1神よ、シオンでは賛美があなたを待ち、 誓いがあなたに果たされる。
1Praise waits for you, God, in Zion. Vows shall be performed to you.
2祈りを聞かれる方よ、 すべての人があなたのもとに来る。
2You who hear prayer, all men will come to you.
3数々の罪が私を圧倒した。 しかし、あなたは私たちの背きを贖ってくださる。
3Sins overwhelmed me, but you atoned for our transgressions.
4あなたが選び、近づかせてくださる人は幸いである。 その人はあなたの大庭に住む。 私たちはあなたの家の良いもの、 あなたの聖なる宮の良いもので満ち足る。
4Blessed is the one whom you choose and cause to come near, that he may live in your courts. We will be filled with the goodness of your house, your holy temple.
5私たちの救いの神よ、 あなたは義の恐るべき御業によって私たちに答えられる。 あなたは地のすべての果てと、 はるか遠くの海にいる者たちの希望である。
5By awesome deeds of righteousness, you answer us, God of our salvation. You who are the hope of all the ends of the earth, of those who are far away on the sea.
6あなたは力を帯び、 御力によって山々を形造られる。
6By your power, you form the mountains, having armed yourself with strength.
7あなたは海の轟き、 その波の轟きと、 国々の騒ぎを静められる。
7You still the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, and the turmoil of the nations.
8遠く離れた所に住む者たちも、あなたの不思議な御業を恐れる。 あなたは朝の始まりと夕べの始まりに、喜びの歌を歌わせる。
8They also who dwell in faraway places are afraid at your wonders. You call the morning’s dawn and the evening with songs of joy.
9あなたは地を顧み、水を注がれる。 地を大いに豊かにされる。 神の川は水で満ちている。 あなたはこのように定め、人々に穀物を備えられる。
9You visit the earth, and water it. You greatly enrich it. The river of God is full of water. You provide them grain, for so you have ordained it.
10あなたはその溝を水で満たし、 畝をならす。 夕立で地を柔らかくし、 その作物を祝福される。
10You drench its furrows. You level its ridges. You soften it with showers. You bless it with a crop.
11あなたは豊かな実りで年を冠し、 あなたの車は豊かさであふれる。
11You crown the year with your bounty. Your carts overflow with abundance.
12荒野の牧草地にも豊かさがあふれ、 丘々は喜びをまとう。
12The wilderness grasslands overflow. The hills are clothed with gladness.
13牧場は羊の群れで覆われ、 谷も穀物で覆われている。 それらは喜びの声を上げ、 また歌う。
13The pastures are covered with flocks. The valleys also are clothed with grain. They shout for joy! They also sing.
