1Ko hoku tauhi ʻa Sihova; ʻe ʻikai te u masiva.
1A Psalm of David. The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2‌ʻOku ne fakatokoto au ʻi he ngaahi ngoue lau maʻuiʻui: ʻoku ne tataki au ki he veʻe vai ʻoku tafetafemālie.
2He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; He leadeth me beside the still waters.
3‌ʻOku ne fakamoʻui hoku laumālie: ʻoku ne tataki au ʻi he ngaahi hala ʻoe māʻoniʻoni koeʻuhi ko hono huafa.
3He restoreth my soul; He guideth me in straight paths for His name's sake.
4‌ʻIo, neongo ʻeku ʻeveʻeva ʻi he teleʻa ʻoe malumalu ʻoe mate, ʻe ʻikai te u manavahē ki ha kovi: he ʻoku ke ʻiate au; ko hoʻo vaʻa ʻakau mo ho tokotoko ʻoku na fakafiemālieʻi au.
4Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for Thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff, they comfort me.
5‌ʻOku ke teuteu ʻae keinangaʻanga maʻaku ʻi he ʻao ʻo hoku ngaahi fili: ʻoku ke pani ʻaki hoku ʻulu ʻae lolo; ʻoku fonu mahuohua ʻa ʻeku ipu.
5Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; Thou hast anointed my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6Ko e moʻoni ʻe muimui ʻiate au ʻae lelei mo e ʻaloʻofa ʻi he ʻaho kotoa pē ʻo ʻeku moʻui: pea te u nofo ʻi he fale ʻo Sihova ʻo lauikuonga.
6Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I shall dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
