1بني لاوي: جَرشون و قَهات و مَراري.
1(5-27) The sons of Levi: Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.
2بني قَهات: عَمرام و يصهار و حَبرون و عُزّيئيل.
2(5-28) And the sons of Kohath: Amram, Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.
3وبني عَمرام: هارون و موسي و مريم. و بني هارون: ناداب و اَبِيهُو و اَليعازار و ايتامار.
3(5-29) And the children of Amram: Aaron, and Moses, and Miriam. And the sons of Aaron: Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.
4و اَليعازار فينَحاس را آورد و فينَحاس ابيشوع را آورد.
4(5-30) Eleazar begot Phinehas, Phinehas begot Abishua;
5و ابيشوع بُقِّي را آورد و بُقِّي عُزّي را آورد.
5(5-31) and Abishua begot Bukki, and Bukki begot Uzzi;
6و عُزّي زَرَحيا را آورد و زَرَحيا مَرايوت را آورد.
6(5-32) and Uzzi begot Zerahiah, and Zerahiah begot Meraioth;
7ومَرايوت اَمَريا را آورد و اَمَريا اخيطوب را آورد.
7(5-33) Meraioth begot Amariah, and Amariah begot Ahitub;
8و اخيطوب صادوق را آورد و صادوق اَخِيمَعص را آورد.
8(5-34) and Ahitub begot Zadok, and Zadok begot Ahimaaz;
9واَخِيمَعص عَزَريا را آورد و عَزَريا يوحانان را آورد.
9(5-35) and Ahimaaz begot Azariah, and Azariah begot Johanan;
10و يوحانان عَزَريا را آورد و او در خانه اي که سليمان در اورشليم بنا کرد، کاهن بود.
10(5-36) and Johanan begot Azariah — he it is that executed the priest's office in the house that Solomon built in Jerusalem —
11و عَزَريا اَمَريا را آورد و اَمَريا اخيطوب را آورد.
11(5-37) and Azariah begot Amariah, and Amariah begot Ahitub;
12و اَخيطوب صادوق را آورد و صادوق شَلّوم را آورد.
12(5-38) and Ahitub begot Zadok, and Zadok begot Shallum;
13و شَلّوم حِلقيا را آورد و حِلقّيا عَزَريا را آورد
13(5-39) and Shallum begot Hilkiah, and Hilkiah begot Azariah;
14و عَزَريا سَرايا را آورد و سرايا يهُوصاداق را آورد.
14(5-40) and Azariah begot Seraiah, and Seraiah begot Jehozadak;
15و يهُوصاداق به اسيري رفت هنگامي که خداوند يهودا و اورشليم را به دست نَبُوکَدنَصَّر اسير ساخت.
15(5-41) and Jehozadak went into captivity, when the LORD carried away Judah and Jerusalem by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar.
16پسران لاوي: جرشوم و قَهات و مَراري.
16(6-1) The sons of Levi: Gershom, Kohath and Merari.
17و اينها است اسمهاي پسران جَرشُوم: لِبنِي و شِمعي.
17(6-2) And these are the names of the sons of Gershom: Libni, and Shimei.
18و پسران قَهات: عَمرام و يصهار و حبرون و عُزّيئيل.
18(6-3) And the sons of Kohath were Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.
19و پسران مَراري: مَحلي و موشي پس اينها قبايل لاويان بر حسب اجداد ايشان است.
19(6-4) The sons of Merari: Mahli, and Mushi. And these are the families of the Levites according to their fathers' houses.
20از جَرشُوم پسرش لِبنِي، پسرش يحَت، پسرش زِمَّه.
20(6-5) Of Gershom: Libni his son, Jahath his son, Zimmah his son;
21پسرش يوآخ پسرش عِدُّو پسرش زارَح پسرش ياتراي.
21(6-6) Joah his son, Iddo his son, Zerah his son, Jeatherai his son.
22پسران قَهات، پسرش عَمِّيناداب پسرش قُورَح پسرش اَسّير.
22(6-7) The sons of Kohath: Amminadab his son, Korah his son, Assir his son;
23پسرش اَلقانَه پسرش اَبيآ ساف پسرش اَسّير.
23(6-8) Elkanah his son, and Ebiasaph his son, and Assir his son;
24پسرش تَحَت پسرش اُوريئيل پسرش عُزّيا، پسرش شاؤل.
