1Op de eerste dag van de zevende maand moet ge een godsdienstige bijeenkomst houden, en moogt ge geen slafelijke arbeid verrichten; het zal de dag van bazuingeschal voor u zijn.
1The first day also of the seventh month shall be venerable and holy unto you; you shall do no servile work therein, because it is the day of the sounding and of trumpets.
2Dan moet ge een heerlijk geurend brandoffer aan Jahweh opdragen, van een jongen stier, een ram en zeven eenjarige lammeren, gave dieren.
2And you shall offer a holocaust for a most sweet odour to the Lord, one calf of the herd, one ram and seven lambs of a year old, without blemish.
3Verder als het daarbij horende spijsoffer, bij den stier drie issaron meelbloem, met olie gemengd, twee issaron bij den ram,
3And for their sacrifices, three tenths of flour tempered with oil to every calf, two tenths to a ram,
4en een issaron bij ieder van de zeven lammeren.
4One tenth to a lamb, which in all are seven lambs:
5Bovendien nog een geitebok als zondeoffer om verzoening voor u te verkrijgen.
5And a buck goat for sin, which is offered for the expiation of the people,
6Dit alles buiten het maandelijkse brandoffer met het daarbij horende spijsoffer, en buiten het dagelijkse brandoffer en de daarbij voorgeschreven plengoffers, als een heerlijk geurend vuuroffer voor Jahweh.
6Besides the holocaust of the first day of the month with the sacrifices thereof, and the perpetual holocaust with the accustomed libations. With the same ceremonies you shall offer a burnt sacrifice for a most sweet odour to the Lord.
7Op de tiende van deze zevende maand moet ge een godsdienstige bijeenkomst houden, vasten en moogt ge generlei arbeid verrichten.
7The tenth day also of this seventh month shall be holy and venerable unto you, and you shall afflict your souls: you shall do no servile work therein.
8Dan moet ge een heerlijk geurend brandoffer aan Jahweh opdragen van een jongen stier, een ram, zeven eenjarige lammeren; gave dieren moet ge nemen.
8And you shall offer a holocaust to the Lord for a most sweet odour, one calf of the herd, one ram, and seven lambs of a year old, without blemish:
9Verder als het daarbij horende spijsoffer, bij den stier drie issaron meelbloem, met olie gemengd, twee issaron bij den ram,
9And for their sacrifices, three tenths of flour tempered with oil to every calf, two tenths to a ram,
10telkens een issaron bij ieder van de zeven lammeren.
10The tenth of a tenth to every lamb, which are in all seven lambs:
11Bovendien nog een geitebok als zondeoffer, buiten het zondeoffer voor de verzoening, en het dagelijkse brandoffer met het daarbij horende spijsoffer en de plengoffers.
11And a buck goat for sin, besides the things that are wont to be offered for sin, for expiation, and for the perpetual holocaust with their sacrifice and libations.
12Op de vijftiende dag van de zevende maand moet ge een godsdienstige bijeenkomst houden, en moogt ge geen slafelijke arbeid verrichten; zeven dagen lang moet ge feest vieren ter ere van Jahweh.
12And on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, which shall be unto you holy and venerable, you shall do no servile work, but shall celebrate a solemnity to the Lord seven days.
13Dan moet ge als een heerlijk geurend vuuroffer aan Jahweh een brandoffer opdragen van dertien jonge stieren, twee rammen, veertien eenjarige lammeren; gave dieren moeten het zijn.
13And you shall offer a holocaust for a most sweet odour to the Lord, thirteen calves of the herd, two rams, and fourteen lambs of a year old, without blemish:
14Verder als het daarbij horende spijsoffer, bij ieder van de dertien stieren drie issaron meelbloem met olie gemengd, twee issaron bij ieder van de twee rammen,
14And for their libations three tenths of flour tempered with oil to every calf, being in all thirteen calves: and two tenths to each ram, being two rams,
15en telkens een issaron bij ieder van de veertien lammeren.
15And the tenth of a tenth to every lamb, being in all fourteen lambs:
16Bovendien nog een geitebok als zondeoffer, behalve nog het dagelijkse brandoffer met het daarbij horende spijs- en plengoffer.
16And a buck goat for sin, besides the perpetual holocaust, and the sacrifice and the libation thereof.
17Op de tweede dag twaalf jonge stieren, twee rammen, veertien eenjarige lammeren, gave dieren;
17On the second day you shall offer twelve calves of the herd, two rams and fourteen lambs of a year old, without blemish:
18verder het spijsoffer en de plengoffers, die volgens voorschrift bij ieder van de stieren, rammen en lammeren horen;
18And the sacrifices and the libations for every one, for the calves and for the rams and for the lambs you shall duly celebrate:
19bovendien een geitebok als zondeoffer, behalve nog het dagelijkse brandoffer met het daarbij horende spijsoffer en de plengoffers.
19And a buck goat for a sin offering besides the perpetual holocaust, and the sacrifice and the libation thereof.
20Op de derde dag elf stieren, twee rammen, veertien gave, eenjarige lammeren;
20The third day you shall offer eleven calves, two rams, and fourteen lambs of a year old, without blemish:
21verder het spijsoffer en de plengoffers, die volgens voorschrift bij ieder van de stieren, rammen en lammeren horen;
21And the sacrifices and the libations of every one for the calves and for the rams and for the lambs you shall offer according to the rite:
22bovendien een bok als zondeoffer, behalve nog het dagelijkse brandoffer met het daarbij horende spijs- en plengoffer.
22And a buck goat for sin, besides the perpetual holocaust, and the sacrifice, and the libation thereof.
23Op de vierde dag tien stieren, twee rammen, veertien gave, eenjarige lammeren;
23The fourth day you shall offer tell calves, two rams, and fourteen lambs of a year old, without blemish:
24verder het spijsoffer en de plengoffers, die volgens voorschrift bij ieder van de stieren, rammen en lammeren horen;
24And the sacrifices and the libations of every one for the calves and for the rams and for the lambs you shall celebrate in right manner:
25bovendien een geitebok als zondeoffer, behalve nog het dagelijkse brandoffer met het daarbij horende spijs- en plengoffer.
25And a buck goat for sin, besides the perpetual holocaust, and the sacrifice and the libation thereof.
26Op de vijfde dag negen stieren, twee rammen, veertien gave, eenjarige lammeren;
26The fifth day you shall offer nine calves, two rams, and fourteen lambs of a year old, without blemish:

