1主はモーセに言われた。
1And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying:
2「イスラエルの子らに、わたしのためにささげ物を持って来るように言いなさい。心から喜んでささげるすべての人から、わたしのためのささげ物を受け取りなさい。
2'Speak unto the children of Israel, that they take for Me an offering; of every man whose heart maketh him willing ye shall take My offering.
3あなたがたが彼らから受け取るべきささげ物は、次の通りである。金、銀、青銅、
3And this is the offering which ye shall take of them: gold, and silver, and brass;
4青色、紫色、緋色の糸、撚り糸で織った亜麻布、山羊の毛、
4and blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen, and goats' hair;
5赤く染めた雄羊の皮、ジュゴンの皮、アカシアの木、
5and rams' skins dyed red, and sealskins, and acacia-wood;
6灯火のための油、注ぎ油と香りのよい香のための香料、
6oil for the light, spices for the anointing oil, and for the sweet incense;
7縞めのう、そしてエポデや胸当てにはめ込むための宝石である。
7onyx stones, and stones to be set, for the ephod, and for the breastplate.
8彼らにわたしのための聖所を造らせなさい。わたしは彼らのただ中に住む。
8And let them make Me a sanctuary, that I may dwell among them.
9わたしが示す幕屋の型と、そのすべての器具の型に従って造りなさい。
9According to all that I show thee, the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the furniture thereof, even so shall ye make it.
10アカシアの木で箱を造りなさい。長さは二・五キュビト、幅は一・五キュビト、高さは一・五キュビトとする。
10And they shall make an ark of acacia-wood: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.
11内側にも外側にも純金をかぶせ、その周囲に金の飾り縁を造りなさい。
11And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, within and without shalt thou overlay it, and shalt make upon it a crown of gold round about.
12そのために四つの金の環を鋳造し、その四つの足に取り付けなさい。一方の側に二つの環、もう一方の側にも二つの環を取り付ける。
12And thou shalt cast four rings of gold for it, and put them in the four feet thereof; and two rings shall be on the one side of it, and two rings on the other side of it.
13アカシアの木で担ぎ棒を造り、金をかぶせなさい。
13And thou shalt make staves of acacia-wood, and overlay them with gold.
14担ぎ棒を箱の両側の環に通し、それで箱を担ぐ。
14And thou shalt put the staves into the rings on the sides of the ark, wherewith to bear the ark.
15担ぎ棒は箱の環に差したままにし、外してはならない。
15The staves shall be in the rings of the ark; they shall not be taken from it.
16わたしが与えるあかしを箱の中に納めなさい。
16And thou shalt put into the ark the testimony which I shall give thee.
17純金で贖いの座を造りなさい。その長さは二・五キュビト、幅は一・五キュビトとする。
17And thou shalt make an ark-cover of pure gold: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof.
18打ち出し細工の金で二つのケルビムを造り、贖いの座の両端に置きなさい。
18And thou shalt make two cherubim of gold; of beaten work shalt thou make them, at the two ends of the ark-cover.
19一方の端に一つ、もう一方の端に一つのケルブを造り、贖いの座と一体にする。
19And make one cherub at the one end, and one cherub at the other end; of one piece with the ark-cover shall ye make the cherubim of the two ends thereof.
20ケルビムは翼を上に広げ、その翼で贖いの座を覆う。顔を互いに向け、贖いの座の方を向くようにする。
20And the cherubim shall spread out their wings on high, screening the ark-cover with their wings, with their faces one to another; toward the ark-cover shall the faces of the cherubim be.
21その贖いの座を箱の上に置き、箱の中にはわたしがあなたに与えるあかしを納めなさい。
21And thou shalt put the ark-cover above upon the ark; and in the ark thou shalt put the testimony that I shall give thee.
22そこでわたしはあなたと会い、贖いの座の上から、すなわちあかしの箱の上にある二つのケルビムの間から、イスラエルの子らのためにあなたに命じるすべてのことを語る。
22And there I will meet with thee, and I will speak with thee from above the ark-cover, from between the two cherubim which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel.
23アカシアの木で机を造りなさい。その長さは二キュビト、幅は一キュビト、高さは一・五キュビトとする。
23And thou shalt make a table of acacia-wood: two cubits shall be the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.
24それに純金をかぶせ、その周りに金の飾り縁を造りなさい。
24And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, and make thereto a crown of gold round about.
25その周りに手の幅の枠を造り、その枠の周りにも金の飾り縁を造りなさい。
25And thou shalt make unto it a border of a handbreadth round about, and thou shalt make a golden crown to the border thereof round about.
26そのために四つの金の環を造り、四つの足にある四隅にその環を取り付けなさい。
26And thou shalt make for it four rings of gold, and put the rings in the four corners that are on the four feet thereof.
27環は枠の近くに設け、机を担ぐ棒を通す場所とする。
27Close by the border shall the rings be, for places for the staves to bear the table.
28アカシアの木で担ぎ棒を造り、金をかぶせ、それで机を担ぐ。
28And thou shalt make the staves of acacia-wood, and overlay them with gold, that the table may be borne with them.
29注ぎのささげ物に用いる皿、さじ、水差し、鉢を純金で造りなさい。
29And thou shalt make the dishes thereof, and the pans thereof, and the jars thereof, and the bowls thereof, wherewith to pour out; of pure gold shalt thou make them.
30常にわたしの前の机の上に、供えのパンを置きなさい。
30And thou shalt set upon the table showbread before Me alway.
31純金で燭台を造りなさい。打ち出し細工とし、台座、支柱、杯、節、花をすべて一体にする。
31And thou shalt make a candlestick of pure gold: of beaten work shall the candlestick be made, even its base, and its shaft; its cups, its knops, and its flowers, shall be of one piece with it.
32その側面からは六つの枝を出させる。すなわち、一方の側から燭台の三つの枝を出し、もう一方の側から燭台の三つの枝を出す。
32And there shall be six branches going out of the sides thereof: three branches of the candlestick out of the one side thereof, and three branches of the candle-stick out of the other side thereof;
33一つの枝にはアーモンドの花のような三つの杯、節、花を造り、もう一つの枝にもアーモンドの花のような三つの杯、節、花を造る。燭台から出ている六つの枝をそのようにする。
33three cups made like almond-blossoms in one branch, a knop and a flower; and three cups made like almond-blossoms in the other branch, a knop and a flower; so for the six branches going out of the candlestick.
34燭台の支柱には、アーモンドの花のような四つの杯、節、花を造る。
34And in the candlestick four cups made like almond-blossoms, the knops thereof, and the flowers thereof.
35燭台から出ている六つの枝のために、それと一体の二つの枝の下に一つの節、それと一体の他の二つの枝の下に一つの節、それと一体のさらに他の二つの枝の下に一つの節を造る。
35And a knop under two branches of one piece with it, and a knop under two branches of one piece with it, and a knop under two branches of one piece with it, for the six branches going out of the candlestick.
36それらの節と枝は燭台と一体とし、その全体を一つの純金の打ち出し細工としなさい。
36Their knops and their branches shall be of one piece with it; the whole of it one beaten work of pure gold.
37七つのともしび皿を造り、前方を照らすように火をともす。
37And thou shalt make the lamps thereof, seven; and they shall light the lamps thereof, to give light over against it.
38その芯切りばさみも芯取り皿も純金とする。
38And the tongs thereof, and the snuffdishes thereof, shall be of pure gold.
39これらの器具を含め、一タラントの純金で造る。
39Of a talent of pure gold shall it be made, with all these vessels.
40山で示された型の通りに造るよう、注意しなさい。
40And see that thou make them after their pattern, which is being shown thee in the mount.
