1အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ပဌနာ ကို နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် အော်ဟစ် ခြင်းအသံ သည် ရှေ့ တော်သို့ ရောက် ပါစေသော။
1For David himself. Bless the Lord, O my soul: and let all that is within me bless his holy name.
2ဘေး ရောက်သည်ကာလ ၌ မျက်နှာ တော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ် မှ လွှဲ တော် မ မူပါနှင့်။ အကျွန်ုပ်ခေါ် သောအခါ နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။ အလျင် အမြန်ထူး တော်မူပါ။
2Bless the Lord, O my soul, and never forget all he hath done for thee.
3အကြောင်း မူကား၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ နေ့ရက် ကာလ သည် မီးခိုး ကဲ့သို့ ကုန် တတ်ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ အရိုး တို့ သည် မီး ချေးကဲ့သို့ ကျွမ်း ကြပါ၏။
3Who forgiveth all thy iniquities: who healeth all thy diseases.
4အကျွန်ုပ် ၏နှလုံး သည် မြက်ပင် ကဲ့သို့ အထိ အခိုက်ခံရ၍ ၊ ညှိုးနွမ်း လျက် ရှိပါ၏။ အစာ စား ခြင်း ကိစ္စကို ပင် မေ့လျော့ တတ်ပါ၏။
4Who redeemeth thy life from destruction: who crowneth thee with mercy and compassion.
5ကိုယ် ညည်းတွား ခြင်း အသံ ကြောင့် ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ အရိုး တို့သည် အရေ ၌ ကပ် လျက်ရှိကြပါ၏။
5Who satisfieth thy desire with good things: thy youth shall be renewed like the eagle’s.
6အကျွန်ုပ်သည် လွင်ပြင် ၌ နေသော ဝံပို ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ တော ၌နေသောဇိကွက် ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ဖြစ် ပါ၏။
6The Lord doth mercies, and judgment for all that suffer wrong.
7အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အိမ်မိုး ပေါ် မှာ တ ကောင်တည်း နေရသော ငှက် ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ် ၍ စောင့် လျက်နေရပါ၏။
7He hath made his ways known to Moses: his wills to the children of Israel.
8အကျွန်ုပ် ရန်သူ တို့သည် တ နေ့လုံးကဲ့ရဲ့ ကြပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် တဘက်၌ စော်ကား သောသူတို့ သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ပုံခိုင်း၍ ကျိန်ဆို တတ်ကြပါ၏။
8The ford is compassionate and merciful: longsuffering and plenteous in mercy.
9စိတ် တော်မပြေ၊ အမျက် ထွက်တော်မူသောကြောင့် ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ပြာ ကိုမုန့် ကဲ့သို့ စား ရပါ၏။ သောက် သောအခါလည်း ၊ မျက်ရည် ရော ၍သောက်ရပါ၏။
9He will not always be angry: nor will he threaten for ever.
10ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုချီးမြှောက် ပြီးမှ အောက်သို့ချ တော်မူပြီ။
10He hath not dealt with us according to our sins: nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
11အကျွန်ုပ် ၏နေ့ရက် တို့သည် ရှည်လျား သော အရိပ် ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်၍ ၊ မြက်ပင် ကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်ညှိုးနွမ်း ပါ၏။
11For according to the height of the heaven above the earth: he hath strengthened his mercy towards them that fear him.
12အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် နိစ္စ ထာဝရ ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ နာမ တော်သည် ကာလ အစဉ်အဆက် တည် ပါ၏။
12As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our iniquities from us.
13ထ တော်မူပါ။ ဇိအုန် မြို့ကို သနား တော်မူပါ။ ဇိအုန် မြို့ကို ကယ် မသနားရသောအချိန် ၊ ချိန်းချက် တော်မူ သောအချိန်ရောက် ပါပြီ။
13As a father hath compassion on his children, so hath the Lord compassion on them that fear him:
14ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ကျွန် တို့သည် ထိုမြို့ ၏ ကျောက်ခဲ တို့ကိုပင် နှစ်သက် ၍ ၊ သူ ၏မြေမှုန့် ကိုပင် စုံမက် ကြပါ၏။
14For he knoweth our frame. He remembereth that we are dust:
15တပါးအမျိုးသား တို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နာမ တော်ကို၎င်း ၊ လောကီ ရှင် ဘုရင်အပေါင်း တို့သည် ဘုန်း တော်ကို၎င်း ကြောက်ရွံ ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။
15Man’s days are as grass, as the flower of the field so shall he flourish.
16ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဇိအုန် မြို့ကို တည်ထောင် ၍၊ ဘုန်း တော်နှင့်တကွ ထင်ရှား တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
16For the spirit shall pass in him, and he shall not be: and he shall know his place no more.
17ကိုးကွယ် ရာ မဲ့ သောသူတို့ ဆုတောင်းခြင်း အကြောင်း ကို မထီမဲ့မြင် မ ပြု၊ သူ တို့၏ ပဌနာ ကို မှတ် တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
17But the mercy of the Lord is from eternity and unto eternity upon them that fear him: And his justice unto children’s children,
18ထို အကြောင်းအရာကို နောက် ဖြစ်လတံ့သော လူမျိုး အဘို့ ရေးမှတ် ရမည်။ ပြုပြင် တော်မူလတံ့သော လူ တို့သည် ထာဝရ ဘုရားကို ချီးမွမ်း ကြလိမ့်မည်။
18To such as keep his covenant, And are mindful of his commandments to do them.
19ချုပ်ထား သောသူ၏ ညည်းတွား သံကို နားထောင် ခြင်းငှါ ၎င်း၊ သေ ရမည့် သူ တို့ကို လွှတ် ခြင်းငှါ ၎င်း၊
19The Lord hath prepared his throne in heaven: and his kingdom shall rule over all.
20အတိုင်းတိုင်း အပြည်ပြည်သော လူမျိုး တို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ဝတ် ကိုပြုလျက်စုဝေး ကြသောအခါ၊
20Bless the Lord, all ye his angels: you that are mighty in strength, and execute his word, hearkening to the voice of his orders.
21ဇိအုန် တောင်ပေါ် ၊ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၌ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နာမ တော်နှင့် ဂုဏ် ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ထင်ရှား စေခြင်းငှါ ၎င်း၊
21Bless the Lord, all ye his hosts: you ministers of his that do his will.
22သန့်ရှင်း ရာ ဌာနတော်အထွဋ် က ငုံ့ ကြည့်တော်မူ၍၊ ကောင်းကင် ပေါ်က ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မြေကြီး ကို ရှုမှတ် တော်မူ၏။
22Bless the Lord, all his works: in every place of his dominion, O my soul, bless thou the Lord.
23လမ်း ခရီး၌ ငါ ၏အစွမ်း ကို လျော့ စေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ ငါ ၏နေ့ရက် ကာလကို တို စေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း ပြုတော်မူသောအခါ၊

24ငါလျှောက် သော အချက်ဟူမူကား၊ အို အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အသက် ပျို စဉ် ပင် ပယ်ရှင်း တော် မ မူပါနှင့်။ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ နှစ် တို့သည် ကာလ အစဉ် အဆက်မြဲကြပါ၏။

25ကိုယ်တော်သည် ရှေ့ဦးစွာ ၌ မြေကြီး ကို တည် တော်မူပြီ။ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင် သည်လည်း လက် တော်နှင့် ဖန်ဆင်း သောအရာဖြစ်ပါ၏။

26ထို အရာတို့သည် ပျက်စီး ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်သော်လည်း ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အမြဲတည် တော်မူ၏။ ထို အရာ ရှိသမျှ တို့သည် အဝတ် ကဲ့သို့ ဟောင်းနွမ်း ခြင်းသို့ရောက်၍ ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ဝတ်လုံ ကိုလဲ သကဲ့သို့ လဲတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ ပြောင်းလဲ ခြင်းရှိကြသော်လည်း၊
