1Observe the month of Abib, and keep the passover unto the LORD thy God; for in the month of Abib the LORD thy God brought thee forth out of Egypt by night.
1จงถือเดือนอาบีบ และฉลองปัสกาแด่พระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณ เพราะในเดือนอาบีบ พระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณทรงพาออกจากอียิปต์ในเวลากลางคืน
2And thou shalt sacrifice the passover-offering unto the LORD thy God, of the flock and the herd, in the place which the LORD shall choose to cause His name to dwell there.
2จงถวายเครื่องบูชาปัสกาแด่พระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณ จากฝูงแกะและฝูงวัว ในสถานที่ที่พระยาห์เวห์จะทรงเลือกให้พระนามของพระองค์อยู่ที่นั่น
3Thou shalt eat no leavened bread with it; seven days shalt thou eat unleavened bread therewith, even the bread of affliction; for in haste didst thou come forth out of the land of Egypt; that thou mayest remember the day when thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt all the days of thy life.
3อย่ากินขนมปังมีเชื้อพร้อมกับเครื่องบูชานั้น ตลอดเจ็ดวันจงกินขนมปังไร้เชื้อ คือขนมปังแห่งความทุกข์ยาก เพราะพวกคุณออกจากแผ่นดินอียิปต์อย่างรีบเร่ง เพื่อจะระลึกถึงวันที่ออกจากแผ่นดินอียิปต์ตลอดชีวิต
4And there shall be no leaven seen with thee in all they borders seven days; neither shall any of the flesh, which thou sacrificest the first day at even, remain all night until the morning.
4ตลอดเจ็ดวัน เขตแดนของพวกคุณต้องไม่มีเชื้อขนมปังอยู่เลย และอย่าให้เนื้อที่ถวายในเย็นวันแรกเหลือค้างคืนจนถึงเช้า
5Thou mayest not sacrifice the passover-offering within any of thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee;
5พวกคุณห้ามถวายเครื่องบูชาปัสกาภายในเมืองใด ๆ ที่พระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณประทานให้
6but at the place which the LORD thy God shall choose to cause His name to dwell in, there thou shalt sacrifice the passover-offering at even, at the going down of the sun, at the season that thou camest forth out of Egypt.
6แต่จงถวายเครื่องบูชาปัสกาในสถานที่ที่พระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณจะทรงเลือกให้พระนามของพระองค์อยู่ที่นั่น ถวายในเวลาเย็นเมื่อดวงอาทิตย์ตก ในช่วงเวลาเดียวกับที่พวกคุณออกจากอียิปต์
7And thou shalt roast and eat it in the place which the LORD thy God shall choose; and thou shalt turn in the morning, and go unto thy tents.
7จงย่างและกินในสถานที่ที่พระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณจะทรงเลือก แล้วตอนเช้าจึงกลับไปยังเต็นท์ของตน
8Six days thou shalt eat unleavened bread; and on the seventh day shall be a solemn assembly to the LORD thy God; thou shalt do no work therein.
8จงกินขนมปังไร้เชื้อหกวัน วันที่เจ็ดให้มีการชุมนุมตามพิธีแด่พระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณ และอย่าทำงาน
9Seven weeks shalt thou number unto thee; from the time the sickle is first put to the standing corn shalt thou begin to number seven weeks.
9จงนับเจ็ดสัปดาห์ เริ่มนับตั้งแต่ลงเคียวเกี่ยวต้นธัญพืช
10And thou shalt keep the feast of weeks unto the LORD thy God after the measure of the freewill-offering of thy hand, which thou shalt give, according as the LORD thy God blesseth thee.
10แล้วจงถือเทศกาลสัปดาห์ถวายแด่พระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณ พร้อมนำของถวายด้วยความสมัครใจตามพระพรที่พระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณประทานให้
11And thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy man-servant, and thy maid-servant, and the Levite that is within they gates, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are in the midst of thee, in the place which the LORD thy God shall choose to cause His name to dwell there.
