1ဘုရား သခင်ထ တော်မူ၍၊ ရန်သူ တို့သည် အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ကွဲပြား ကြပါစေသော။ ဘုရား သခင်ကို မုန်း သောသူတို့ သည် အထံ တော်က ပြေး ကြပါစေသော။
1Unto the end, for them that shall be changed; for David.
2မီးခိုး လွှင့် သကဲ့သို့ သူတို့ကို လွှင့် တော်မူပါ။ ဘယောင်း သည် မီး ရှေ့ မှာ အရည် ဖြစ်သကဲ့သို့ ၊ မတရား သောသူတို့ သည် ဘုရား သခင့်ရှေ့ တော်မှာ ပျက်စီး ကြပါစေသော။
2SAVE me, O God: for the waters are come in even unto my soul.
3ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူတို့ သည် ဝမ်းမြောက် ၍ ၊ ဘုရား သခင့်ရှေ့တော်မှာ ရွှင်လန်း သောစိတ် နှင့် အလွန် ဝမ်းမြောက် ဝမ်းသာကြပါစေသော။
3I stick fast in the mire of the deep: and there is no sure standing. I am come into the depth of the sea: and a tempest hath overwhelmed me.
4ဘုရား သခင်အား သီချင်း ဆိုကြလော့။ နာမတော် ကို ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုကြလော့။ တော ၌ စီး ၍ ကြွတော်မူသောအရှင်ဘို့ လမ်းကို ပြင်ကြလော့။ ထိုအရှင် ၏ နာမတော် ကား၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရားတည်း။ ရှေ့ တော်၌ ရွှင်လန်း ကြလော့။
4I have laboured with crying; my jaws are become hoarse: my eyes have failed, whilst I hope in my God.
5ဘုရား သခင်သည် သန့်ရှင်း သော ဘုံ ဗိမာန်တော်၌ စံပယ်လျက်၊ မိဘ မရှိသောသူတို့ ၏ အဘ ဖြစ်၍ ၊ မုတ်ဆိုးမ တို့ဘက်မှာ တရား စီရင်တော်မူ၏။
5They are multiplied above the hairs of my head, who hate me without cause. My enemies are grown strong who have wrongfully persecuted me: then did I pay that which I took not away.
6ဘုရား သခင်သည် ပေါက်ဘော် မရှိသောသူတို့ အား အိမ်ထောင် ချခြင်းအခွင့် ကိုပေး တော်မူ၍၊ ချုပ် ထားသောသူတို့ ကိုလည်း ကြွယ်ဝခြင်းထဲ သို့ သွင်း တော်မူ၏။ ငြင်းဆန် သောသူတို့ မူကား ၊ သွေ့ခြောက် သော အရပ်၌ နေ ရကြ၏။
6O God, thou knowest my foolishness; and my offences are not hidden from thee:
7အို ဘုရား သခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏လူစု ရှေ့မှာ ကြွ ၍ ၊ တော ၌ ချီ တော်မူသောအခါ၊
7Let not them be ashamed for me, who look for thee, O Lord, the Lord of hosts. Let them not be confounded on my account, who seek thee, O God of Israel.
8ဘုရား သခင်၏ မျက်နှာ တော်ကြောင့် ၊ မြေကြီး လှုပ် ၍ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင် သည် ယို စီးလေ၏။ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ ဘုရား သခင်မျက်နှာ တော်ကြောင့် သိနာ တောင်သည်လည်း တုန်လှုပ်၏။
8Because for thy sake I have borne reproach; shame hath covered my face.
9အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် မိုဃ်း ကို များစွာ ရွာစေ၍၊ ပင်ပန်း သော အမွေ တော်လူတို့ကို ထောက်မ တော်မူ၏။
9I am become a stranger to my brethren, and an alien to the sons of my mother.
10ကိုယ်တော် ၏ အလုံး အရင်းသည် နေရာ ကျရကြပါ၏။ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ ဆင်းရဲ သောသူတို့ အဘို့ ကျေးဇူး တော်အားဖြင့် ပြင်ဆင် တော်မူ၏။
10For the zeal of thy house hath eaten me up: and the reproaches of them that reproached thee are fallen upon me.
11ဘုရား ရှင်အမိန့် တော်ရှိ၍၊ ဝမ်းမြောက် စရာ သိတင်းကို ကြားပြော သောသူ တို့ သည် အတိုင်းမသိများ ကြ၏။
11And I covered my soul in fasting: and it was made a reproach to me.