27And the sacrifices and the libations of every one for the calves and for the rams and for the lambs you shall celebrate according to the rite:

29The sixth day you shall offer eight calves, two rams, and fourteen lambs of a year old, without blemish:

30And the sacrifices and the libations of every one for the calves and for the rams and for the lambs you shall celebrate according to the rite:

35Op de achtste dag moet ge een feestvergadering houden, en moogt ge geen slafelijke arbeid verrichten.
35On the eighth day, which is moat solemn, you shall do no servile work:
36Dan moet ge als heerlijk geurend vuuroffer aan Jahweh een brandoffer opdragen van een stier, een ram, en zeven eenjarige lammeren, gave dieren;
36But you shall offer a holocaust for a most sweet odour to the Lord, one calf, one ram, and seven lambs of a year old, without blemish:
37verder het spijsoffer en de plengoffers, die volgens voorschrift bij den stier, den ram en ieder van de lammeren horen;
37And the sacrifices and the libations of every one for the calves and for the rams and for the lambs you shall celebrate according to the rite:
38bovendien een bok als zondeoffer, behalve nog het dagelijkse brandoffer en het daarbij horende spijs- en plengoffer.
38And a buck goat for sin, besides the perpetual holocaust, and the sacrifice and the libation thereof.
39Dit moet ge Jahweh op uw feestdagen offeren, behalve uw brand-, spijs-, pleng- en vredeoffers, die uw gelofteoffers of vrijwillige gaven vormen.
39These things shall you offer to the Lord in your solemnities: besides your vows and voluntary oblations for holocaust, for sacrifice, for libation, and for victims of peace offerings.
40En Moses bracht de Israëlieten alles nauwkeurig over, wat Jahweh hem bevolen had.
