1А ово беше део синова Јудиних по породицама њиховим: уз међу едомску, пустиња Син к југу на крају јужне стране;
1And the lot for the tribe of the children of Judah according to their families was unto the border of Edom, even to the wilderness of Zin southward, at the uttermost part of the south.
2и беше им јужна међа од краја сланог мора, од залива који иде к југу.
2And their south border was from the uttermost part of the Salt Sea, from the bay that looked southward.
3А отуда иде на југ на брдо Акравим, прелази преко Сина, и пружа се од југа на Кадис-Варнију, и допире до Есрона, а отуда иде на Адар и савија се на Карку;
3And it went out southward of the ascent of Akrabbim, and passed along to Zin, and went up by the south of Kadesh-barnea, and passed along by Hezron, and went up to Addar, and turned about to Karka.
4отуда, идући до Аселмона, излази на поток мисирски и крај тој међи удара у море. То вам је јужна међа.
4And it passed along to Azmon, and went out at the Brook of Egypt; and the goings out of the border were at the sea; this shall be your south border.
5А међа к истоку: слано море до краја Јордана; а међа са северне стране: од залива морског, до краја Јордана;
5And the east border was the Salt Sea, even unto the end of the Jordan. And the border of the north side was from the bay of the sea at the end of the Jordan.
6одатле иде та међа на Вет-Оглу, и пружа се од севера до Вет-Араве; и одатле иде та међа на камен Воана сина Рувимовог;
6And the border went up to Beth-hoglah, and passed along by the north of Beth-arabah; and the border went up to the Stone of Bohan the son of Reuben.
7одатле иде та међа до Давира од долине Ахора, и на север иде на Галгал, према брду адумимском на јужној страни потока; потом иде та међа до воде Ен-Семеса, и удара у студенац Рогил;
7And the border went up to Debir from the valley of Achor, and so northward, looking toward Gilgal, that is over against the ascent of Adummim, which is on the south side of the brook; and the border passed along to the waters of En-shemesh, and the goings out thereof were at En-rogel.
8одатле иде та међа преко долине синова Еномових покрај Јевусеја с југа, а то је Јерусалим; отуда иде међа на врх горе која је према долини Еном к западу и која је накрај долине рафајске к северу;
8And the border went up by the Valley of the son of Hinnom unto the side of the Jebusite southward — the same is Jerusalem — and the border went up to the top of the mountain that lieth before the Valley of Hinnom westward, which is at the uttermost part of the vale of Rephaim northward.
9потом се савија међа с врха те горе к извору воде Нефтоје и излази на градове у гори Ефрону; а одатле се пружа међа до Вала, а то је Киријат-Јарим;
9And the border was drawn from the top of the mountain unto the fountain of the waters of Nephtoah, and went out to the cities of mount Ephron; and the border was drawn to Baalah — the same is Kiriath-jearim.
10потом иде међа до Вала на запад ка гори Сиру, и иде покрај горе Јарима са севера, а то је Хасалон, и спушта се на Вет-Семес, и долази до Тамне;
10And the border turned about from Baalah westward unto mount Seir, and passed along unto the side of mount Jearim on the north — the same is Chesalon — and went down to Beth-shemesh, and passed along by Timnah.
11и иде међа покрај Акарона к северу, и допире до Сикрона, и иде преко горе Вала и пружа се до Јавнила, и излази та међа на море.
11And the border went out unto the side of Ekron northward; and the border was drawn to Shikkeron, and passed along to mount Baalah, and went out at Jabneel; and the goings out of the border were at the sea.
12А међа је западна покрај великог мора и његових међа. То су међе синова Јудиних унаоколо по породицама њиховим.
12And as for the west border, the Great Sea was the border thereof. This is the border of the children of Judah round about according to their families.
13А Халеву сину Јефонијином даде Исус део међу синовима Јудиним, као што му заповеди Господ: Киријат-Арву; а Арва је био отац Енаков, и то је Хеврон;
13And unto Caleb the son of Jephunneh he gave a portion among the children of Judah, according to the commandment of the LORD to Joshua, even Kiriath-arba, which Arba was the father of Anak — the same is Hebron.
14и одатле изагна Халев три сина Енакова: Сесаја и Ахимана и Талмаја синове Енакове.
14And Caleb drove out thence the three sons of Anak, Sheshai, and Ahiman, and Talmai, the children of Anak.
15И одатле оде на Давиране; а Давир се пре зваше Киријат-Сефер.
15And he went up thence against the inhabitants of Debir — now the name of Debir beforetime was Kiriath-sepher.
16И рече Халев: Ко савлада Киријат-Сефер и узме га, даћу му за жену Ахсу кћер своју.
16And Caleb said: 'He that smiteth Kiriath-sepher, and taketh it, to him will I give Achsah my daughter to wife.'
17И узе га Готонило син Кенезов, брат Халевов; и даде му Ахсу, кћер своју, за жену.
17And Othniel the son of Kenaz, the brother of Caleb, took it; and he gave him Achsah his daughter to wife.
18И кад полажаше, наговараше га да иште поље у оца њеног; па скочи с магарца. А Халев јој рече: Шта ти је?
18And it came to pass, when she came unto him, that she persuaded him to ask of her father a field; and she alighted from off her ass; and Caleb said unto her: 'What wouldest thou?'
19А она рече: Дај ми дар; кад си ми дао суву земљу, дај ми и изворе водене. И даде јој изворе горње и изворе доње.
19And she said: 'Give me a blessing; for that thou hast set me in the Southland, give me therefore springs of water.' And he gave her the Upper Springs and the Nether Springs.
20Ово је наследство племена синова Јудиних по породицама њиховим;
20This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Judah according to their families.
