Psalmaro 14

Londona Biblio (Esperanto, 1910)
JPS Tanakh (Jewish Publication Society, 1917)
1La sensaĝulo diris en sia koro: Dio ne ekzistas. Ili sentaŭgiĝis, ili abomeniĝis pro siaj faroj; Ekzistas neniu, kiu faras bonon.
1For the Leader. A Psalm of David. The fool hath said in his heart: 'There is no God'; they have dealt corruptly, they have done abominably; there is none that doeth good.
2La Eternulo el la ĉielo ekrigardis la homidojn, Por vidi, ĉu ekzistas prudentulo, kiu serĉas Dion.
2The LORD looked forth from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any man of understanding, that did seek after God.
3Ĉiuj devojiĝis, ĉiuj malvirtiĝis; Ekzistas neniu, faranta bonon, ne ekzistas eĉ unu.
3They are all corrupt, they are together become impure; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
4Ĉu ne prudentiĝos ĉiuj, kiuj faras malbonon, Kiuj manĝas mian popolon, kiel oni manĝas panon, Kaj kiuj ne vokas al la Eternulo?
4'Shall not all the workers of iniquity know it, who eat up My people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD?'
5Tie ili forte ektimis, Ĉar Dio estas en la generacio de la justuloj.
5There are they in great fear; for God is with the righteous generation.
6Vi malhonoris la konsilon de malriĉulo, Sed la Eternulo estas lia rifuĝejo.
6Ye would put to shame the counsel of the poor, but the LORD is his refuge.
7Ho, ke venu el Cion savo al Izrael! Kiam la Eternulo revenigos Sian forkaptitan popolon, Tiam triumfos Jakob kaj ĝojos Izrael.
7Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! When the LORD turneth the captivity of His people, let Jacob rejoice, let Israel be glad.
