1LORD, don’t rebuke me in your anger, neither discipline me in your wrath.

1พระยาห์เวห์ อย่าตำหนิฉันด้วยความโกรธ อย่าสั่งสอนฉันด้วยความเดือดดาล

2Have mercy on me, LORD, for I am faint. LORD, heal me, for my bones are troubled.

2เมตตาฉัน พระยาห์เวห์ เพราะฉันหมดเรี่ยวแรง พระยาห์เวห์ รักษาฉัน เพราะกระดูกของฉันสั่นสะท้าน

3My soul is also in great anguish. But you, LORD—how long?

3ใจฉันทุกข์ทรมานเหลือเกิน แล้วพระองค์ล่ะ พระยาห์เวห์—จะอีกนานแค่ไหน?

4Return, LORD. Deliver my soul, and save me for your loving kindness’ sake.

4กลับมาเถิด พระยาห์เวห์ ช่วยชีวิตฉัน ช่วยฉันให้รอดเพราะความรักมั่นคงของพระองค์

5For in death there is no memory of you. In Sheol, who shall give you thanks?

5เพราะในความตาย ไม่มีใครระลึกถึงพระองค์ ในเชโอล ใครจะขอบพระคุณพระองค์?

6I am weary with my groaning. Every night I flood my bed. I drench my couch with my tears.

6ฉันเหนื่อยล้ากับเสียงคร่ำครวญ ทุกคืน น้ำตาท่วมเตียงของฉัน รดที่นอนจนชุ่มด้วยน้ำตา

7My eye wastes away because of grief. It grows old because of all my adversaries.

7ดวงตาฉันทรุดโทรมเพราะความเศร้า แก่ชราลงเพราะคนที่ต่อต้านฉันทั้งหลาย

8Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity, for the LORD has heard the voice of my weeping.

8คนทำความชั่วทั้งหลาย ไปให้พ้นจากฉัน! เพราะพระยาห์เวห์ได้ยินเสียงร้องไห้ของฉันแล้ว

9The LORD has heard my supplication. The LORD accepts my prayer.

9พระยาห์เวห์ได้ยินคำวิงวอนของฉัน พระยาห์เวห์รับคำอธิษฐานของฉัน

10May all my enemies be ashamed and dismayed. They shall turn back, they shall be disgraced suddenly.

10ขอให้ศัตรูทั้งหมดของฉันอับอายและตกตะลึง พวกเขาจะหันกลับ และอับอายในทันที
