1上帝是我們的避難所，是我們的力量， 是 我們 在患難中隨時的幫助。
1God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in times of trouble.
2所以，地雖改變， 山雖搖動到海心，
2Therefore we will not fear, though the earth is transformed and the mountains are toppled into the depths of the seas,
3其中的水雖匉訇翻騰， 山雖因海漲而戰抖， 我們也不害怕。 （細拉）
3though their waters roar and foam and the mountains quake in the surge. Selah
4有一道河，這河的分汊使上帝的城歡喜； 這城就是至高者居住的聖所。
4There is a river whose streams delight the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells.
5上帝在其中，城必不動搖； 到天一亮，上帝必幫助這城。
5God is within her; she will not be moved. God will help her when morning dawns.
6外邦喧嚷，列國動搖； 上帝發聲，地便鎔化。
6Nations rage, kingdoms crumble; the earth melts when He lifts His voice.
7萬軍之耶和華與我們同在； 雅各 的上帝是我們的避難所！ （細拉）
7The LORD of Hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. Selah
8你們來看耶和華的作為， 看他使地怎樣荒涼。
8Come, see the works of the LORD, who brings devastation upon the earth.
9他止息刀兵，直到地極； 他折弓、斷槍，把戰車焚燒在火中。
9He makes wars to cease throughout the earth; He breaks the bow and shatters the spear; He burns the shields in the fire.
10你們要休息，要知道我是上帝！ 我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。
10“Be still and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted over the earth.”
11萬軍之耶和華與我們同在； 雅各 的上帝是我們的避難所！
