1พระวิญญาณของพระผู้เป็นเจ้า พระยาห์เวห์ อยู่บนข้าพเจ้า เพราะพระยาห์เวห์เจิมข้าพเจ้าให้ประกาศข่าวดีแก่ผู้ถ่อมตน พระองค์ส่งข้าพเจ้ามาพันแผลให้ผู้ใจแตกสลาย ประกาศอิสรภาพแก่เชลย และการปลดปล่อยแก่ผู้ถูกจองจำ
1The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
2ประกาศปีแห่งความโปรดปรานของพระยาห์เวห์ และวันแห่งการแก้แค้นของพระเจ้าของพวกเรา ปลอบโยนทุกคนที่โศกเศร้า
2To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD , and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;
3จัดเตรียมให้ผู้ที่โศกเศร้าในศิโยน ให้พวงมาลัยแทนขี้เถ้า ให้น้ำมันแห่งความยินดีแทนความโศกเศร้า ให้เสื้อผ้าแห่งคำสรรเสริญแทนจิตใจที่หนักอึ้ง เพื่อพวกเขาจะได้ชื่อว่าต้นไม้แห่งความเที่ยงธรรม ที่พระยาห์เวห์ปลูกไว้ เพื่อพระองค์จะได้รับเกียรติ
3To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD , that he might be glorified.
4พวกเขาจะสร้างซากปรักหักพังเก่าแก่ขึ้นใหม่ จะยกพื้นที่ที่เคยถูกทำลายขึ้น จะซ่อมเมืองที่พังทลาย ที่รกร้างมาหลายชั่วรุ่น
4¶ And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.
5คนต่างถิ่นจะยืนเลี้ยงฝูงสัตว์ของพวกเจ้า คนต่างชาติจะทำไร่และสวนองุ่นของพวกเจ้า
5And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and the sons of the alien shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers.
6แต่พวกเจ้าจะได้ชื่อว่าปุโรหิตของพระยาห์เวห์ ผู้คนจะเรียกพวกเจ้าว่าผู้รับใช้พระเจ้าของพวกเรา พวกเจ้าจะกินทรัพย์ของชนชาติต่าง ๆ จะภูมิใจในความรุ่งโรจน์ของพวกเขา
6But ye shall be named the Priests of the LORD : men shall call you the Ministers of our God: ye shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory shall ye boast yourselves.
7แทนความอับอาย พวกเจ้าจะได้รับเป็นสองเท่า แทนความอดสู พวกเขาจะชื่นชมยินดีในส่วนที่ตนได้รับ ดังนั้น ในแผ่นดินของตน พวกเขาจะครอบครองเป็นสองเท่า และจะมีความยินดีนิรันดร์
7¶ For your shame ye shall have double; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto them.
8“เพราะเรา พระยาห์เวห์ รักความยุติธรรม เราเกลียดการปล้นและความผิด เราจะให้รางวัลแก่พวกเขาด้วยความจริง และทำพันธสัญญาตลอดกาลกับพวกเขา
8For I the LORD love judgment, I hate robbery for burnt offering; and I will direct their work in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them.
9ลูกหลานของพวกเขาจะเป็นที่รู้จักในหมู่ชนชาติต่าง ๆ ผู้สืบเชื้อสายจะเป็นที่รู้จักในหมู่ประชาชน ทุกคนที่เห็นจะยอมรับ ว่าพวกเขาเป็นลูกหลานที่พระยาห์เวห์อวยพร”
9And their seed shall be known among the Gentiles, and their offspring among the people: all that see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which the LORD hath blessed.
10ข้าพเจ้าจะชื่นชมยินดีอย่างยิ่งในพระยาห์เวห์! ใจข้าพเจ้าจะยินดีในพระเจ้าของข้าพเจ้า เพราะพระองค์ให้ข้าพเจ้าสวมเสื้อผ้าแห่งความรอด พระองค์คลุมข้าพเจ้าด้วยเสื้อคลุมแห่งความเที่ยงธรรม เหมือนเจ้าบ่าวประดับตัวด้วยพวงมาลัย และเหมือนเจ้าสาวประดับตัวด้วยอัญมณี
10I will greatly rejoice in the LORD , my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.
11เพราะแผ่นดินทำให้หน่อของมันงอกขึ้น และสวนทำให้สิ่งที่หว่านไว้ผุดขึ้นฉันใด พระผู้เป็นเจ้า พระยาห์เวห์ ก็จะทำให้ความเที่ยงธรรมและคำสรรเสริญผุดขึ้นต่อหน้าชนชาติทั้งปวงฉันนั้น
11For as the earth bringeth forth her bud, and as the garden causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord GOD will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.
