1တန်ခိုးကြီး သော ဘုရားသခင် တည်းဟူသောထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဗျာဒိတ် ပေးတော်မူ၏။ နေ ထွက် ရာမှ သည် နေဝင် ရာတိုင်အောင် မြေကြီး ကိုခေါ် တော်မူ၏။
1Unto the end, a psalm of David,
2အသရေ တင့်တယ်ခြင်းပြည့်စုံ ရာ ဇိအုန် တောင် ပေါ် မှာ ဘုရား သခင်၏ရောင်ခြည် တော်သည် ထွန်းပ၏။
2When Nathan the prophet came to him after he had sinned with Bethsabee.
3ငါ တို့၏ ဘုရား သခင်ကြွလာ တော်မူ၏။ တိတ်ဆိတ် စွာ နေတော်မ မူ။ ရှေ့ တော်၌ မီး လောင် လျက် ပတ်ဝန်းကျင် ၌ မိုဃ်းသက် မုန်တိုင်းပြင်းပြ လျက်ရှိ၏။
3Have mercy on me, O God, according to thy great mercy. And according to the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my iniquity.
4မိမိ လူ တို့ကို စစ်ကြော စီရင်ခြင်းအလိုငှါ အထက် ကောင်းကင် ကို ၎င်း၊ မြေကြီး ကို ၎င်း ခေါ် တော်မူလျှက်၊
4Wash me yet more from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.
5ယဇ် ပူဇော်သောအားဖြင့် ၊ ငါ နှင့်ပဋိညာဉ် ဖွဲ့ သော ငါ ၏သန့်ရှင်း သူတို့ကို ငါ့ ထံသို့ စုဝေး စေကြဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
5For I know my iniquity, and my sin is always before me.
6ဘုရား သခင်သည် ကိုယ်တော် တိုင် တရား ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ဖြောင့်မတ် တော်မူခြင်း အကြောင်းကို ကောင်းကင် တို့သည် ထင်ရှားစွာ ပြ ကြ လိမ့်မည်။
6To thee only have I sinned, and have done evil before thee: that thou mayst be justified in thy words and mayst overcome when thou art judged.
7ငါ ၏လူ များတို့နားထောင် ကြ။ ငါပြော မည်။ အိုဣသရေလ အမျိုး၊ သင့် တဘက် ၌ငါသက်သေ ခံမည်။ ငါသည်ဘုရား သခင်ဖြစ်၏။ သင် ၏ဘုရား သခင်ဖြစ်၏။
7For behold I was conceived in iniquities; and in sins did my mother conceive me.
8မီးရှို့ သောယဇ်မှစ၍ ယဇ် ပူဇော်ခြင်းအမျိုးမျိုးအတွက် ငါသည် သင် ၌အပြစ် မ တင်။ ထိုယဇ်တို့သည် ငါ့ ရှေ့ မှာ အစဉ် ရှိကြ၏။
8For behold thou hast loved truth: the uncertain and hidden things of thy wisdom thou hast made manifest to me.
9သင့် အိမ် ထဲ က နွား ကို၎င်း၊ သင့် ခြံ ထဲ က ဆိတ် ထီးကို၎င်းငါမ ခံမယူ။
9Thou shalt sprinkle me with hyssop, and I shall be cleansed: thou shalt wash me, and I shall be made whiter than snow.
10တော တိရစ္ဆာန် ရှိသမျှ တို့နှင့် တထောင် သော တောင် ပေါ် မှာရှိသော တိရစ္ဆာန် တို့သည် ငါ ၏ ဥစ္စာ ဖြစ်ကြ၏။
10To my hearing thou shalt give joy and gladness: and the bones that have been humbled shall rejoice.
11တောင် ပေါ်မှာ နေတတ်သော ငှက် အပေါင်း တို့ကို ငါသိ ၏။ တော သားရဲ တို့သည် ငါ ၌ ရှိကြ၏။
11Turn away thy face from my sins, and blot out all my iniquities.
