1ငါ သည် ခပ်သိမ်း သောကာလ တို့၌ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေးမည်။ ဂုဏ် ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို အစဉ် မပြတ်မြွက် ဆိုမည်။
1(34-1) A Psalm of David; when he changed his demeanour before Abimelech, who drove him away, and he departed. (34-2) I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.
2ငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ကို အမှီပြု ၍ ဝါကြွား ခြင်းကို ပြုမည်။ နှိမ့်ချ လျက်ရှိသောသူတို့ သည် ကြားသိ ၍ ၊ ဝမ်းမြောက် ကြပါစေသော။
2(34-3) My soul shall glory in the LORD; the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad.
3ငါ နှင့်အတူ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ချီးမွမ်း ကြလော့။ နာမတော် ကို တညီ တညွတ်တည်းချီးမြှောက် ကြကုန်အံ့။
3(34-4) O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt His name together.
4ငါ သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ကိုရှာ သောအခါ နားထောင် တော်မူ၏။ ကြောက်မက် ဘွယ်သောအကြောင်းအလုံးစုံ တို့အထဲ က ငါ့ ကို ကယ်နှုတ် တော်မူ၏။
4(34-5) I sought the LORD, and He answered me, and delivered me from all my fears.
5ထာဝရ ဘုရားကို မျှော်ကြည့် ကြလော့။ အလင်း ကို ရကြလိမ့်မည်။ မျက်နှာ ရှက်ကြောက် ခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ် ကြလိမ့်မည်။
5(34-6) They looked unto Him, and were radiant; and their faces shall never be abashed.
6ဤ ဆင်းရဲ သောသူ၏ အော်ဟစ် ခြင်းအသံကို ထာဝရဘုရား သည် နားထောင် ၍ ၊ ခပ်သိမ်း သောဆင်းရဲ ထဲ က ကယ်လွှတ် တော်မူ၏။
6(34-7) This poor man cried, and the LORD heard, and saved him out of all his troubles.
7ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ သောသူတို့ ပတ်လည် ၌ ကောင်းကင် တမန်တော်တို့သည် တပ်ချ ၍ ကယ် လွှတ် တတ်ကြ၏။
7(34-8) The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear Him, and delivereth them.
8ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ကောင်းမြတ် တော်မူသည် အကြောင်း ကို မြည်းစမ်း ၍ သိ မှတ်ကြလော့။ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ခိုလှုံ သောသူ သည် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိ၏။
8(34-9) O consider and see that the LORD is good; happy is the man that taketh refuge in Him.
9ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ သန့်ရှင်း သူတို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ ကြလော့။ ကြောက်ရွံ့ သောသူတို့၌ ဆင်းရဲ ခြင်းမ ရှိရာ။
9(34-10) O fear the LORD, ye His holy ones; for there is no want to them that fear Him.
10ခြင်္သေ့ တို့သည် ဆင်းရဲ ၍ ငတ်မွတ် ခြင်းကို ခံရသော်လည်း ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ရှာ သောသူတို့၌ ကောင်း သောအရာတစုံ တခုမျှ မ လို ရာ။
10(34-11) The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger; but they that seek the LORD want not any good thing.
11အချင်းသူငယ် တို့လာ ကြလော့။ ငါ့ စကားကို နားထောင် ကြလော့။ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ ခြင်း တရားကို သင် တို့အား ငါသွန် သင်မည်။
11(34-12) Come, ye children, hearken unto me; I will teach you the fear of the LORD.
12ကောင်းမွန် သောအရာကို တွေ့မြင် မည် အကြောင်း ၊ အသက် ရှင်ခြင်းနှင့်တကွနေ့ရက် ကာလကို တောင့် တလိုချင်သော သူမည်သည်ကား၊
12(34-13) Who is the man that desireth life, and loveth days, that he may see good therein?
13ကိုယ် လျှာ ကို မ ကောင်းသောအရာနှင့် ကင်း စေလော့။ နှုတ်ခမ်း လည်း မုသာ စကားကို မပြော စေနှင့်။
13(34-14) Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.
14ဒုစရိုက် ကို လွှဲ ရှောင်၍ သု စရိုက်ကိုပြု လော့။ သူတပါးနှင့်အသင့် အတင့်နေခြင်းကို ရှာ ၍ မှီအောင်လိုက် လော့။
14(34-15) Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.
15ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူတို့ကို ကြည့်ရှု တော်မူ၏။ သူ တို့ အော်ဟစ် သံကို လည်း နားထောင် တော်မူ၏။
15(34-16) The eyes of the LORD are toward the righteous, and His ears are open unto their cry.
16ဒုစရိုက် ကိုပြု သောသူတို့ကား၊ မြေကြီး ပေါ် မှာ အောက်မေ့ စရာ အမှတ်မျှမရှိစေခြင်းငှါ ပယ်ရှင်း မည် အကြောင်း ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မျက်နှာ ထားတော်မူ၏။
16(34-17) The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.
17ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူတို့သည် အော်ဟစ် သောအခါ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် နားထောင် ၍ ၊ သူ တို့ကို ခပ်သိမ်း သော ဆင်းရဲ ထဲ က ကယ် လွှတ်တော်မူ၏။
17(34-18) They cried, and the LORD heard, and delivered them out of all their troubles.
18ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ကျိုးပဲ့ သောစိတ် ရှိသောသူတို့ နှင့် နှလုံးကြေကွဲသောသူတို့ကို နီး တော်မူ၏။ နောင်တ ရှိ၍ စိတ် နှိမ့်ချသောသူတို့ကိုလည်း ကယ်တင် တော်မူ၏။
18(34-19) The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart, and saveth such as are of a contrite spirit.
19ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူသည်များစွာ သော ဒုက္ခ ဆင်းရဲကို ခံရသော်လည်း ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ခပ်သိမ်း သောဒုက္ခ ဆင်းရဲထဲ က ကယ် လွှတ်တော်မူ၏။
19(34-20) Many are the ills of the righteous, but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.
20သူ ၏အရိုး ရှိသမျှ တို့ကို စောင့်ရှောက် တော်မူသည် ဖြစ်၍၊ တ ချောင်းမျှမ ကျိုး မပဲ့ရ။
20(34-21) He keepeth all his bones; not one of them is broken.
21မတရား သောသူမူကား၊ ဘေး ဖြင့် အသက် ဆုံး ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ရမည်။ ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူကို မုန်း သောသူတို့ သည် အပြစ် စီရင်ခြင်းကိုခံရကြမည်။
21(34-22) Evil shall kill the wicked; and they that hate the righteous shall be held guilty.
22ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မိမိ ကျွန် တို့၏ အသက် ဝိညာဉ်ကို ရွေးနှုတ် တော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ခိုလှုံ သောသူတစုံ တယောက်မျှ အပြစ် စီရင်ခြင်းကို မ ခံရ။
22(34-23) The LORD redeemeth the soul of His servants; and none of them that take refuge in Him shall be desolate.
