1І промовив Господь до Мойсея кажучи:
1And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:
2Повели синам Ізраїля і скажи їм: Як прийдете в Канаан землю, то се земля, що випала вам у наслїддє: Канаан земля, у гряницях своїх.
2Command the children of Israel, and then shalt say to them: When you are entered into the land of Chanaan, and it shall be fallen into your possession by lot, it shall be bounded by these limits:
3І полудення країна буде вам від Зин степу, здовж Едома, а полудення гряниця буде вам від краю Соляного моря на схід соньця.
3The south side shall begin from the wilderness of Sin, which is by Edom: and shall have the most salt sea for its furthest limits eastward:
4І повернеться ваша гряниця на полуднє від узгіря Акробимського і перейде в Зин, а потягнеться на полуднє до Кадес-Барне, дійде до Газар Адару і перейде до Азмону;
4Which limits shall go round on the south side by the ascent of the Scorpion and so into Senna, and reach toward the south as far as Cadesbarne, from whence the frontiers shall go out to the town called Adar, and shall reach as far as Asemona.
5І повернеться гряниця ваша від Азмона до бурчака Египецького, і будуть кіньцї її проти моря.
5And the limits shall fetch a compass from Asemona to the torrent of Egypt, and shall end in the shore of the great sea.
6А західньою гряницею буде вам Велике море і побережє; се буде вам гряницею західньою.
6And the west side shall begin from the great sea, and the same shall be the end thereof.
7А се буде вам гряницею на північ:
7But toward the north side the borders shall begin from the great sea, reaching to the most high mountain,
8Від Великого моря проведете її до Гор гори; від Гор гори проведете її як раз до Гамата, і буде гряничнїй виступ до Зедаду;
8From which they shall come to Emath, as far as the borders of Sedada:
9І вийде гряниця до Сифрону, і виступ її буде коло Газар Енану. Се буде вам північня гряниця.
9And the limits shall go as far as Zephrona, and the village of Enan. These shall be the borders on the north side.
10І визначите собі всхідню гряницю від Газар Енану до Шефаму.
10From thence they shall mark out the bounds towards the east side from the village of Enan unto Sephama.
11І спуститься гряниця від Шефаму до Риблї на схід соньця від Аїну; і спуститься дальше гряниця та й торкнеться о беріг Кінерет озера од сходу;
11And from Sephama the bounds shall go down to Rebla over against the fountain of Daphnis: from thence they shall come eastward to the sea of Cenereth,
12І спуститься гряниця до Йордану, і буде виступ її при морю Соляному. Така буде земля ваша у гряницях її з усїх боків.
12And shall reach as far as the Jordan, and at the last shall be closed in by the most salt sea. This shall be your land with its borders round about.
13І повелїв Мойсей синам Ізрайлевим, кажучи: Се земля, що по жеребу достанеться вам в наслїддє, що заповідав Господь дати її десятьом поколїнням і половинї поколїння.
13And Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying: This shall be the land which you shall possess by lot, and which the Lord hath commanded to be given to the nine tribes, and to the half tribe.
14Бо вже дістали наслїддє своє: поколїннє синів Рубенових, по батьківських домах їх, і поколїннє синів Гадових, по батьківських домах їх, і половина поколїння Манассеієвого.
14For the tribe of the children of Ruben by their families, and the tribe of the children of Gad according to the number of their kindreds, and half of the tribe of Manasses,
15Два поколїння і половина поколїння дістали наслїддє своє на сїм боцї Йорданї, проти Єрихону, на схід соньця.
15That is, two tribes and a half, have received their portion beyond the Jordan over against Jericho at the east side.
16І промовив Господь до Мойсея, кажучи:
16And the Lord said to Moses:
17Се ймена людей, що дїлити муть між вами землю наслїддя: Єлеазар сьвященник та Йозей Нуненко.
17These are the names of the men, that shall divide the land unto you: Eleazar the priest, and Josue the son of Nun,
18І по одному князеві возьміть із кожного поколїння, щоб дїлити землю наслїддя.
18And one prince of every tribe,
19А се імена мужів: за поколїннє Юдине: Калеб Єфуненко;
19Whose names are these: Of the tribe of Juda, Caleb the son of Jephone.
20А за поколїннє синів Симеонових: Самуїль Аммігуденко;
20Of the tribe of Simeon, Samuel the son of Ammiud.
21А за поколїннє Беняминове: Єлїдад Кізлоненко;
21Of the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad the son of Chaselon.
22А за поколїннє синів Данових князь: Букій Йоглієнко;
22Of the tribe of the children of Dan, Bocci the son of Jogli.
23Від синів Йосифових: за поколїннє синів Манассієвих князь: Ганниїль Єфоденко;
23Of the children of Joseph of the tribe of Manasses, Hanniel the son of Ephod.
24А за поколїннє синів Єфраїмових князь: Кемуїль Шифтаненко;
24Of the tribe of Ephraim, Camuel the son of Sephtan.
25А за поколїннє синів Зебулонових князь: Єлизафан Парнакієнко;
25Of the tribe of Zabulon, Elisaphan the son of Pharnach.
26А за поколїннє синів Іссахарових князь: Палтиїль Ассаненко;
26Of the tribe of Issachar, Phaltiel the prince, the son of Ozan.
27А за поколїннє синів Ассерових князь: Ахигуд Шеломієнко;
27Of the tribe of Aser, Ahiud the son of Salomi.
28А за поколїннє синів Нефталїєвих князь: Педагель Аммігуденко.
28Of the tribe of Nephtali: Phedael the son of Ammiud.
29Се ті, що їм Господь заповідав роздїлити наслїддє між синів Ізрайлевих в Канаан землї.
29These are they whom the Lord hath commanded to divide the land of Chanaan to the children of Israel.