12စစ်အင်္ဂါဗိုလ်ခြေ သခင်ရှင် ဘုရင်တို့သည် အလျင် အမြန်ပြေးကြ၍ ၊ အိမ် ၌ နေရစ် သော မိန်းမတို့သည် လက်ရဥစ္စာ ကို ဝေ မျှကြ၏။
12And I made haircloth my garment: and I became a byword to them.
13သင်တို့သည် တောင် ကြား မှာ နေရာ ကျလျက် ၊ ငွေ နှင့် မွန်းမံ သော ချိုးငှက် အတောင် ကဲ့သို့၎င်း ၊ နီ သော ရွှေ နှင့် မွမ်းမံသော အမွေး ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ ဖြစ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
13They that sat in the gate spoke against me: and they that drank wine made me their song.
14အနန္တ တန်ခိုးနှင့် ပြည့်စုံတော်မူသောဘုရားသည်၊ ရှင်ဘုရင် တို့ကို ကွဲပြား စေတော်မူသောအရပ် သည် ဇာလမုန် တောင်ပေါ် မှာ မိုဃ်းပွင့် ကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်လေ၏။
14But as for me, my prayer is to thee, O Lord; for the time of thy good pleasure, O God. In the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation.
15ဘုရား သခင်၏ တောင် တည်းဟူသောဗာရှန် တောင် ၊ မြင့် သော ထိပ် များနှင့် ပြည့်စုံသော ဗာရှန် တောင် တို့၊
15Draw me out of the mire, that I may not stick fast: deliver me from them that hate me, and out of the deep waters.
16သင်တို့သည် မြင့် သော တောင်ထိပ် များနှင့် ပြည့်စုံသော်လည်း၊ ဘုရား သခင်ကျိန်းဝပ် ခြင်းငှါ အလိုရှိ တော်မူသောတောင် ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် အစဉ် အမြဲနေရာ ချတော်မူသောတောင်တော်ကို အဘယ် ကြောင့်စောင်း မြောင်းကြသနည်း။
16Let not the tempest of water drown me, nor the deep swallow me up: and let not the pit shut her mouth upon me.
17ဘုရား သခင်၏ရထား တော်တို့သည် အထောင် အသောင်း မက များ ကြ၏။ ဘုရား ရှင်ပါ တော်မူ၏။ သိနာ တောင်လည်း သန့်ရှင်း ရာဌာနတော်၌ ရှိသတည်း။
17Hear me, O Lord, for thy mercy is kind; look upon me according to the multitude of thy tender mercies.
18ကိုယ်တော်သည် မြင့် သောအရပ်သို့ တက် ကြွတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ များစွာသောသူတို့ ကို ဘမ်း သွားတော်မူ၍၊ ထာဝရ အရှင် ဘုရား သခင်သည် လူတို့တွင် ကျိန်းဝပ် တော်မူမည်အကြောင်း ၊ လူတို့အဘို့မက၊ ပုန်ကန် သော လူ တို့အဘို့ ဆုလပ် များကို ခံရ တော်မူပြီ။
18And turn not away thy face from thy servant: for I am in trouble, hear me speedily.
19ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် အစဉ် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိတော်မူစေသတည်း။ ငါ တို့ကို သူတပါး ညှဉ်းဆဲ သောအခါ ၊ ဘုရား သခင်ကယ်တင် တော်မူ၏။
19Attend to my soul, and deliver it: save me because of my enemies.
20ငါ တို့၏ ဘုရား သခင်သည် ကယ်တင် နိုင်သော ဘုရား ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ဘုရား ရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သေခြင်း သို့ ရောက်သော လမ်းကိုလည်း အစိုးပိုင်တော်မူ၏။
20Thou knowest my reproach, and my confusion, and my shame.
21ဘုရား သခင်သည် မိမိ ရန်သူ တို့၏ ဦးခေါင်း ကို၎င်း၊ အပြစ် ပြု မြဲပြုသောသူ တို့ ၏ ဦးသျှောင် ကို၎င်းဧကန် အမှန် နှိပ်စက် တော်မူမည်။
21In thy sight are all they that afflict me; my heart hath expected reproach and misery. And I looked for one that would grieve together with me, but there was none: and for one that would comfort me, and I found none.
22သူတို့ကို ဗာရှန် ပြည်က ငါဆောင်ခဲ့ဦးမည်။ နက်နဲ သော ပင်လယ် ထဲ က ငါဆောင် ခဲ့ဦးမည်။
22And they gave me gall for my food, and in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.
23ထို သို့သောအားဖြင့် သင် သည် ရန်သူ တို့ အသွေး ကို နင်း ၍၊ သင် ၏ခွေး တို့သည်လည်း လျက် ကြ လိမ့်မည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
23Let their table become as a snare before them, and a recompense, and a stumblingblock.
