1耶和華啊，求你拯救我脫離凶惡的人， 保護我脫離強暴的人！
1Rescue me, O LORD, from evil men. Protect me from men of violence,
2他們心中圖謀奸惡， 常常聚集要爭戰。
2who devise evil in their hearts and stir up war all day long.
3他們使舌頭尖利如蛇， 嘴裏有虺蛇的毒氣。 （細拉）
3They sharpen their tongues like snakes; the venom of vipers is on their lips. Selah
4耶和華啊，求你拯救我脫離惡人的手， 保護我脫離強暴的人！ 他們圖謀推我跌倒。
4Guard me, O LORD, from the hands of the wicked. Keep me safe from men of violence who scheme to make me stumble.
5驕傲人為我暗設網羅和繩索； 他們在路旁鋪下網，設下圈套。 （細拉）
5The proud hide a snare for me; the cords of their net are spread along the path, and lures are set out for me. Selah
6我曾對耶和華說：你是我的上帝。 耶和華啊，求你留心聽我懇求的聲音！
6I say to the LORD, “You are my God.” Hear, O LORD, my cry for help.
7主－耶和華、我救恩的力量啊， 在爭戰的日子，你遮蔽了我的頭。
7O GOD the Lord, the strength of my salvation, You shield my head in the day of battle.
8耶和華啊，求你不要遂惡人的心願； 不要成就他們的計謀， 恐怕 他們自高。 （細拉）
8Grant not, O LORD, the desires of the wicked; do not promote their evil plans, lest they be exalted. Selah
9至於那些昂首圍困我的人， 願他們嘴唇的奸惡陷害自己！
9May the heads of those who surround me be covered in the trouble their lips have caused.
10願火炭落在他們身上！ 願他們被丟在火中， 拋在深坑裏，不能再起來。
10May burning coals fall on them; may they be thrown into the fire, into the miry pits, never to rise again.
11說惡言的人在地上必堅立不住； 禍患必獵取強暴的人，將他打倒。
11May no slanderer be established in the land; may calamity hunt down the man of violence.
12我知道耶和華必為困苦人伸冤， 必為窮乏人辨屈。
12I know that the LORD upholds justice for the poor and defends the cause of the needy.
13義人必要稱讚你的名； 正直人必住在你面前。
13Surely the righteous will praise Your name; the upright will dwell in Your presence.
