1บุตรชายของดาวิดที่เกิดในเฮโบรน ได้แก่ อัมโนนบุตรหัวปี ซึ่งเกิดจากอาหิโนอัม หญิงชาวยิสเรเอล คนที่สองคือดาเนียล เกิดจากอาบีกายิล หญิงชาวคารเมล
1Now these were the sons of David, that were born unto him in Hebron: the first-born, Amnon, of Ahinoam the Jezreelitess; the second, Daniel, of Abigail the Carmelitess;
2คนที่สามคืออับซาโลม บุตรของมาอาคาห์ซึ่งเป็นบุตรสาวของทัลมัยกษัตริย์แห่งเกชูร์ คนที่สี่คืออาโดนียาห์ บุตรของฮักกีท
2the third, Absalom the son of Maacah the daughter of Talmai king of Geshur; the fourth, Adonijah the son of Haggith;

3the fifth, Shephatiah of Abital; the sixth, Ithream by Eglah his wife.

4Six were born unto him in Hebron; and there he reigned seven years and six months; and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty and three years.

9All these were the sons of David, beside the sons of the concubines; and Tamar was their sister.

12Amaziah his son, Azariah his son, Jotham his son;

13Ahaz his son, Hezekiah his son, Manasseh his son;
14มนัสเสห์เป็นบิดาของอาโมน อาโมนเป็นบิดาของโยสิยาห์
14Amon his son, Josiah his son.
15บุตรชายของโยสิยาห์ ได้แก่ โยฮานันบุตรหัวปี เยโฮยาคิมคนที่สอง เศเดคียาห์คนที่สาม และชัลลูมคนที่สี่
15And the sons of Josiah: the firstborn Johanan, the second Jehoiakim, the third Zedekiah, the fourth Shallum.
16บุตรชายของเยโฮยาคิมคือเยโคนิยาห์และเศเดคียาห์
16And the sons of Jehoiakim: Jeconiah his son, Zedekiah his son.
17บุตรชายของเยโคนิยาห์ผู้ถูกจับไปเป็นเชลย ได้แก่ เชอัลทิเอล
17And the sons of Jeconiah — the same is Assir — Shealtiel his son;

18and Malchiram, and Pedaiah, and Shenazzar, Jekamiah, Hoshama, and Nedabiah.
19บุตรชายของเปดายาห์คือเศรุบบาเบลกับชิเมอี เศรุบบาเบลมีบุตรชายชื่อเมชุลลามกับฮานานิยาห์ และมีบุตรสาวชื่อเชโลมิทซึ่งเป็นพี่น้องหญิงของทั้งสอง
19And the sons of Pedaiah: Zerubbabel, and Shimei. And the sons of Zerubbabel: Meshullam, and Hananiah; and Shelomith was their sister;
20ยังมีฮาชูบาห์ โอเฮล เบเรคิยาห์ ฮาซาดิยาห์ และยูชับเฮเสด อีก 5 คน
20and Hashubah and Ohel, and Berechiah, and Hasadiah, Jushabhesed, five.

21And the sons of Hananiah: Pelatiah, and Jeshaiah; the sons of Jeshaiah: Rephaiah; the sons of Rephaiah: Arnan; the sons of Arnan: Obadiah; the sons of Obadiah: Shecaniah.
22บุตรชายของเชคานิยาห์คือเชมายาห์ บุตรชายของเชมายาห์ ได้แก่ ฮัททูช อิกาล บาริยาห์ เนอาริยาห์ และชาฟัท รวมเป็น 6 คน
22And the sons of Shecaniah: Shemaiah; and the sons of Shemaiah: Hattush, and Igal, and Bariah, and Neariah, and Shaphat, six.
23บุตรชายของเนอาริยาห์ ได้แก่ เอลีโอเอนัย ฮิสคิยาห์ และอัสรีคาม รวม 3 คน
23And the sons of Neariah: Elioenai, and Hizkiah, and Azrikam, three.
24บุตรชายของเอลีโอเอนัย ได้แก่ โฮดาวิยาห์ เอลียาชิบ เปลายาห์ อัคคูบ โยฮานัน เดลายาห์ และอานานี รวม 7 คน
24And the sons of Elioenai: Hodaviah, and Eliashib, and Pelaiah, and Akkub, and Johanan, and Delaiah, and Anani, seven.