24(6-9) Tahath his son, Uriel his son, Uzziah his son, and Shaul his son.
25و پسران اَلقانَه عماساي و اَخيمُوت.
25(6-10) And the sons of Elkanah: Amasai, and Ahimoth.
26و امّا اَلقانَه. پسران اَلقانَه پسرش صوفاي پسرش نَحَت.
26(6-11) As for Elkanah: the sons of Elkanah: Zophai his son, and Nahath his son;
27پسرش اَلِيآب پسرش يرُوحام پسرش اَلقانَه.
27(6-12) Eliab his son, Jeroham his son, Elkanah his son.
28و پسران سموئيل نخست زاده اش وَشنِي و دومش اَبِيا.
28(6-13) And the sons of Samuel: the first-born Vashni; then Abiah.
29پسران مَراري مَحلي و پسرش لِبنِي پسرش شِمعي پسرش عُزَّه.
29(6-14) The sons of Merari: Mahli; Libni his son, Shimei his son, Uzzah his son;
30پسرش شِمعِي پسرش هَجيا پسرش عَسايا.
30(6-15) Shimea his son, Haggiah his son, Asaiah his son.
31و اينانند که داود ايشان را بر خدمت سرود در خانه خداوند تعيين نمود بعد از آنکه تابوت مستقر شد.
31(6-16) And these are they whom David set over the service of song in the house of the LORD, after that the ark had rest.
32و ايشان پيش مسکن خيمه اجتماع مشغول سراييدن مي شدند تا حيني که سليمان خانه خداوند را در اورشليم بنا کرد. پس بر حسب قانون خويش بر خدمت خود مواظب شدند.
32(6-17) And they ministered with song before the tabernacle of the tent of meeting, until Solomon had built the house of the LORD in Jerusalem; and they took their station at their service according to their order.
33پس آنهايي که با پسران خود معين شدند، اينانند: از بني قَهاتيان هِمانِ مغنّي ابن يوئيل بن سموئيل.
33(6-18) And these are they that took their station, and their sons. Of the sons of the Kohathites: Heman the singer, the son of Joel, the son of Samuel;
34بن اَلقانَه بن يرُوحام بن اَليئيل بن نُوح،
34(6-19) the son of Elkanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of Eliel, the son of Toah;
35ابن صوف بن اَلقانَه بن مَهت بن عماساي،
35(6-20) the son of Zuph, the son of Elkanah, the son of Mahath, the son of Amasai;
36ابن اَلقانَه بن يوئيل بن عَزَرياء بن صَفَنيا،
36(6-21) the son of Elkanah, the son of Joel, the son of Azariah, the son of Zephaniah;
37ابن تَحَت بن اَسّير بن اَبيآ ساف بن قُورح،
37(6-22) the son of Tahath, the son of Assir, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah;
38ابن يصهار بن قَهات بن لاوي بن اسرائيل.
38(6-23) the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, the son of Israel.
39و برادرش آساف که به دست راست وي مي ايستاد. آساف بن بَرَکيا ابن شِمعِي،
39(6-24) And his brother Asaph, who stood on his right hand; even Asaph the son of Berechiah, the son of Shimea;
40ابن ميکائيل بن بَعسِيا ابن مَلکِيا،
40(6-25) the son of Michael, the son of Baaseiah, the son of Malchijah;
41ابن اَتنِي ابن زارَح بن عَدايا،
41(6-26) the son of Ethni, the son of Zerah, the son of Adaiah;
42ابن اِيتان بن زِمَّه بن شِمعِي،
42(6-27) the son of Ethan, the son of Zimmah, the son of Shimei;
43ابن يحت بن جَرشُوم بن لاوي.
43(6-28) the son of Jahath, the son of Gershom, the son of Levi.
44و به طرف چپ برادران ايشان که پسران مَراري بودند: اِيتان بن قيشي ابن عَبدِي ابن مَلّوک،
44(6-29) And on the left hand their brethren the sons of Merari: Ethan the son of Kishi, the son of Abdi, the son of Malluch;
45ابن حَشَبيا ابن اَمَصيا ابن حِلقِيا،
45(6-30) the son of Hashabiah, the son of Amaziah, the son of Hilkiah;
46ابن اَمصِي ابن باني ابن شامَر،
46(6-31) the son of Amzi, the son of Bani, the son of Shemer;
47ابن مَحلِي ابن موشي ابن مَراري ابن لاوي.
