1你們要讚美耶和華！ 我的心哪，你要讚美耶和華！
1Hallelujah! Praise the LORD, O my soul.
2我一生要讚美耶和華！ 我還活的時候要歌頌我的上帝！
2I will praise the LORD all my life; I will sing praises to my God while I have my being.
3你們不要倚靠君王，不要倚靠世人； 他一點不能幫助。
3Put not your trust in princes, in mortal man, who cannot save.
4他的氣一斷，就歸回塵土； 他所打算的，當日就消滅了。
4When his spirit departs, he returns to the ground; on that very day his plans perish.
5以 雅各 的上帝為幫助、 仰望耶和華－他上帝的，這人便為有福！
5Blessed is he whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the LORD his God,
6耶和華造天、地、海，和其中的萬物； 他守誠實，直到永遠。
6the Maker of heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them. He remains faithful forever.
7他為受屈的伸冤， 賜食物與飢餓的。 耶和華釋放被囚的；
7He executes justice for the oppressed and gives food to the hungry. The LORD sets the prisoners free,
8耶和華開了瞎子的 眼睛 ； 耶和華扶起被壓下的人。 耶和華喜愛義人。
8the LORD opens the eyes of the blind, the LORD lifts those who are weighed down, the LORD loves the righteous.
9耶和華保護寄居的， 扶持孤兒和寡婦， 卻使惡人的道路彎曲。
9The LORD protects foreigners; He sustains the fatherless and the widow, but the ways of the wicked He frustrates.
10耶和華要作王，直到永遠！ 錫安 哪，你的上帝要作王，直到萬代！ 你們要讚美耶和華！
10The LORD reigns forever, your God, O Zion, for all generations. Hallelujah!
