1Unto the end, a psalm for David himself.
1Angraeng to palungsawkhaih hoiah ka zing pongah, anih loe kai khaeah angqoi moe, ka qahhaih lok to ang tahngaih pae.
2Blessed is he that understandeth concerning the needy and the poor: the Lord will deliver him in the evil day.
2Anih mah tangnong kathuk, zitthok tangqom thung hoiah ang zuh tahang, ka khok lungsong nuiah ang koengsak moe, ka caehhaih loklam to ang caksak.
3The Lord preserve him and give him life, and make him blessed upon the earth: and deliver him not up to the will of his enemies.
3Anih mah aicae Sithaw saphawhaih laa kangtha to ka pakha ah ang paek: to hmuen to kanoih parai kaminawk mah hnuk o naah, zithaih tawn o ueloe, Angraeng tanghaih to tawn o tih.
4The Lord help him on his bed of sorrow: thou hast turned all his couch in his sickness.
4Amoek kami thapaek ai, kami aling hanah lam amkhraeng kami to khen ai ah, Angraeng tanghaih tawn kami loe tahamhoih.
5I said: O Lord, be thou merciful to me: heal my soul, for I have sinned against thee.
5Aw ka Angraeng Sithaw, kaicae han nang sak pae ih dawnrai hmuennawk hoi na poekhaihnawk loe pop parai; ka thui laek mak ai: ka kroek aep to mah kroek thai mak ai.
6My enemies have spoken evils against me: when shall he die and his name perish?
6Nang loe angbawnhaih hoi hmuen paekhaih to na koeh ai; ka naa hae nang khawsak boeh: hmai angbawnhaih hoi zae angbawnhaih to na hni ai.
7And if he came in to see me, he spoke vain things: his heart gathered together iniquity to itself. He went out and spoke to the same purpose.
7To naah kai mah, cabu tangoeng thungah kai kawng tarik o baktih toengah, khenah, kang zoh boeh,
8All my enemies whispered together against me: they devised evils to me.
8Aw ka Sithaw, na koehhaih sak han ka koeh, ue, nang ih kaalok loe ka palung thungah oh, tiah ka thuih.
9They determined against me an unjust word: shall he that sleepeth rise again no more?
9Kanoih parai kaminawk khaeah toenghaih kawng to ka thuih: khenah, Aw Angraeng, ka pahni hae ka tamuep ai, tito na panoek.
10For even the man of peace, in whom I trusted, who ate my bread, hath greatly supplanted me.
10Na toenghaih ka palung thungah ka hawk ai; na oepthohhaih hoi na pahlonghaih to ka thuih boeh: pop parai kaminawk hmaa ah nam lunghaih hoi tangtang na lok to taphong ai ah ka om ai.
11But thou, O Lord, have mercy on me, and raise me up again: and I will requite them.
11Aw Angraeng, na tahmenhaih to pakaa ving hmah: nam lunghaih hoi na loktang lok mah na toep poe nasoe.
12By this I know, that thou hast had a good will for me: because my enemy shall not rejoice over me.
12Kroek laek ai sethaihnawk mah kai ang takui o khoep boeh: ka sakpazaehaihnawk mah kai ang zaeng khoep boeh pongah, ka mik amtueng ai boeh; nihcae loe ka lu nui ih samnawk pongah doeh pop o kue: to pongah palung ka boeng sut boeh.
13But thou hast upheld me by reason of my innocence: and hast established me in thy sight for ever.
13Aw Angraeng, kai pahlong han anghoe ah: Aw Angraeng, kai abomh hanah karangah angzo ah.
14Blessed by the Lord the God of Israel from eternity to eternity. So be it. So be it.
14Ka hinghaih lak han pakrong kaminawk loe azatpaw o nasoe loe, dawnrai anghmanghaih hoiah om o nasoe: kai amrosak koeh kaminawk loe azatpaw o nasoe loe, palung boenghaih hoiah hnukbangah amlaem o nasoe.
