1Na Job el fahk,
1Then Job answered and said:
2“Nga srakna torkaskas ac lain God; Nga tia ku in kutongya sasao luk.
2Even to-day is my complaint bitter; my hand is become heavy because of my groaning.
3Seyal nga ke etu lah nga ac konalak ya, Ac lah nga ac ut ya nu yen El muta we.
3Oh that I knew where I might find Him, that I might come even to His seat!
4Nga lukun fahkang na nunak luk nu sel Ac takunang nufon ma nga pulakin mu pwaye sik.
4I would order my cause before Him, and fill my mouth with arguments.
5Nga ke etu lah mea El ac fahk, Ac lah El ac topukyu fuka.
5I would know the words which He would answer me, and understand what He would say unto me.
6Ya God El ac lainyu ke ku lal nufon? Mo, El ac porongo na ke nga ac kaskas uh.
6Would He contend with me in His great power? Nay; but He would give heed unto me.
7In pacl sac El ac engan in lohng sramsram luk, mweyen nga inse pwayena nu sel; Na El ac fah akkalemye lah El tuleyula, ingela nwe tok.
7There the upright might reason with Him; so should I be delivered for ever from my Judge.
8“Nga tuh sokol kutulap, tuh El wangin we; Nga tia pacna konalak ke nga sokol roto ah.
8Behold, I go forward, but He is not there, and backward, but I cannot perceive Him;
9El tuh orekma na epang ac eir, Tuh nga tia pacna liyal we.
9On the left hand, when He doth work, but I cannot behold Him, He turneth Himself to the right hand, but I cannot see Him.
10Ne ouinge a God El etu nufon acn nga forfor we; El fin srikeyu, El ac konauk lah nga nasnasna.
10For He knoweth the way that I take; when He hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.
11Nga oaru na in fahsr ke inkanek ma El sulela nu sik uh, Ac tiana kuhfla liki.
11My foot hath held fast to His steps, His way have I kept, and turned not aside.
12Nga oru na ma El sapkin pacl nukewa; Nga fahsrna ke ma lungse lal ac tia lungse luk sifacna.
12I have not gone back from the commandment of His lips; I have treasured up the words of His mouth more than my necessary food.
13“God El tiana ekyek. Wangin mwet ku in kifasulla, Ku tulokinilya liki ma El lungse oru uh.
13But He is at one with Himself, and who can turn Him? And what His soul desireth, even that He doeth.
14El ac oralana ma El akou in oru nu sik; Ako se lal inge siena sin ma pus ma El ke oru nu sik uh.
14For He will perform that which is appointed for me; and many such things are with Him.
15Nga arulana rarrar ac sangeng ye mutal.
15Therefore am I affrighted at His presence; when I consider, I am afraid of Him.
16God pa arulana akmunasyela nunak luk uh. El su Kulana El arulana aksangengyeyu.
16Yea, God hath made my heart faint, and the Almighty hath affrighted me;
17Finne lohsr uh kosrala mutuk, Nga tiana misla in fahk nunak luk uh.
17Because I was not cut off before the darkness, neither did He cover the thick darkness from my face.