47(6-32) the son of Mahli, the son of Mushi, the son of Merari, the son of Levi.
48و لاوياني که برادران ايشان بودند، به تمامي خدمت مسکن خانه خدا گماشته شدند.
48(6-33) And their brethren the Levites were appointed for all the service of the tabernacle of the house of God.
49و اما هارون و پسرانش بر مذبح قرباني سوختني و بر مذبح بخور به جهت تمامي عمل قدس الاقداس قرباني مي گذرانيدند تا به جهت اسرائيل موافق هر آنچه موسي بنده خدا امر فرموده بود، کفاره نمايند.
49(6-34) But Aaron and his sons offered upon the altar of burnt-offering, and upon the altar of incense, for all the work of the most holy place, and to make atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.
50و اينانند پسران هارون: پسرش اَلعازار، پسرش فينَحاس، پسرش اَبِيشُوع.
50(6-35) And these are the sons of Aaron: Eleazar his son, Phinehas his son, Abishua his son;
51پسرش بُقي، پسرش عُزّي، پسرش زَرَحيا،
51(6-36) Bukki his son, Uzzi his son, Zerahiah his son;
52پسرش مَرايوت پسرش اَمَريا پسرش اَخيطوب،
52(6-37) Meraioth his son, Amariah his son, Ahitub his son;
53پسرش صادوق، پسرش اَخِيمَعص.
53(6-38) Zadok his son, Ahimaaz his son.
54و مسکن هاي ايشان بر حسب موضع ها و حدود ايشان اينها است: از پسران هارون به جهت قبايل قَهاتيان زيرا قرعه اوّل از آنِ ايشان بود.
54(6-39) Now these are their dwelling-places according to their encampments in their borders: to the sons of Aaron, of the families of the Kohathites, for theirs was the first lot,
55پس حَبرُون در زمين يهودا با حوالي آن به هر طرفش به ايشان داده شد.
55(6-40) to them they gave Hebron in the land of Judah, and the open land round about it;
56و اما زمينهاي آن شهر دهاتش را به کاليب بن يفُنَّه دادند.
56(6-41) but the fields of the city, and the villages thereof, they gave to Caleb the son of Jephunneh.
57به پسران هارون به جهت شهرهاي ملجا حَبرُون و لِبنَه و حوالي آن، و يتّير و اَشتَموع و حوالي آن را دادند.
57(6-42) And to the sons of Aaron they gave the city of refuge, Hebron; Libnah also with the open land about it, and Jattir, and Eshtemoa with the open land about it;
58و حِيلين و حوالي آن را و دَبير و حوالي آن را،
58(6-43) and Hilen with the open land about it, Debir with the open land about it;
59و عاشان و حوالي آن را و بيت شمس و حوالي آن را،
59(6-44) and Ashan with the open land about it, and Beth-shemesh with the open land about it;
60و از بسط بنيامين جَبَع و حوالي آن را و عَلَّمَت و حوالي آن را و عَناتوت و حوالي آن را. پس جميع شهرهاي ايشان بر حسب قبايل ايشان سيزده شهر بود.
60(6-45) and out of the tribe of Benjamin: Geba with the open land about it, and Alemeth with the open land about it, and Anathoth with the open land about it. All their cities throughout their families were thirteen cities.
61و به پسران قَهات که از قبايل آن سبط باقي ماندند، ده شهر از نصف سبط يعني از نصف مَنَّسي به قرعه داده شد.
61(6-46) And unto the rest of the sons of Kohath were given by lot, out of the family of the tribe, out of the half-tribe, the half of Manasseh, ten cities.
62و به بني جَرشُوم بر حسب قبايل ايشان از بسط يسّاکار و از سبط اَشير و از سبط نَفتالي و از سبط مَنَّسي درباشان سيزده شهر.
62(6-47) And to the sons of Gershom, according to their families, out of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.
63و به پسران مَراري بر حسب قبايل ايشان از بسط رؤبين و از سبط جاد و از سبط زبولون دوازده شهر به قرعه داده شد.
63(6-48) Unto the sons of Merari were given by lot, according to their families, out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.
