, wanginla sripen mwet Israel nu sik. Elos oana pukun osra — copper, tin, iron, ac lead — tukun kofelik silver uh liki eot ma manman ke sie funyu.
19Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD: Because ye are all become dross, therefore, behold, I will gather you into the midst of Jerusalem.
19Ke ma inge, nga LEUM GOD Fulatlana, fahk nu selos lah wangin sripalos nu sik oapana osra inge. Nga ac fah oraloseni nukewa nu in acn Jerusalem
20As they gather silver and brass and iron and lead and tin into the midst of the furnace, to blow the fire upon it, to melt it; so will I gather you in Mine anger and in My fury, and I will cast you in, and melt you.
20oana ke eot ma oasr silver, copper, iron, lead ac tin loac uh orekeni in likliki in sie funyu. Fulen kasrkusrak luk ac fah oru elos in kofelik, oana fulen e uh oru eot uh in kofelik.
21Yea, I will gather you, and blow upon you with the fire of My wrath, and ye shall be melted in the midst thereof.
21Aok, nga fah oraloseni nu Jerusalem, tanak sie e ah yalos, ac oru elos in kofelik ke kasrukusrak luk.
22As silver is melted in the midst of the furnace, so shall ye be melted in the midst thereof; and ye shall know that I the LORD have poured out My fury upon you.'
22Elos fah kofelik in Jerusalem oana ke silver uh kofelik in funyu uh, na elos fah etu lah elos oan ye kasrkusrak lun LEUM GOD .”
23And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying:
23LEUM GOD El sifil kaskas nu sik ac fahk,
24'Son of man, say unto her: Thou art a land that is not cleansed, nor rained upon in the day of indignation.
24“Mwet sukawil, fahk nu sin mwet Israel lah facl selos uh tiana mutal. Ke ma inge nga ac akkeokye ke kasrkusrak luk.
25There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls, they take treasure and precious things, they have made her widows many in the midst thereof.
25Mwet kol inge elos oana lion ngutngut ma sreya monin kosro ma elos uniya uh. Mwet kol elos uniya mukul puspis, na elos eisla mani ac acn lalos. Ke akmas lalos inge elos akpusye katinmas uh.
26Her priests have done violence to My law, and have profaned My holy things; they have put no difference between the holy and the common, neither have they taught difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from My sabbaths, and I am profaned among them.
26Mwet tol uh kunaus ma sap luk ac wangin sunak lalos ke ma su mutal. Elos tia akilen inmasrlon ma mutal ac ma tia mutal. Elos tia luti lah mea inmasrlon ma nasnas ac ma su tia nasnas, ac elos pilesru len Sabbath. Ke sripa inge, mwet Israel elos tia sunakinyu.
27Her princes in the midst thereof are like wolves ravening the prey: to shed blood, and to destroy souls, so as to get dishonest gain.
27Mwet wal fulat lun Israel elos oana kosro wolf ma seya kosro ma elos uniya uh. Elos orek akmas elos in mau kasrupi.
28And her prophets have daubed for them with whited plaster, seeing falsehood, and divining lies unto them, saying: Thus saith the Lord GOD, when the LORD hath not spoken.
28Mwet palu elos okanla ma koluk inge oana ke mwet uh ac sang fasr sruloala sinka ke lohm uh in okanla acn munas kac. Aruruma elos liye uh tia pwaye, kas in palu lalos kikiap. Elos fahk mu elos tafu kas lun LEUM GOD Fulatlana, tuh nga, LEUM GOD , tiana kaskas nu selos.
29The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have wronged the poor and needy, and have oppressed the stranger unlawfully.
29Mwet kasrup elos kutasrik ac pisrapasr. Elos oru koluk nu sin mwet sukasrup, ac aklalfonye mwetsac uh.
30And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the breach before Me for the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found none.
30Nga suk sie mwet ma ac ku in musaela pot uh, in tu ke acn ma pot uh raki we, ac in loango acn uh ke kasrkusrak luk apkuran in kunausla. Tusruktu wanginna mwet nga konauk.
31Therefore have I poured out Mine indignation upon them; I have consumed them with the fire of My wrath; their own way have I brought upon their heads, saith the Lord GOD.'
