1Praise the LORD! Sing to the LORD a new song, his praise in the assembly of the saints.

1จงสรรเสริญพระยาห์เวห์! จงร้องเพลงใหม่ถวายพระยาห์เวห์ จงสรรเสริญพระองค์ในที่ชุมนุมของผู้ภักดี

2Let Israel rejoice in him who made them. Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.

2ให้อิสราเอลชื่นชมยินดีในพระองค์ผู้ทรงสร้างพวกเขา ให้ลูกหลานศิโยนยินดีในกษัตริย์ของพวกเขา

3Let them praise his name in the dance! Let them sing praises to him with tambourine and harp!

3ให้พวกเขาสรรเสริญพระนามของพระองค์ด้วยการเต้นรำ! ร้องเพลงสรรเสริญพระองค์ด้วยรำมะนาและพิณ!

4For the LORD takes pleasure in his people. He crowns the humble with salvation.

4เพราะพระยาห์เวห์ทรงพอพระทัยในประชากรของพระองค์ ทรงสวมความรอดเป็นมงกุฎให้คนถ่อมตน

5Let the saints rejoice in honor. Let them sing for joy on their beds.

5ให้ผู้ภักดีชื่นชมยินดีในเกียรติที่ได้รับ ให้พวกเขาร้องเพลงด้วยความยินดีบนที่นอน

6May the high praises of God be in their mouths, and a two-edged sword in their hand,

6ให้คำสรรเสริญอันสูงส่งแด่พระเจ้าอยู่ในปากของพวกเขา และให้ดาบสองคมอยู่ในมือของพวกเขา

7to execute vengeance on the nations, and punishments on the peoples;

7เพื่อแก้แค้นบรรดาชนชาติ และลงโทษชนทั้งหลาย

8to bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;

8เพื่อล่ามกษัตริย์ของพวกเขาด้วยโซ่ และล่ามขุนนางด้วยตรวนเหล็ก

9to execute on them the written judgment. All his saints have this honor. Praise the LORD!

9เพื่อให้พวกเขาลงโทษคนเหล่านั้นตามคำพิพากษาที่เขียนไว้ เกียรตินี้เป็นของผู้ภักดีทั้งสิ้นของพระองค์ จงสรรเสริญพระยาห์เวห์!
