1အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အလျှင်းမမှတ်ဘဲ အဘယ် မျှ ကာလ ပတ်လုံးမေ့လျော့ တော်မူမည်နည်း။ အဘယ် မျှကာလ ပတ်လုံးမျက်နှာ တော်ကို ကွယ် ထား တော်မူမည်နည်း။
1How long wilt thou forget me, O LORD ? for ever? how long wilt thou hide thy face from me?
2အကျွန်ုပ် သည် အစဉ် ဝမ်းနည်း လျက် ၊ အဘယ် မျှ ကာလ ပတ်လုံး တွေးတော သောစိတ် ရှိရပါမည်နည်း။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ရန်သူ သည် အဘယ် မျှ ကာလ ပတ်လုံး အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အုပ်စိုး ရပါမည်နည်း။
2How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart daily? how long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?
3အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် စကားကို မျက်နှာ ပြု၍ နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် မျက်စိ ကို လင်း စေတော်မူပါ။ သို့မဟုတ် လျှင် အသေ အိပ် ပျော်ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ရပါမည်။
3Consider and hear me, O LORD my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death;
4အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ရန်သူ က၊ ငါနိုင် ပြီဟုဆို ၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို နှောင့်ရှက် သောသူ တို့ သည် အကျွန်ုပ်လှုပ်ရှား သည် ကို ဝမ်းမြောက် ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။
4Lest mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him; and those that trouble me rejoice when I am moved.
5အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ကရုဏာ တော်ကို ယုံကြည် ပါ၏။ ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်းအရာ၌ နှလုံး ရွှင်လန်း ပါလိမ့်မည်။
5But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.
6အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ ကျေးဇူး ပြုတော်မူသောကြောင့် ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုပါမည်။
6I will sing unto the LORD , because he hath dealt bountifully with me.