21ово су градови по крајевима племена синова Јудиних, дуж међе едомске к југу: Кавсеил и Едер и Јагур,
21And the cities at the uttermost part of the tribe of the children of Judah toward the border of Edom in the South were Kabzeel, and Eder, and Jagur;
22и Кина и Димона и Адада,
22and Kinah, and Dimonah, and Adadah;
23и Кадес и Асор и Итнан,
23and Kedesh, and Hazor, and Ithnan;
24Зиф и Телем и Валот,
24Ziph, and Telem, and Bealoth;
25и Асор-Адата и Кириот; Есрон је Асор;
25and Hazor, and Hadattah, and Kerioth, and Hezron — the same is Hazor;
26Амам и Сама и Молада,
26Amam, and Shema, and Moladah;
27и Асар-Гада и Есемон и Вет-Фалет,
27and Hazar-gaddah, and Heshmon, and Beth-pelet;
28и Асар-Суал и Вирсавеја и Визиотија,
28and Hazar-shual, and Beer-sheba, and Biziothiah;
29Вала и Им и Асем,
29Baalah, and Iim, and Ezem;
30и Елтолад и Хесил и Орма,
30and Eltolad, and Chesil, and Hormah;
31и Сиклаг и Мадмана и Сансана,
31and Ziklag, and Madmannah, and Sansannah;

32and Lebaoth, and Shilhim, and Ain, and Rimmon; all the cities are twenty and nine, with their villages.
33У равни Естол и Сараја и Асна.
33In the Lowland: Eshtaol, and Zorah, and Ashnah;
34И Заноја и Ен-Ганим, Тафуја и Инам,
34and Zanoah, and En-gannim, Tappuah, and Enam;
35Јармут и Одолам, Сохот и Азика.
35Jarmuth, and Adullam, Socoh, and Azekah;
36И Сагарим и Адитајим и Гедира и Гедиротајим; четрнаест градова са селима својим.
36and Shaaraim, and Adithaim, and Gederah, with Gederothaim; fourteen cities with their villages.
37Севан и Адаса и Магдал-Гад,
37Zenan, and Hadashah, and Migdal-gad;
38и Дилан и Миспа и Јоктеил,
38and Dilan, and Mizpeh, and Joktheel;
39Лахис и Васкат и Јеглон,
39Lachish, and Bozkath, and Eglon;
40и Хавон и Ламас и Хитлис,
40and Cabbon, and Lahmas, and Chithlish;
41и Гедирот, Вет-Дагон, и Нама и Макида; шеснаест градова са селима својим.
41and Gederoth, Beth-dagon, and Naamah, and Makkedah; sixteen cities with their villages.
42Ливна и Етер и Асан,
42Libnah, and Ether, and Ashan;
43и Јефта и Асна и Несив,
43and Iphtah, and Ashnah, and Nezib;
44и Кеила и Ахзив и Мариса девет градова са селима својим.
44and Keilah, and Achzib, and Mareshah; nine cities with their villages.
45Акарон са селима и засеоцима;
45Ekron, with its towns and its villages;
46од Акарона до мора све што је покрај Азота са селима својим.
46from Ekron even unto the sea, all that were by the side of Ashdod, with their villages.
47Азот са селима и засеоцима, Газа са селима и засеоцима до потока мисирског и до великог мора с међама.
47Ashdod, its towns and its villages; Gaza, its towns and its villages; unto the Brook of Egypt, the Great Sea being the border thereof.
48А у гори: Самир и Јатир и Сохот,
48And in the hill-country: Shamir, and Jattir, and Socoh;
49и Дана и Киријат-Сана, а то је Давир,
49and Dannah, and Kiriath-sannah — the same is Debir;
50и Анав и Естемон и Аним,
50and Anab, and Eshtemoh, and Anim;
51и Госен и Олон и Гилон; једанаест градова са селима својим.
51and Goshen, and Holon, and Giloh; eleven cities with their villages.
52Арав и Дума и Есан,
52Arab, and Rumah, and Eshan;
53и Јанум и Вет-Тафуја и Афека,
53and Janum, and Beth-tappuah, and Aphekah;
54и Хумата и Киријат-Арва, а то је Хеврон, и Сиор; девет градова са селима својим.
54and Humtah, and Kiriath-arba — the same is Hebron, and Zior; nine cities with their villages.
55Маон, Кармел и Зиф и Јута,
55Maon, Carmel, and Ziph, and Juttah;
56Језраел и Јогдеам и Заноја,
56and Jezreel, and Jokdeam, and Zanoah;
57Кајин, Гаваја и Тамна; десет градова са селима својим.
57Kain, Gibeah, and Timnah; ten cities with their villages.
58Алул, Вет-сур и Гедор,
58Halhul, Beth-zur, and Gedor;
59и Марат и Вет-Анат и Елтекон, шест градова са селима својим.
59and Maarath, and Beth-anoth, and Eltekon; six cities with their villages.
60Киријат-Вал, то је Киријат-Јарим, и Рава; два града са селима својим.
60Kiriath-baal — the same is Kiriath-jearim, and Rabbah; two cities with their villages.
61У пустињи: Вет-Арава, Мидин и Сехаха,
61In the wilderness: Beth-arabah, Middin, and Secacah;
62и Нивсан, и град соли, и Енгадија; шест градова са селима својим.
62and Nibshan, and the City of Salt, and En-gedi; six cities with their villages.
63А Јевусеја који живљаху у Јерусалиму не могоше истерати синови Јудини; зато осташе Јевусеји са синовима Јудиним у Јерусалиму до данас.
63And as for the Jebusites, the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the children of Judah could not drive them out; but the Jebusites dwelt with the children of Judah at Jerusalem, unto this day.
