1Hospodin kraluje, v důstojnost se oblékl, oblékl se Hospodin v sílu, a přepásal se; také okršlek země upevnil, aby se nepohnul.
1The LORD reigneth; He is clothed in majesty; the LORD is clothed, He hath girded Himself with strength; yea, the world is established, that it cannot be moved.
2Utvrzenť jest trůn tvůj přede všemi časy, od věčnosti ty jsi.
2Thy throne is established of old; Thou art from everlasting.
3Pozdvihují se řeky, ó Hospodine, pozdvihují řeky zvuku svého, pozdvihují řeky vlnobití svých.
3The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their roaring.
4Nad zvuk mnohých vod, nad sílu vln mořských mnohem silnější jest na výsostech Hospodin.
4Above the voices of many waters, the mighty breakers of the sea, the LORD on high is mighty.
5Svědectví tvá jsou velmi jistá, domu tvému ušlechtilá svatost, Hospodine, až na věky.
5Thy testimonies are very sure, holiness becometh Thy house, O LORD, for evermore.
