1အို ဘုရား သခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ဆုတောင်း သော စကား သံကို နားထောင် ၍ အကျွန်ုပ် အသက် ကို ရန်သူ ဘေး မှ ကွယ်ကာ စောင့်မတော်မူပါ။
1(64-1) For the Leader. A Psalm of David. (64-2) Hear my voice, O God, in my complaint; preserve my life from the terror of the enemy.
2လူဆိုး တို့၏ တိုင်ပင် ရာမှ ၎င်း၊ ဒုစရိုက် ကို ပြု လေ့ရှိသောသူတို့ ၏ စုဝေး ရာမှ ၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ကွယ်ကာ တော်မူပါ။
2(64-3) Hide me from the council of evil-doers; from the tumult of the workers of iniquity;
3ထိုသူ တို့သည် မိမိ တို့လျှာ ကို ထား ကဲ့ သို့သွေး တတ်ကြ၏။
3(64-4) Who have whet their tongue like a sword, and have aimed their arrow, a poisoned word;
4စုံလင် သောသူကို မ ထင်မရှားပစ် မည်အကြံနှင့် ၊ ခါး သောစကား တည်းဟူသောမိမိ တို့ မြှား ကို ရွယ် တတ်ကြ၏။ မ ကြောက် မရွံ့ဘဲ ချက်ခြင်း ပစ် တတ်ကြ၏။
4(64-5) That they may shoot in secret places at the blameless; suddenly do they shoot at him, and fear not.
5မကောင်း သောအမှု မှာ တယောက် ကိုတယောက်နှိုးဆော် တတ်ကြ၏။ ကျော့ကွင်း တို့ကို ထောင် ထား ခြင်းငှါ တိုင်ပင် ၍၊ အဘယ်သူ မြင် လိမ့်မည်နည်းဟု ဆို တတ်ကြ၏။
5(64-6) They encourage one another in an evil matter; they converse of laying snares secretly; they ask, who would see them.
6မ တရားသော အမှု တို့ကို ကိုယ်အဘို့ စစ်ဆေး ရှာဖွေ တတ်ကြ၏။ အကုန်အစင် စစ်ဆေးရှာဖွေတတ်ကြ၏။ အသီးအသီး စိတ် နှလုံးထဲမှာ ကြံစည် သော အရာတို့သည် အလွန်နက်နဲ ကြ၏။
6(64-7) They search out iniquities, they have accomplished a diligent search; even in the inward thought of every one, and the deep heart.
7သူ တို့၌ ဘုရား သခင်ပစ် တော်မူသောမြှား မှန်၍၊ သူ တို့သည် အမှတ်တမဲ့ နာ ကြ လိမ့်မည်။
7(64-8) But God doth shoot at them with an arrow suddenly; thence are their wounds.
8သို့ဖြစ်၍ မိမိ တို့ လျှာ သည် မိမိ တို့ကို တိုက် စေ၍၊ မြင် သောသူ အပေါင်း တို့သည် ပြေး သွားကြလိမ့်မည်။
8(64-9) So they make their own tongue a stumbling unto themselves; all that see them shake the head.
9လူ အပေါင်း တို့သည်လည်း ကြောက်ရွံ့ ၍ ၊ ဘုရား သခင်စီရင် တော်မူကြောင်းကို နားလည် သဖြင့် အမှု တော်ကို ကြား ပြောကြလိမ့်မည်။
9(64-10) And all men fear; and they declare the work of God, and understand His doing.
10ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူသည် ထာဝရဘုရား ၌ ဝမ်းမြောက် ၍ ခိုလှုံ လိမ့်မည်။ သဘော ဖြောင့် သော သူအပေါင်း တို့သည် ဝါကြွား ကြလိမ့်မည်။
10(64-11) The righteous shall be glad in the LORD, and shall take refuge in Him; and all the upright in heart shall glory.
