1Then Job answered, and said:
1To naah Job mah,
2Whose helper art thou? is it of him that is weak? and dost thou hold up the arm of him that has no strength?
2kawbangmaw thacak ai kami to na bomh, bantha cak ai kami to na pahlong?
3To whom hast thou given counsel? perhaps to him that hath no wisdom, and thou hast shewn thy very great prudence.
3Kawbangmaw palungha ai kami khaeah lok na thuih pae? Kawbangmaw kahoih poekhaih to paroeai kaminawk khaeah nam tuengsak?
4Whom hast thou desired to teach? was it not him that made life?
4Hae lok hae mi han ih maw na thuih? Nang khae hoi angzo muithla loe mi ih maw?
5Behold the giants groan under the waters, and they that dwell with them.
5Tuinawk tlim ah kaom kadueh kaminawk, tui thungah kaom hmuennawk loe tasoeh takuenhaih hoiah oh o.
6Hell is naked before him, and there is no covering for destruction.
6Hell loe Sithaw hmaa ah bangkrai ah ni oh, amrohaih loe kraenghaih akhuem om ai.
7He stretched out the north over the empty space, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.
7Anih mah aluek bang ih van to tidoeh kaom ai ahmuen nuiah payuengh moe, tidoeh kaom ai ahmuen nuiah long to a bangh.
8He bindeth up the waters in his clouds, so that they break not out and fall down together.
8Kathah tamai nuiah tuinawk to a suek; toe tui kazit mah tamai to tapoksak ai.
9He withholdeth the face of his throne, and spreadeth his cloud over it.
9Anih mah angmah ih angraeng tangkhang to khuk moe, angmah ih tamai to a nuiah taboksak.
10He hath set bounds about the waters, till light and darkness come to an end.
10Tui nuiah kawk parai ramri to a sak moe, aanghaih hoi vinghaih salakah a suek.
11The pillars of heaven tremble, and dread at his beck.
11Anih mah thuitaek naah, van ih tungnawk to anghuenh moe, dawnraihaih hoiah oh o.
12By his power the seas are suddenly gathered together, and his wisdom has struck the proud one.
12A thacakhaih hoiah tuipui to tapraek moe, palunghahaih hoiah amoekhaih to koihsak.
13His spirit hath adorned the heavens, and his obstetric hand brought forth the winding serpent.
13Angmah ih Muithla hoiah van to krang kahoih ah pathoep moe, a ban hoiah kasae pahui to sak.
14Lo, these things are said in part of his ways: and seeing we have heard scarce a little drop of his word, who shall be able to behold the thunder of his greatness?
14Khenah, hae hmuennawk loe a sak ih hmuen aqai ah ni oh o vop; aicae mah anih ih lok zetta ni a thaih o vop; toe a thacakhaih khopazih tuen loe mi mah maw panoek thai tih?