12ငါသည် ငတ်မွတ် လျှင် သင့် ကို မ ပြော။ လောက ဓါတ် နှင့် လောကဥစ္စာသည် ငါ ၏ ဥစ္စာဖြစ်၏။
12Create a clean heart in me, O God: and renew a right spirit within my bowels.
13နွား သား ကိုငါစား မည်လော။ ဆိတ် သွေး ကို ငါသောက် မည်လော။
13Cast me not away from thy face; and take not thy holy spirit from me.
14ကျေးဇူး ချီးမွမ်းခြင်း ယဇ်ကိုဘုရား သခင်အား ပူဇော် လော့။ သစ္စာ ဂတိထားသည်အတိုင်း ၊ အမြင့်ဆုံး သောအရာ၌ သစ္စာဝတ်ကိုဖြေ လော့။
14Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation, and strengthen me with a perfect spirit.
15အမှု ရောက်သည်ကာလ ၌ ငါ့ ကိုပဌနာ ပြုလော့။ ငါသည် ကယ်လွှတ် မည်။ သင် သည်လည်း ငါ့ ကိုချီးမွမ်း လိမ့်မည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
15I will teach the unjust thy ways: and the wicked shall be converted to thee.
16မတရား သောသူကို ကား ၊ သင် သည် ငါ ၏အထုံးအဖွဲ့ တို့ကို ကြားပြော ၍ ငါ ၏ပဋိညာဉ် တရားကို မြွက်ဆို ခြင်းငှါ အဘယ်သို့ ဆိုင်သနည်း။
16Deliver me from blood, O God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall extol thy justice.
17ဆုံးမ သွန်သင်ခြင်းကို သင် သည်မုန်း ၍ ငါ့ စကား ကို သင့် နောက် ၌ ပစ် ထားပါသည်တကား။
17O Lord, thou wilt open my lips: and my mouth shall declare thy praise.
18သင်သည် သူခိုး ကိုမြင် လျှင် ၊ သူ နှင့် သဘော တူတတ်၏။ သူ့မယားကို ပြစ်မှား သောသူတို့ နှင့် ဆက်ဆံတတ်၏။
18For if thou hadst desired sacrifice, I would indeed have given it: with burnt offerings thou wilt not be delighted.
19သင် ၏နှုတ် ကို ဒုစရိုက် ၌ အပ်နှံ ၍ ၊ သင် ၏လျှာ ဖြင့် မုသာ ကို စီရင် တတ်၏။
19A sacrifice to God is an afflicted spirit: a contrite and humbled heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.
20သင်သည်ထိုင် လျက် ၊ ကိုယ် ညီအစ်ကို ကို ဆန့်ကျင် ဘက်ပြု၍ ပြော ဆိုတတ်၏။ ကိုယ် အမိ ၏သား ကို ဆဲရေး တတ်၏။
20Deal favourably, O Lord, in thy good will with Sion; that the walls of Jerusalem may be built up.
21ထို သို့ကျင့် ၍ ငါသည် တိတ်ဆိတ် စွာနေသောကြောင့်၊ ငါ့ ကို သင် နှင့်တူ သည်ဟု ထင် လေပြီတကား။ သင် ၏အပြစ် ကို ငါဘော်ပြ၍ ၊ သင့် မျက်မှောက် ၌ ခင်း ထားမည်။
21Then shalt thou accept the sacrifice of justice, oblations and whole burnt offerings: then shall they lay calves upon thy altar.
22ဘုရား သခင်ကို မေ့လျော့ သောသူတို့၊ ဤ အမှုကို ဆင်ခြင် ကြလော့။ သို့မဟုတ် သင်တို့ကိုကယ်နှုတ် သော သူမ ရှိ။ ငါသည် အပိုင်းပိုင်းဆွဲ ဖြတ်မည်။

23ကျေးဇူး ချီးမွမ်းခြင်းယဇ် ပူဇော်သောသူသည် ငါ ၏ဘုန်း ကို ထင်ရှားစေသောသူဖြစ်၏။ မိမိ သွားသော လမ်း ကို ဆင်ခြင်သောသူအားလည်း၊ ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်း ကျေးဇူးကို ငါပြ မည်ဟု ဘုရား သခင်မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