64پس بني اسرائيل اين شهرها را با حوالي آنها به لاويان دادند.
64(6-49) So the children of Israel gave to the Levites the cities with the open land about them.
65و از بسط بني يهودا و از بسط بني شَمعون و از بسط بني بنيامين اين شهرها را که اسم آنها مذکور است به قرعه دادند.
65(6-50) And they gave by lot out of the tribe of the children of Judah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, and out of the tribe of the children of Benjamin, these cities which are mentioned by name.
66و بعضي از قبايل بني قَهات شهرهاي حدود خود را از سبط افرايم داشتند.
66(6-51) And some of the families of the sons of Kohath had cities of their borders out of the tribe of Ephraim.
67پس شکيم را با حوالي آن در کوهستان افرام و جازَر را با حوالي آن به جهت شهرهاي ملجا به ايشان دادند.
67(6-52) And they gave unto them the city of refuge, Shechem in the hill-country of Ephraim with the open land about it; Gezer also with the open land about it;
68و يقمَعام را با حوالي آن و بيت حُورُون را با حوالي آن.
68(6-53) and Jokmeam with the open land about it, and Bethhoron with the open land about it;
69و اَيلُون را با حوالي آن و جَتّ رِمُّون را با حوالي آن.
69(6-54) and Aijalon with the open land about it, and Gath-rimmon with the open land about it;
70و از نصف سبط مَنَّسي، عانير را با حوالي آن، و بِلعام را با حوالي آن، به قبايل باقي مانده بقي قَهات دادند.
70(6-55) and out of the half-tribe of Manasseh: Aner with the open land about it, and Bileam with the open land about it, for the rest of the family of the sons of Kohath.
71و به پسران جَرشُوم از قبايل نصف سبط مَنَّسي، جُولان را در باشان با حوالي آن و عَشتارُوت را با حوالي آن.
71(6-56) Unto the sons of Gershom were given, out of the family of the half-tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Bashan with the open land about it, and Ashtaroth with the open land about it;
72و از سبط يسّاکار قادِش را با حوالي آن و دَبَرَه را با حوالي آن.
72(6-57) and out of the tribe of Issachar: Kedesh with the open land about it, Dobrath with the open land about it;
73و راموت را با حوالي آن و عانيم را با حوالي آن.
73(6-58) and Ramoth with the open land about it, and Anem with the open land about it;
74و از بسط اَشير مَشآل را با حوالي آن عَبدُون را با حوالي آن.
74(6-59) and out of the tribe of Asher: Mashal with the open land about it, and Abdon with the open land about it;
75و حُقُوق را با حوالي آن و رَحُوب را با حوالي آن.
75(6-60) and Hukok with the open land about it; and Rehob with the open land about it;
76و از سبط نَفتالي قادِش را در جَلِيل با حوالي آن و حَمّون را با حوالي آن و قِريتايم را با حوالي آن.
76(6-61) and out of the tribe of Naphtali: Kedesh in Galilee with the open land about it, and Hammon with the open land about it, and Kiriathaim with the open land about it.
77و به پسران مَراري که از لاويان باقي مانده بودند، از سبط زبولون رِمّون را با حوالي آن و تابور را با حوالي آن.
77(6-62) Unto the rest of the Levites, the sons of Merari, were given, out of the tribe of Zebulun, Rimmono with the open land about it, Tabor with the open land about it;
78و از آن طرف اُردُن در برابر اريحا به جانب شرقي اُردُن از سبط رؤبين، باصَر را در بيابان با حوالي آن و يهصَه را با حوالي آن.
78(6-63) and beyond the Jordan at Jericho, on the east side of the Jordan, were given them, out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer in the wilderness with the open land about it, and Jahaz with the open land about it,
79و قديموت را با حوالي آن و مَيفَعَه را با حوالي آن.
79(6-64) and Kedemoth with the open land about it, and Mephaath with the open land about it;
80و از سبط جاد راموت را در جِلعاد با حوالي آن و مَحَنايم را با حوالي آن.
80(6-65) and out of the tribe of Gad: Ramoth in Gilead with the open land about it, and Mahanaim with the open land about it,
81و حَشبون را با حوالي آن و يعزير را با حوالي آن.
81(6-66) and Heshbon with the open land about it, and Jazer with the open land about it.
