1အိုဘုရား သခင်သား တို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဘုန်း တန်ခိုး ကြီးတော်မူသည်ဟု ဝန်ခံ ကြလော့။
1A psalm of a canticle, at the dedication of David’s house.
2ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နာမတော် သည် ဘုန်းကြီး တော်မူသည်ဟု ဝန်ခံ လျက် ၊ သန့်ရှင်း သောတန်ဆာ ကို ဆင်၍ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကိုးကွယ် ကြလော့။
2I will extol thee, O Lord, for thou hast upheld me: and hast not made my enemies to rejoice over me.
3ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ အသံ တော်သည် သမုဒ္ဒရာ ပေါ် မှာ ရှိတော်မူ၏။ ဘုန်းကြီး တော်မူသောဘုရား သခင် သည် မိုဃ်းချုန်း တော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် များစွာ သောရေ ပေါ် မှာ ရှိတော်မူ၏။
3O Lord my God, I have cried to thee, and then hast healed me.
4ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ အသံ တော်သည် တန်ခိုး နှင့် ပြည့်စုံတော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ အသံ တော်သည် ဘုန်း အာနုဘော်နှင့် ပြည့်စုံတော်မူ၏။
4Thou hast brought forth, O Lord, my soul from hell: thou hast saved me from them that go down into the pit.
5ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ အသံ တော်သည် အာရဇ် ပင် တို့ကို ချိုး တော်မူ၏။ အကယ်စင်စစ်ထာဝရဘုရား သည် လေဗနုန် အာရဇ် တောကို ချိုး တော်မူ၏။
5Sing to the Lord, O ye his saints: and give praise to the memory of his holiness.
6တောကို နွား သငယ်ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ၊ လေဗနုန် တော နှင့် စိရုန် တောကို ကြံ့ သငယ် ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ခုန် စေတော်မူ၏။
6For wrath is in his indignation; and life in his good will. In the evening weeping shall have place, and in the morning gladness.
7ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ အသံ တော်သည် မီး လျှံ ကို ခွဲ တော်မူ၏။
7And in my abundance I said: I shall never be moved.
8ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ အသံ တော်သည် တော ကို ချောက် ချားတော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ကာဒေရှ တော ကို ချောက်ချား တော်မူ၏။
8O Lord, in thy favour, thou gavest strength to my beauty. Thou turnedst away thy face from me, and I became troubled.
9ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ အသံ တော်သည် သမင် ဒရယ် မတို့ကို မွေးဘွား စေတော်မူ၏။ တော တန်ဆာတို့ကိုလည်း ပယ်ရှင်း တော်မူ၏။ ဗိမာန် တော်၌ ခပ်သိမ်း သောသူ တို့ သည် ဘုန်းတော် ကို ဘော် ပြကြစေ။
9To thee, O Lord, will I cry: and I will make supplication to my God.
10ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မိုဃ်း သက်မုန်တိုင်းပေါ် မှာ ထိုင် တော်မူ၏။ အကယ်စင်စစ်ထာဝရဘုရား သည် အစဉ် အမြဲရှင် ဘုရင်အရာနှင့် ထိုင် တော်မူ၏။
10What profit is there in my blood, whilst I go down to corruption? Shall dust confess to thee, or declare thy truth?
11ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မိမိ လူစု ကို ခိုင်ခံ့ စေတော်မူမည်။ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မိမိ လူစု အား ငြိမ်သက် ခြင်း ကောင်းကြီး မင်္ဂလာကို ပေးတော်မူမည်။
11The Lord hath heard, and hath had mercy on me: the Lord became my helper.

12Thou hast turned for me my mourning into joy: thou hast cut my sackcloth, and hast compassed me with gladness:

13To the end that my glory may sing to thee, and I may not regret: O Lord my God, I will give praise to thee for ever.
