1La Eternulo reĝas; ĝoju la tero; Estu gajaj la multaj insuloj.
1The LORD reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad.
2Nubo kaj mallumo estas ĉirkaŭ Li; Vero kaj justeco estas la fundamento de Lia trono.
2Clouds and darkness are round about Him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne.
3Fajro iras antaŭ Li, Kaj bruligas ĉirkaŭe Liajn malamikojn.
3A fire goeth before Him, and burneth up His adversaries round about.
4Liaj fulmoj lumigas la mondon; La tero vidas, kaj tremas.
4His lightnings lighted up the world; the earth saw, and trembled.
5Montoj fandiĝas kiel vakso antaŭ la vizaĝo de la Eternulo, Antaŭ la vizaĝo de la Sinjoro de la tuta tero.
5The mountains melted like wax at the presence of the LORD, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.
6La ĉielo rakontas Lian veron, Kaj ĉiuj popoloj vidas Lian gloron.
6The heavens declared His righteousness, and all the peoples saw His glory.
7Hontiĝu ĉiuj, kiuj servas al idoloj, Kiuj laŭdas sin pro diaĉoj. Kliniĝu antaŭ Li ĉiuj dioj.
7Ashamed be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of things of nought; bow down to Him, all ye gods.
8Aŭdis kaj ekĝojis Cion, Kaj ektriumfis la filinoj de Jehuda Pro Viaj juĝoj, ho Eternulo.
8Zion heard and was glad, and the daughters of Judah rejoiced; because of Thy judgments, O LORD.
9Ĉar Vi, ho Eternulo, estas Plejalta super la tuta tero, Vi tre alte leviĝis super ĉiuj dioj.
9For Thou, LORD, art most high above all the earth; Thou art exalted far above all gods.
10Amantoj de la Eternulo, malamu malbonon. Li gardas la animojn de Siaj fideluloj; Li savos ilin de la mano de malvirtuloj.
10O ye that love the LORD, hate evil; He preserveth the souls of His saints; He delivered them out of the hand of the wicked.
11Lumo verŝiĝas sur virtulon, Kaj ĝojo sur purkorulojn.
11Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.
12Ĝoju, virtuloj, pro la Eternulo, Kaj gloru Lian sanktan nomon.
12Be glad in the LORD, ye righteous; and give thanks to His holy name.