24အို ဘုရား သခင်၊ သန့်ရှင်း ရာဌာနသို့ ကိုယ်တော်ကြွ တော်မူခြင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ရှင် ဘုရင်ကြွ တော်မူခြင်းကို မြင် ရကြပါပြီ။
24Let their eyes be darkened that they see not; and their back bend thou down always.
25ရှေ့ ၌ကား၊ သီချင်း ဆိုသောသူ၊ နောက် ၌ကား၊ စောင်းအမျိုးမျိုးကို တီးသောသူ၊ အလယ် ၌ ကား၊ ပတ်သာကို တီး သော အပျို တို့သည် လိုက်သွားကြပါ၏။
25Pour out thy indignation upon them: and let thy wrathful anger take hold of them.
26ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့၊ ပရိသတ် အစည်း အဝေးတို့၌ ထာဝရ အရှင် ဘုရား သခင်ကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေးကြလော့။
26Let their habitation be made desolate: and let there be none to dwell in their tabernacles.
27အစိုး ရသောဗင်္ယာမိန် ငယ် မှစ၍၊ မိမိ အလုံး အရင်းနှင့်တကွယုဒ မင်း များ၊ ဇာဗုလုန် မင်း များ နဿလိ မင်း များ ပါကြ၏။
27Because they have persecuted him whom thou hast smitten; and they have added to the grief of my wounds.
28အို ဘုရား သခင်၊ တန်ခိုး တော်ကို ပြ တော်မူပါ။ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့၌ ပြု သောကျေးဇူးတော်ကို တည် စေတော်မူပါ။
28Add thou iniquity upon their iniquity: and let them not come into thy justice.
29ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၌ ရှိသောဗိမာန် တော်အဘို့ ရှင် ဘုရင်တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ထံ သို့လက်ဆောင် များကို ဆောင် ခဲ့ကြပါစေသော။
29Let them be blotted out of the book of the living; and with the just let them not be written.
30ကျူတော သားရဲ ကို၎င်း၊ နွား လားဥသဘအစု အဝေးနှင့် လူမျိုး တို့၏ နွား ပျိုတို့ကို၎င်းဆုံးမ တော်မူသဖြင့် ၊ အသီးအသီးတို့သည် ငွေ စ နှင့် ကိုယ်ကို နှိမ့်ချ ကြပါစေသော။ စစ် မှုကို နှစ်သက် သော လူမျိုး တို့ကို အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ကွဲပြား စေတော်မူပါ။
30But I am poor and sorrowful: thy salvation, O God, hath set me up.
31အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည်မှ သံတမန် တို့သည် လာ ကြပါစေသော။ ကုရှ ပြည်သည် မိမိ လက် တို့ကို ဘုရား သခင်ထံ တော်သို့ အလျင် အမြန်ဆန့်ရပါစေသော။
31I will praise the name of God with a canticle: and I will magnify him with praise.
32မြေကြီး နိုင်ငံ တို့၊ ဘုရား သခင့်ရှေ့ တော်၌ သီချင်း ဆိုကြလော့။
32And it shall please God better than a young calf, that bringeth forth horns and hoofs.
33အစ အဦး၌ အထက်ကောင်းကင် ဘဝဂ်ကို စီး ၍ နေတော်မူသောထာဝရ ဘုရားကို ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုကြလော့။ အသံ တော်ကို လွှတ် တော်မူ၍ ၊ အားကြီး သော အသံ ဖြစ်၏။
33Let the poor see and rejoice: seek ye God, and your soul shall live.
34ဘုရား သခင်သည် တန်ခိုး ကြီးတော်မူသည်ဟု ဝန်ခံ ကြလော့။ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးကို ဘုန်း တော်လွှမ်းမိုးလျက် ၊ တန်ခိုး တော်လည်း မိုဃ်းတိမ် တို့တွင် ထင်ရှားလျက် ရှိသတည်း။
34For the Lord hath heard the poor: and hath not despised his prisoners.
35အို ဘုရား သခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် သန့်ရှင်း ရာဌာနတော်ပြင်မှာ ကြောက်ရွံ့ ဘွယ် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ ဘုရား သခင်ကား၊ မိမိလူ တို့အား အခွင့် တန်ခိုးကို ပေး တော်မူသောဘုရား ပေတည်း။ ဘုရား သခင်သည် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိတော်မူစေသတည်း။
35Let the heavens and the earth praise him; the sea, and every thing that creepeth therein.
