1အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို အကျွန်ုပ် ချီးမွမ်း ပါမည်။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုဆယ်နှုတ် တော်မူ၏။ ရန်သူ တို့ သည် အကျွန်ုပ် အကြောင်း ကြောင့်၊ ဝမ်းမြောက် ရသောအခွင့်ကိုပေး တော်မ မူ။
1I will extol thee, O LORD ; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.
2အိုအကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို အော်ဟစ် ၍ ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ချမ်းသာ ပေးတော်မူ၏။
2O LORD my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.
3အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဝိညာဉ် ကို မရဏာ နိုင်ငံထဲက နှုတ် ယူတော်မူပြီ။ သင်္ချိုင်း တွင်း ထဲသို့ မဆင်း စေဘဲ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အသက် ချမ်းသာပေးတော်မူပြီ။
3O LORD , thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
4ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ သန့်ရှင်း သူ တို့၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရား ကို ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုကြလော့။ သန့်ရှင်း သောနာမ တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း ကြလော့။
4Sing unto the LORD , O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
5အမျက် တော်သည် ခဏ ထွက်၏။ ကျေးဇူး တော်မူကား၊ တသက်လုံး တည်၏။ ညဦး ယံ၌ ငိုကြွေး ခြင်းသည် လာ၍တည်းခို ၏။ နံနက် ယံ၌ ကား ၊ သီချင်း ဆိုရသော အခွင့် ရှိ၏။
5For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.
6ငါသည် လှုပ်ရှား ခြင်းနှင့် အစဉ် ကင်းလွတ် လိမ့်မည် ဟု ကောင်းစား စဉ်အခါ အကျွန်ုပ်အောက်မေ့ ပါ၏။
6And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.
7အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကျေးဇူး တော်အားဖြင့် သာ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏တောင် သည် ခိုင်ခံ မြဲမြံပါ၏။ မျက်နှာ လွှဲ တော်မူ သောအခါ ဆင်းရဲ ခြင်းသို့ ရောက် ပါ၏။
7LORD , by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled.
8အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် အသက် ဆုံး၍၊
8I cried to thee, O LORD ; and unto the LORD I made supplication.
9သင်္ချိုင်း တွင်းထဲ သို့ဆင်း လျှင် အဘယ် အကျိုး ရှိပါ အံ့နည်း။
9What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?
10မြေမှုန့် သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို ချီးမွမ်း ပါမည် လော။ သစ္စာ တော်ကို ဘော် ပြပါမည်လော။ အိုထာဝရ ဘုရား ၊ နားထောင် ၍ ကယ် မသနားတော်မူပါ။ အိုထာဝရ ဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုစောင့်မ တော်မူပါဟု ကိုယ်တော် ကို အကျွန်ုပ်အော်ဟစ် ၍ ၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရားကို တောင်း လျှောက်ပါ၏။
10Hear, O LORD , and have mercy upon me: LORD , be thou my helper.
11ထိုအခါ အကျွန်ုပ် ညည်းတွား မြည်တမ်းခြင်းကို ကခုန် ခြင်းဖြစ်စေ တော်မူ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ဝတ်သော လျှော်တေ အဝတ်ကိုချွတ် ၍ ၊ ဝမ်းမြောက် ခြင်း ခါးပန်းနှင့် စည်း တော်မူ၏။
11Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
12သို့ဖြစ်၍ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ဝိညာဉ် သည် တိတ်ဆိတ် စွာမ နေ။ ကိုယ်တော် ကို သီချင်း ဆိုပါမည်။ အိုအကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကျေးဇူးတော် ကို အစဉ် အမြဲချီးမွမ်း ပါမည်။
12To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.