11จงชื่นชมยินดีต่อหน้าพระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณ ทั้งตัวพวกคุณ ลูกชาย ลูกสาว ทาสชาย ทาสหญิง คนเลวีที่อยู่ในเมือง คนต่างถิ่น เด็กที่กำพร้าพ่อ และหญิงม่ายที่อยู่ท่ามกลางพวกคุณ ในสถานที่ที่พระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณจะทรงเลือกให้พระนามของพระองค์อยู่ที่นั่น
12And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in Egypt; and thou shalt observe and do these statutes.
12จงจำไว้ว่าพวกคุณเคยเป็นทาสในอียิปต์ และจงระมัดระวังทำตามข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้
13Thou shalt keep the feast of tabernacles seven days, after that thou hast gathered in from thy threshing-floor and from thy winepress.
13จงถือเทศกาลเพิงพักเจ็ดวัน หลังจากเก็บผลผลิตจากลานนวดข้าวและบ่อย่ำองุ่นแล้ว
14And thou shalt rejoice in thy feast, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy man-servant, and thy maid-servant, and the Levite, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are within thy gates.
14จงชื่นชมยินดีในเทศกาล ทั้งตัวพวกคุณ ลูกชาย ลูกสาว ทาสชาย ทาสหญิง คนเลวี คนต่างถิ่น เด็กที่กำพร้าพ่อ และหญิงม่ายที่อยู่ในเมืองของพวกคุณ
15Seven days shalt thou keep a feast unto the LORD thy God in the place which the LORD shall choose; because the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all thine increase, and in all the work of thy hands, and thou shalt be altogether joyful.
15จงถือเทศกาลถวายแด่พระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณเจ็ดวัน ในสถานที่ที่พระยาห์เวห์จะทรงเลือก เพราะพระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณจะทรงอวยพรผลผลิตทั้งหมดและทุกสิ่งที่ลงมือทำ แล้วพวกคุณจะเปี่ยมด้วยความยินดี
16Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before the LORD thy God in the place which He shall choose; on the feast of unleavened bread, and on the feast of weeks, and on the feast of tabernacles; and they shall not appear before the LORD empty;
16ปีละสามครั้ง ผู้ชายทุกคนของพวกคุณต้องไปปรากฏตัวต่อพระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณ ในสถานที่ที่พระองค์จะทรงเลือก คือในเทศกาลขนมปังไร้เชื้อ เทศกาลสัปดาห์ และเทศกาลเพิงพัก อย่าให้ใครไปปรากฏตัวต่อพระยาห์เวห์มือเปล่า
17every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the LORD thy God which He hath given thee.
17แต่ละคนจงถวายตามกำลัง ตามพระพรที่พระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณประทานให้
18Judges and officers shalt thou make thee in all thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, tribe by tribe; and they shall judge the people with righteous judgment.
18จงแต่งตั้งผู้พิพากษาและเจ้าหน้าที่ตามเผ่าในทุกเมืองที่พระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณประทานให้ และให้พวกเขาตัดสินประชาชนอย่างยุติธรรม
19Thou shalt not wrest judgment; thou shalt not respect persons; neither shalt thou take a gift; for a gift doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous.
19อย่าบิดเบือนความยุติธรรม อย่าลำเอียง และอย่ารับสินบน เพราะสินบนทำให้คนมีปัญญามองความถูกต้องไม่เห็น และบิดเบือนคำพูดของคนชอบธรรม
20Justice, justice shalt thou follow, that thou mayest live, and inherit the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
20จงยึดมั่นในความยุติธรรมอย่างแท้จริง เพื่อพวกคุณจะมีชีวิตอยู่และได้รับแผ่นดินที่พระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณประทานให้เป็นมรดก
21Thou shalt not plant thee an Asherah of any kind of tree beside the altar of the LORD thy God, which thou shalt make thee.
21อย่าปลูกต้นไม้ชนิดใดเป็นเสาอาเชราห์ข้างแท่นบูชาของพระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณที่พวกคุณสร้างขึ้น
22Neither shalt thou set thee up a pillar, which the LORD thy God hateth.
22และอย่าตั้งเสาหินศักดิ์สิทธิ์สำหรับตัวเอง เพราะพระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณทรงเกลียดสิ่งนั้น
