1Now concerning the collections that are made for the saints, as I have given order to the churches of Galatia, so do ye also.
1Про милостиню ж для сьвятих, як я розпорядив у церквах Галатийських, так і ви робіть.
2On the first day of the week let every one of you put apart with himself, laying up what it shall well please him; that when I come, the collections be not then to be made.
2Первого дня в тижнї нехай кожен з вас у себе складає, скарбуючи, як йому ведеть ся, щоб не тодї, як прийду, складку робити.
3And when I shall be with you, whomsoever you shall approve by letters, them will I send to carry your grace to Jerusalem.
3Як же прийду, то которих ви ухвалите, тих пішлю з листами віднести дар ваш у Єрусалим.
4And if it be meet that I also go, they shall go with me.
4Коли ж буде достойно, щоб і менї йти, зо мною пійдуть.
5Now I will come to you, when I shall have passed through Macedonia. For I shall pass through Macedonia.
5Прийду ж до вас, як Македонию перейду (Македонию бо проходжу).
6And with you perhaps I shall abide, or even spend the winter: that you may bring me on my way whithersoever I shall go.
6У вас же може загаюсь, або й зазимую, щоб ви провели мене, куди я пійду.
7For I will not see you now by the way, for I trust that I shall abide with you some time, if the Lord permit.
7Не хочу бо вас тепер переходом бачити; маю ж надїю, якийсь час пробути в вас, коли Господь дозволить.
8But I will tarry at Ephesus until Pentecost.
8Пробуду ж у Єфесї до пятидесятницї.
9For a great door and evident is opened unto me: and many adversaries.
9Двері бо великі й широкі відчинились менї, і багато (в мене) противників.
10Now if Timothy come, see that he be with you without fear, for he worketh the work of the Lord, as I also do.
10Як же прийде Тимотей, гледїть, щоб без страху був у вас; дїло бо Господнє робить, яко ж і я.
11Let no man therefore despise him, but conduct ye him on his way in peace: that he may come to me. For I look for him with the brethren.
11То нехай нїхто ним не гордує, а випроводїть його з упокоєм, щоб прийшов до мене; жду бо його з браттєм.
12And touching our brother Apollo, I give you to understand, that I much entreated him to come unto you with the brethren: and indeed it was not his will at all to come at this time. But he will come when he shall have leisure.
12Що ж до Аполоса брата, то вельми просив я його, щоб прийшов до вас з браттєм; та зовсїм не було волї в него, щоб прийти тепер, прийде ж, як мати ме догідний час.
13Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, do manfully, and be strengthened.
13Пильнуйте, стійте в вірі, мужайтесь і утверджуйтесь.
14Let all your things be done in charity.
14Все вам нехай в любові дїєть ся.
15And I beseech you, brethren, you know the house of Stephanas, and of Fortunatus, and of Achaicus, that they are the firstfruits of Achaia, and have dedicated themselves to the ministry of the saints:
15Благаю ж вас, браттє (ви знаєте семю Стефанову, що вона первоплід Ахайський, і що на служеннє сьвятим оддали себе),
16That you also be subject to such, and to every one that worketh with us, and laboureth.
16щоб і ви корились таким і кожному, хто помагає нам і працює.
17And I rejoice in the presence of Stephanas, and Fortunatus, and Achaicus, because that which was wanting on your part, they have supplied.
17Зрадїв же я приходом Стефановим і Фортунатовим і Ахаїковим; бо недостачу вашу вони сповнили.
18For they have refreshed both my spirit and yours. Know them, therefore, that are such.
18Заспокоїли бо мій дух й ваш; пізнавайте ж оце таких.
19The churches of Asia salute you. Aquila and Priscilla salute you much in the Lord, with the church that is in their house, with whom I also lodge.
19Витають вас церкви Азийські. Витають вас у Господї много Аквила і Прискила з домашньою їх церквою.
20All the brethren salute you. Salute one another with a holy kiss.
20Витають вас усї брати. Витайте один одного цїлуваннєм сьвятим.
21The salutation of me Paul, with my own hand.
21Витаннє моєю рукою Павловою.
22If any man love not our Lord Jesus Christ, let him be anathema, maranatha.
22Коли хто не любить Господа Ісуса Христа, нехай буде проклят, маран ата!
23The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
23Благодать Господа Ісуса Христа з вами.
24My charity be with you all in Christ Jesus. Amen.
24Любов моя з усїма вами у Христї Ісусї. Амінь.
