1勇士啊，你為何以作惡自誇？ 上帝的慈愛是常存的。
1Why do you boast of evil, O mighty man? The loving devotion of God endures all day long.
2你的舌頭邪惡詭詐， 好像剃頭刀，快利傷人。
2Your tongue devises destruction like a sharpened razor, O worker of deceit.
3你愛惡勝似愛善， 又愛說謊，不愛說公義。 （細拉）
3You love evil more than good, falsehood more than speaking truth. Selah
4詭詐的舌頭啊， 你愛說一切毀滅的話！
4You love every word that devours, O deceitful tongue.
5上帝也要毀滅你，直到永遠； 他要把你拿去，從你的帳棚中抽出， 從活人之地將你拔出。 （細拉）
5Surely God will bring you down to everlasting ruin; He will snatch you up and tear you away from your tent; He will uproot you from the land of the living. Selah
6義人要看見而懼怕， 並要笑他，
6The righteous will see and fear; they will mock the evildoer, saying,
7說：看哪，這就是那不以上帝為他力量的人， 只倚仗他豐富的財物，在邪惡上堅立自己。
7“Look at the man who did not make God his refuge, but trusted in the abundance of his wealth and strengthened himself by destruction.”
8至於我，就像上帝殿中的青橄欖樹； 我永永遠遠倚靠上帝的慈愛。
8But I am like an olive tree flourishing in the house of God; I trust in the loving devotion of God forever and ever.
9我要稱謝你，直到永遠， 因為你行了這事。 我也要在你聖民面前仰望你的名； 這名本為美好。
9I will praise You forever, because You have done it. I will wait on Your name— for it is good— in the presence of Your saints.
